29/10/2025: A quiet and overall good hotel, I think it's the only one in Pontinia. The rooms are a bit small, but the bathroom is spacious. The beds have mattresses that are a bit too soft for my taste. Unfortunately, the windows don't have screens, and when I left them slightly open to let the air circulate, a few insects got in, disturbing my sleep. Cleanliness seems good. It's getting old, and it shows; it could use a general modernization, but it's still a good property with a pleasant restaurant, which has a lovely atmosphere and the dishes we tried were truly excellent. The garden is lovely, and the pool is okay. The staff is friendly, although they asked me to pay for dinner immediately (!) instead of at checkout, as if I were planning on running away... The breakfast buffet could also include something savory, not just sweet. Overall, it's okay, but there are some things that could be improved. See you next time!

02/11/2025: The bar is called Fisio Premium, but the only "premium" thing is the wait. The place is empty, the staff present but clearly engaged in a race to slow down: three coffees and a ginseng, served with the suspense of a season finale. We've had plenty of time to reevaluate our life choices... and maybe even learn to make our own coffee. If you're looking for a forced Zen experience, this is the place. If you just want a coffee, you'd better look elsewhere.

17/09/2025: We stopped by here for lunch after the beach, which is stunning here. We ordered risotto and "schiaffoni" (fried fish parcels), all strictly seafood, and I must say they were simply delicious. The staff were extremely kind and professional, and the quality/price ratio was truly excellent. We'll be back in Gaeta and will definitely be back here.

01/01/2026: Terrible...the appetizer arrived after more than an hour...poor food and very rude staff...I'm sorry I didn't read other users' reviews first, otherwise I would never have gone there.

16/02/2026: Please note: Last February 7th, my husband and I had oysters and mussels for lunch. That same day, we experienced widespread malaise, followed by vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night due to a bout of gastroenteritis, treated with antibiotics, which lasted a week. These are the proven facts. I'll leave the reader to deduce the conclusions.

12/02/2026: A beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea, with tanks of fresh fish visible from the window with running water. Very friendly and attentive staff, and reasonable prices for the quality of the product. Congratulations to everyone, I'll be back.

22/07/2025: Il locale si presenta bene e l’atmosfera è gradevole, complice un personale davvero cordiale ed accogliente. Sin dall’ingresso ci si sente benvoluti, con un servizio attento e sorridente che fa piacere trovare. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza culinaria non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. I piatti serviti sono risultati deludenti: la qualità del pesce non sembrava fresca, sapori spenti e consistenze poco convincenti. Per questo motivo, faccio fatica a consigliarlo con convinzione.

04/07/2025: El restaurante Nari es una joya escondida situada a lo largo de Via Duomo. La cocina italiana aquí es excepcional. Particularmente memorable fue la pasta alle vongole: una pasta perfectamente al dente rica con almejas, gambas y mejillones.

10/01/2026: Cold and chaotic place! We waited two hours for sandwiches that didn't match our order! Poor service! Totally disappointed with the evening.

04/12/2025: I came for dinner with my partner this evening, Thursday, booking through TheFork. The restaurant is small but elegant. It seats less than 30 people inside, but there's plenty of outdoor space. Curious to try their cuisine, we ordered a portion of sweet potato fries as an appetizer: light and crispy. The owner took the opportunity to let us try their barbecue sauce: good, definitely unique. If you're expecting the classic packaged sauce, you'll be disappointed, but if you're looking for something unique, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Next, we tried the Memphis Bacon BBQ and the Bacon Deluxe. Very similar, extremely good: light bread, excellent burgers, delicious sauces... In short, I wanted to eat an extraordinary sandwich this evening, and I found it! Finally, we decided to try their New York cheesecake with berries: light as a cloud (and the jam is homemade, by the way!) In conclusion, we ate well, high-quality food in a comfortable atmosphere, pampered by the kind and unobtrusive owner. We'll definitely be back to try more of their cuisine!

24/01/2026: A little gem in the historic center of Sermoneta. A meat-based menu with plenty of imagination and innovation. It might not all be perfect, but everything we tried was definitely delicious. Being so lucky to have it "on our doorstep" allows me to say we'll see you again soon.

04/01/2026: A very charming place on the main street of Sermoneta, near the main square. The chef is very knowledgeable and offers interesting dishes. The wine list is well-stocked and reasonably priced.

25/05/2025: Unheard of, the worst thing that could happen.. Two hours before check out you take a shower, soap yourself up and you realize that no water comes out! No solution proposed I have to leave without a shower.. But I paid!!

23/05/2025: Really perfect and welcoming structure. The pools and solarium are fantastic, very well kept and very clean. The staff are very kind and friendly 😍 really recommended and not to be missed

12/10/2025: Stunning location, very spacious and clean rooms with an excellent view of the archaeological excavations of Minturno and with large outdoor spaces for both adults and children. Truly a wonderful place! Not to mention the very nice and friendly owners who made themselves available for everything! Oh! The mozzarella is super tasty 😋 Before you leave, stock up to take home!! I hope to return as soon as possible.
