09/11/2025: I had dinner here with my wife on Saturday. We found a little gem in the city. The restaurant has three very welcoming rooms, and the warm, rustic decor immediately put us at ease. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the owner, Gianluca, was friendly and kind. I recommend everyone try the dishes here.

12/07/2025: Hospitality, friendliness, professionalism, quality... And I could use many more adjectives to describe this place, but they'd all be limiting. An intimate and welcoming location that makes you feel immediately "at home." Ilaria welcomes you with a smile on her face and in her eyes that invites you to do the same... Maria, the chef, has mastery in her hands and passion in her heart: the perfect combination to create high-quality dishes that delight the eye, the palate, and the soul. Local cuisine, updated and improved (to my taste), international touches suited to our Italian roots, meat, fish, and even plenty of vegan options for those like me who prefer it, and excellent value. In short... so much, so much. Well done, girls! Keep up the good work.

29/10/2025: We visited this charming restaurant at the end of the summer and had a wonderful time, feeling like family, thanks to dear Mr. Clino, who treated us to excellent local dishes, accompanied by his great kindness and charm, cooked by his son, who also enjoys producing and selling exquisite honey! We recommend everyone to visit Ristorante Bellaria, because it's family-run and the food is truly delicious. The terrace also offers a beautiful view. We will definitely return this winter to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, the good food, and the professionalism and friendliness of Mr. Clino and all his staff. And for me, those places are home. My father was originally from Pignataro Interamna, and there, in Bellaria, I savoured the beautiful aromas and tasted the excellent flavours of my paternal grandparents' home. ❤️

24/08/2025: A little disappointed by the pizza which wasn't pizza dough and in my opinion too thin without a crust. The price, in my opinion, is always too high for what we ate. A white pizza with sausage and mushrooms, the dried ones. Two lamb dishes, each dish had 3 pieces of meat, two portions of chips, half a liter of wine, a bottle of water and a bottle of Coke, the dessert offered by them. 60 euros. The dishes were not specified on the receipt, it was a single bill.

07/01/2026: A pleasant discovery today for lunch. This restaurant and pizzeria is located in a beautiful green park and offers a genuine selection of traditional dishes. We had a large appetizer of various small dishes and a delicious mixed grill, which surprised us with the quality of the meat and its perfect cooking. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back to try the pizza!

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

25/10/2025: It's located in front of the San Vittore highway toll booth. They offer excellent cheeses and cured meats, amazing mozzarella, and they also have a small bar. They're very friendly and the prices are fair.

12/10/2025: An unpretentious restaurant, good and plentiful food, and fast and professional waitresses. Unfortunately, however, it's unforgivable and disturbing that there's only ONE toilet for 60-70 people, and it's accessible by walking through the dairy machinery! Dangerous, certainly hygienic! Also, at the cash register, PAY EXTREMELY ATTENTION TO THE BILL BECAUSE THEY MARK SERVINGS NOT BEING SERVED OR IN EXCESSIVE.

05/01/2026: BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING. I and 16 others went for a pre-dinner drink. The cost for the food was 15 euros each, and then each person would have to pay for their drinks. When it came time to pay, the cashier asked me for 37 euros. When I pointed out that I had only bought a bottle of water, I was the only one who had to pay, including service, about 20. He insisted instead that I had to share even though others had had beers and various appetizers. I wasn't willing to pay for the others' drinks, and he rudely told me that that's how it is when you go out in a group. He had made the decision for us. A little offended, I gave him 20 euros and said I wouldn't have paid more. The most annoying thing was that the place, although modern and beautiful, still had an archaic and old-fashioned feel when it came time to pay. And no organization, when managing large groups and thus making life easier for itself, makes arbitrary decisions for customers. In 2026, everyone pays for what they consume and can also pay by card. I advise anyone going to be careful and be clear from the start if you're going in large groups and the difference in consumption between people is appropriate. Happy 2026 to everyone.

05/01/2026: We celebrated our son's sixth birthday here in early December, at the recommendation of a friend. This place was a revelation!!! Absolutely stunning. Our son and all our friends were thrilled! As proof, we've been back for dinner three more times and it's always been a pleasure!

22/08/2025: The pizza was delicious. It was our first time in Fiuggi, and even though it wasn't even dinner time, we found a wide selection, very friendly staff, and excellent value. The location is central, yet tucked away, allowing us to eat in peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.

20/08/2025: This isn't the first time I've eaten pizza here. Fragrant, well-topped, and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly. The chicken and potatoes are also good. I recommend stopping by in the morning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner... M.
