17/04/2026: I'm celiac and have been frequenting Albatros for several years. The gluten-free food is excellent and served with kindness, care, and safety. The speed of service and the softness of the gluten-free pizza were often two of the restaurant's weak points in the past, but they've improved enormously recently, with the service being quick and the gluten-free pizza truly delicious. Please keep up the good work!

21/03/2026: There's at least a 20-minute wait every time, but 20 minutes is a luxury; sometimes, even 45 minutes. The greed for taking any order is impressive, and then the customer loses out, so between the restaurant, takeout, and countless couriers, you find yourself waiting like an idiot every time. I used to use it for convenience and proximity, but I prefer to drive a few miles and not sit there waiting for cod. Besides, the food isn't anything special, in fact, I always repeat, I use it at most. As a fallback, I use takeout. Never again.

07/01/2026: A pleasant discovery today for lunch. This restaurant and pizzeria is located in a beautiful green park and offers a genuine selection of traditional dishes. We had a large appetizer of various small dishes and a delicious mixed grill, which surprised us with the quality of the meat and its perfect cooking. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back to try the pizza!

19/03/2026: This place won me over from the first time, both for its elegant and welcoming decor and for the kindness and hospitality of the owners. I've been back several times now and have never been disappointed: each visit confirms the quality and attention they put into their work. The first courses are always plentiful and tasty, prepared with fresh ingredients and with that touch of home cooking that truly makes the difference. All accompanied by an excellent Cesanese wine, perfect for enhancing the local flavors, and local desserts that round out the meal impeccably. It's a place definitely worth a visit, especially if you're in the area and want to savor some traditional delicacies in a simple, authentic, and familiar atmosphere. A place that makes you feel at home and is worth discovering.

14/03/2026: A little out of the way, but worth the steep curves. Even though the menu isn't extensive, the quality of the food is more than good, and the atmosphere is just right.

10/05/2026: The prices are shameful! There were 3 adults and 1 child. An appetizer that arrived with only 2 slices of ham, NO CHEESE, 2 slices of salami, a small plate of beans, 3 bruschettas, and 3 slices of zucchini. All this for 4 people. The quality of the products was terrible. Absolutely commercial. The mixed fried food consisted of French fries, 1 supplì, 2 croquettes, and then stopped for 4 when it was actually €10 for 1. Two waters, no wine, nothing else, €110. Never again.

06/05/2026: Everything was truly impeccable. Top location, great kids' area. Outdoor space. Comfortable in every way, excellent cleanliness. Superb food, generous portions, and truly helpful staff. I highly recommend going there; they also offer gluten-free options, which is not a given!

17/10/2025: Beautiful new and spacious restaurant located 100 meters from the old one, towards Posta Fibreno. The owner, Valerio, and his staff are always kind and welcoming. I've had both meat and pizza on several occasions: everything was excellent. Highly recommended, both for an intimate dinner and for groups.

03/05/2026: Truly surprising, we had lunch here at the end of our weekend in Lazio. We happened upon this bistro and were delighted with everything, from the kindness of the staff to the quality of the food. We highly recommend it if you're passing through Alatri, and you should definitely stop here in addition to visiting the town.

And the mille foglie (mille-feuille) was beyond incredible, easily the best I’ve tasted. The service matched the quality of the food: attentive, warm and genuinely welcoming. Overall, everything — the food, the service and the atmosphere — was amazing. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
