20/05/2025: What a lovely little place! The relaxing atmosphere is perfect for a quiet evening. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. He made us feel at ease right away. Excellent selection of drinks and appetizers, what more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

19/12/2025: I only tried the breakfast, which doesn't deserve more than 2 stars. The coffee was average, but the croissant was a total fail. The place was nice, but nothing special.

02/03/2026: The property is very beautiful and recently built. The rooms are sufficiently large, and the open spaces are well-furnished and comfortable. The location is certainly one of its strong points: the windows offer a beautiful view of the charming town of Arpino, and the overall panorama is pleasant and relaxing. The olive trees surrounding the property contribute to a refined and charming atmosphere. The only less practical aspect is that the restaurant cannot be reached from the inside via stairs or elevator, but only by going outside and going down one level, which can be inconvenient, especially in bad weather or for those with mobility issues. Overall, a pleasant property, with an excellent panoramic location and well-designed spaces. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. The property appears poorly maintained: a shower door was broken and was not replaced; the sheets were clean, but the bedspread was old and the pillowcases were a different color, a detail that gives a sense of neglect. It must be said, however, that the room was warm, spacious enough, functional, and overall comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Basics like cereal, yogurt, jam, and toast were missing. Only ham, fruit, bread (not toastable), a ring cake, croissants, orange juice, and water were served. When we asked for eggs and cheese, we were told it wasn't possible because there was no breakfast chef. The selection of hot drinks was also limited to coffee and cappuccino: no barley or plant-based milk. Another inconvenience was the noise: that evening, the restaurant was occupied by a private party on the ground floor. With loud music, fireworks, and the moving of tables, sleep was impossible until late at night. We fell asleep around 2:00 a.m. We were looking for a quiet place, but evidently we weren't lucky. Finally, one of the two rooms we booked turned out, unbeknownst to us, to be accessible. This created inconvenience: there was no bidet, and the shower, being level with the floor, caused water to run all over the bathroom. Furthermore, the bed was comfortable but noisy. Overall, the experience was below expectations, especially for those seeking tranquility, attention to detail, and a decent breakfast.

26/12/2025: Disappointing experience on Boxing Day We visited Casale della Regina on December 26, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was profoundly negative in every way. The waiter attempted to be friendly, but the result was completely inappropriate. When the children asked for fries, the response was a curt "no, they're bad for you"—a response that, besides being inappropriate in a restaurant setting, demonstrates a lack of professionalism. When we asked for a simple side dish, we were sarcastically told that "you should go home and get one." This kind of attitude has nothing to do with the courteous service expected from a restaurant. But the most serious problem was the service. We waited over an hour and a half just for our first courses, despite the dining room being practically empty with only two tables occupied. Waiting that long for a plate of pasta is simply unacceptable. When the plate of pasta with tomato sauce ordered for a teenager finally arrived, the portion was ridiculous: it didn't even reach 40 grams. As for the main courses, the meat arrived cold, and the tagliata was tough. This detail completes the picture of absolutely inadequate service. On a holiday like Boxing Day, we expected top-notch service. Instead, we found unjustifiable wait times, cold food, and tired staff. We cannot recommend this place.

28/10/2025: We are two pilgrims on the Way of St. Benedict and happened upon this trattoria/pizzeria. The atmosphere is from another era, and some might think it's a bit dated, but it immediately reminded me of old-fashioned restaurants, and I felt right at home. We ordered two pizzas, both excellent! They were served pre-sliced ​​on a platter so we could share. I highly recommend it.

20/02/2026: We went there for pizza with friends. The pizza was very good (I had anchovies and zucchini flowers), but the place was definitely too crowded. At a round table for ten people, it was hard to hear the person next to you. There were tables in the middle of the walkways, and the owner should avoid making a scene with the employees in front of everyone. (If you really have to tell him off, either do it discreetly or take him aside and clarify, but you can't start yelling in the middle of a room full of customers.) The two stars for the service aren't for the waiters (definitely understaffed for the number of people they manage), but for the management by the owner(s). It's a shame because I ate well anyway, but when I left, I almost had a headache from the confusion and noise in the room.

15/02/2026: The location was nice... 3 hours of waiting for an appetizer and a pizza!!! The waiters were absent... the manager was very rude and arrogant... They forgot to clear the table between the appetizer and the pizza... the place was very chaotic, the staff kept ditching each other... I don't recommend it!!!

IT'S A DESIRE TO HAVE LUNCH AT TINA'S...THE VARIETY OF FOOD SHE OFFERS...IS ABUNDANT AND OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, PURCHASED FRESH EVERY DAY. ..BUT ABOVE ALL, IT'S A DESIRE TO PAY THE BILL... 13/11/2025: Extremely disappointing experience: the pizza arrived after over an hour, was mostly burnt, the orders were wrong, and it was even delivered at different times. The service was also terrible: the owner was unprofessional and arrogant, overcharging us by two portions. To avoid an argument, we left without knowing the total amount. We weren't even given a receipt (there were 30 of us, so we're talking about almost €500). Receipts were only issued for those paying by card, obviously. For this reason, absolutely not recommended: the biggest problem is the management and the owner's attitude. Neither I nor my friends will ever set foot in this place again! One star only because it's not possible to give a zero-star review.

I emphasize: we arrived 15 minutes late, which can happen to any customer for more or less serious reasons, but it doesn't justify the treatment we received. In fact, I've never been late and been greeted that way in any restaurant. Not even in the main sushi restaurants in Cassino, where Saturday nights are always packed. How come other restaurants manage to handle everything with courtesy and professionalism, and you can't? The basics are completely missing. And now let's see if he's smart enough to shoot himself in the foot with another top-notch response.
