08/06/2025: The quality of the fish is undoubtedly excellent, but the prices are far from the service offered to guests. First of all, when you order the catch of the day, it is absolutely necessary to communicate the correct weight at the time of ordering, but above all to show the customer the cooked fish and prepare the dish in front of the customer. With the bill we discovered that the fish ordered for one person was around 1100 grams (compared to the 700 grams communicated during the order): it is not a question of economic possibilities, but of correctness. Furthermore, forcing a table of 2 people to have to choose the same first course is absolutely unacceptable given the level where this place wants to place itself. In addition to this, waiting 45 minutes for two very simple first courses is outside of any reasonable time frame. In short, a wonderful location, excellent fish, but service that needs to be rethought from scratch.

21/06/2025: On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 11, my family and I were here to order a frappé and a black mulberry granita. Nothing to say about the frappé being good and fresh, while the same cannot be said about the granita, which everyone said was inedible because it had an unpleasant flavor, a sour and alcoholic aftertaste, the same flavor that overripe fruit has that begins to ferment. Considering that the mulberry is a delicate fruit, it is plausible that with the sugar it begins to ferment soon if it is not fresh that day. I point out the fact to the saleswoman, she responds that it could be because it has been there for two days, then she tastes the granita and takes it back, saying that for her it is perfect and that since she always eats it because it is her favorite, she knows what she is talking about, she knows it well, she has trees at home, etc. etc. In short, she found a thousand justifications by questioning our experience, making us look like liars with an arrogant attitude and without leaving any room for dialogue (she was the only one speaking and over my voice without listening). She replied that she could only give me half a granita as a replacement and that is already a lot since, according to her, the owner would never have done it. I replied that this is not professionalism, that a business will not go to waste for a granita and that it would be better to retain the customer instead of letting him go away with discontent. Her response was rude, she insulted me by calling me a liar and then invited me with a wave of her hand, to go and get my ice cream somewhere else. I wonder if the company is aware of all this. We usually got ice cream in Formia but since this is your customer care policy, we will go somewhere else, as suggested by your employee.

11/06/2025: Excellent, the ice cream is truly special, of great quality, you can sense the refinement, the study behind it. I am greedy for ice cream, I like to experiment and I must say that this place deserves all my appreciation. It's a shame to have discovered it the day before leaving but being regulars in Gaeta, we will certainly return! A special thanks to Valeria, the girl who made the experience even more interesting with her professionalism in offering us various flavors, you can see that she puts love and passion into it, all enriched by her very sweet, very sweet smile. Nothing on embers. High priced draft beer with only two choices. The end of the meal are commercial.

11/09/2024: On Saturday evening I went to eat a pizza and I was surprised by the empty place. Prices were much more expensive than usual. The pizza was flat like the frozen one from the supermarket, without a crust and the mozzarella like rubber. Having been involved in bread making for twenty years, I pointed out to the pizza chef that the impact was raw, in fact I only ate two segments. In the end he discounted me 4 euros!!!!! Bad impression, I didn't want discounts but just to eat a good pizza. There is a lot to learn. I strongly advise against it

19/05/2025: Lovely place, very friendly owner and employees. We only ate a platter for 2 people for lunch because it was very rich and abundant. Everything, absolutely everything, was delicious. We also wanted to have dessert but we were so full that we couldn't. Really highly recommended.

21/05/2025: Both the pizza and calzone are awesome! Made in a real oven. Lots of tables inside the place, furnished very simply. If you want delicious Italian pizza, like us, you should definitely check it out. Prices around 7 euros per pizza. Sabaudia is not only the sea, but also delicious pizza thanks to such places.

06/04/2025: The best pizza dough in all of Sabaudia. Light and digestible. The wood-fired oven absolutely honors it. Punctual and fast service with fresh raw materials. The beer is good.

15/06/2025: We started the day with an excellent coffee and a splendid location, relaxing and surrounded by greenery. In the evening we returned for an aperitif and we had a great time. Good cocktails, well-prepared appetizers and a very pleasant atmosphere. We didn't eat, but the dishes served at the other tables were really inviting and well presented. To make everything special, also a splendid evening with live music. Fair prices for being on an island, kind and professional staff.

30/04/2025: A conduzione familiare, con i ragazzi in sala che sono da segnalare perché accoglienti, qui si viene per mangiar carne, di ogni tipo. O per comprarla. La cantina per accompagnamento offre qualche buona bottiglia, bevuto un calice di buon Merlot della vicina Cantina Sant'Andrea. Interessante la stratagliata di manzo (25€), credo di Black Angus, un'evoluzione della consueta tagliata, che richiede una sua preparazione speciale, perché viene per l'appunto tagliata a fette sottilissime e poi ricompattata a spiedino con surgelazione. Morbida, tenera come risultato, che mi è piaciuto. Meno interessanti invece gli involtini di carne bianca, vuoi di melanzane vuoi di zucchine. Le patate al forno possono essere accompagnate pure da una salsa cacio&pepe o con 'nduja. L'ambiente è perlomeno all'esterno parecchio ordinario, il conto è sul corretto.

29/03/2025: Partiamo dal presupposto che questa non è una semplice bisteccheria questo è il vero PARADISO... personale estremamente professionale, gentile e cortese. Consiglio vivamente i girelli di maialino toscano per antipasto che sono una divinità superiore. Per il resto la loro storia e la qualità parla per loro. Mix Argentina Danese e Brasile Italia ( per me) top del top. Un grazie speciale a dei veri professionisti Gabriele, Barbara, Alberico e a tutto lo staff. Si consiglia vivamente a chi ama il DIO della musica VASCO ROSSI.

19/05/2025: Siamo arrivati al ristorante x caso… abbiamo pranzato e poi visto l ottimo pasto cenato ..accoglienza ottima come fossimo di famiglia sia noi che la nostra piccola pelosetta ..la signora Anna Rita e suo marito Antonio estremamente gentili cosa rara di questi tempi.. ci hanno invitato a visitare il loro ex convento adibito all accoglienza il giorno dopo luogo storico e suggestivo che stanno cercando di preservare cn tutte le loro forze… persone rare consiglio vivamente

18/05/2025: Abbiamo incontrato il ristorante quasi per caso ed è stata una piacevolissima esperienza. I punti forti sono sicuramente la cucina e soprattutto l’accoglienza dei proprietari. Dopo un pranzo siamo tornati anche per la cena e le impressioni sono state confermate. Consigliamo vivamente l’esperienza.

31/05/2025: Pessima esperienza, dal soutè di cozze che sapeva di vecchio e presentava pezzetti di guscio sparsi, al misto crudi arrivato in 2 fasi a distanza di mezz'ora, alla tartare di scampi immangiabile e mandata indietro. Ci è stato detto che avevano terminato le ostriche per il misto crudi e che ce le avrebbero scalate dal conto, peccato ci abbiano scalato solo 5€, come se 4 ostriche costassero 1€ l'una...una presa in giro continua, che è terminata con la cameriera bionda che si spacciava per la proprietaria e direttrice (quando invece ci era stato raccontato che il proprietario era un uomo, evidentemente non presente), e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni sul conto ci è stato detto che non potevano fare nulla per i piatti mandati indietro perché "questa è la politica a qui". Dopodiché la stessa cameriera ci ha dato dei maleducati solo per aver difeso i nostri diritti, ossia evitare di pagare pesce immangiabile mandato indietro. Una scena davvero pietosa, abbiamo provato vergogna per loro.

Good memories in those times going to the restaurant with dad and mom. A leap into the past. Well done
