01/08/2025: The restaurant was clean and the waiters were kind and professional, but the spaghetti with clams was missing because they weren't clams but rather lupini beans that were a few days old, as most of them were dry and tasteless. The fried food was dry and had a strong fishy flavor, meaning it wasn't fresh. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. Maybe it was just me.

26/07/2025: A bit '80s-style, but no less delicious; excellent and plentiful dishes, courteous and always attentive staff. A pleasant discovery and authentic cuisine. Definitely worth returning.

09/09/2025: A Best Western hotel in a good location, with business-like furnishings. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a large TV. The renovations could be improved a bit. It has a nice gym. The breakfast is good and varied. The hotel also has a good restaurant.

31/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at the Le Faeta farmhouse, near the town of Arpino in the province of Frosinone, from August 28th to 31st. We were a couple with two children, and from the first moment we realized we were in a special place, one that not only offers hospitality but also becomes a true life experience. When discussing establishments like this, it's crucial to emphasize their importance: farmhouses like Le Faeta are authentic bastions of well-being and Italian tradition. They represent not only a choice for those who want to escape the routine, but also a fundamental step in preserving and enhancing our gastronomic, agricultural, and cultural identity. Breakfast, for example, was a true journey through authentic flavors: fragrant biscuits, delicious tarts, homemade jams, and a Nutella-like chocolate spread, yet artisanal and completely unlike industrial products. To accompany all this, there were also delicious fruit juices, always locally sourced, produced directly by them, which were truly exquisite. Everything was rigorously prepared with the highest-quality ingredients, without preservatives or shortcuts. Each course conveyed attention, care, attention to detail, and respect for those who sit at the table. A breakfast like this isn't just a great way to start the day: it's an experience that lingers in your memory. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of enjoying two dinners and one lunch at the property: simply exquisite dishes, made with genuine, top-quality products. The meat was top-notch, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the pasta dishes were truly fantastic, rich in flavor and prepared with the care that only authentic cuisine can convey. Every meal was a moment of pleasure and conviviality, confirming once again the extraordinary quality that characterizes Le Faeta. As for the accommodation, we stayed for three nights in the Aphrodite Room, a truly impeccable quadruple room. Hygiene-wise, it was perfectly sanitized, with spotless shelves and furnishings, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Not just the room, but the entire property exudes order, taste, and harmony: every object is carefully placed, has its own purpose, its own history, and nothing is left to chance. In this regard, too, we can only express our complete satisfaction. But what truly makes this property extraordinary isn't just the quality of the food or the beauty of the rooms: it's the philosophy that guides it. Here, the guest isn't just a number, but a guest welcomed with warmth, respect, and dedication. This is the difference worth sharing: when you choose an agriturismo like Le Faeta, you're not just choosing a place to sleep, you're choosing to live in harmony with nature, with authentic flavors, and with true Italian hospitality. Establishments like this deserve a "gold medal" because they are true gems of our tourism: small jewels that make Italy one of the most beloved destinations in the world, not only for the beauty of its landscapes, but above all for the quality of its food, hospitality, and tradition. 05/10/2025: I ordered pizza delivery for a specific time slot... and after an hour and a half, nothing. I called four times, waiting for half an hour with no answer. Finally, I had to go in person, and was arrogantly told, "It's a bit of a mess tonight." Too bad it's not just tonight: it happens all the time, and I wasn't the only one to experience this poor service. It would be decency to call the customer to let them know and apologize, not the other way around. I'll definitely never order again because you don't know how to work.

18/10/2025: The restaurant is small, and you often get knocked over or bumped into by diners at nearby tables. In some cases (when the restaurant is full), it's even difficult to converse with the person sitting next to you. The uneven floor causes the table to wobble uncomfortably. That said, before moving on to the dining experience, I'd like to conclude by saying that the above was of little importance in awarding the stars, considering the overall cleanliness, which is impeccable. CONGRATULATIONS. The service was good; both the waiter and waitress were always kind, smiling, and very helpful in listing the dishes and their composition. WELL DONE. The dishes...I think the photos speak for themselves :) The platter was a mix of colors, aromas, types, and flavors of produce that met our very high visual expectations. VERY GOOD. The shin pizza was really good; I thought it might be heavy for dinner, but its delicate, smooth, and juicy flavor made it a pleasant specialty. The Avezzano pizza for the kids was tasty and soft, and the sausage made all the difference with its delicate flavor. GOOD. The truffle pizza was the only Neapolitan-style choice, and I have to say I'd have a hard time recommending one or the one with the shin. BOTH WERE EXCELLENT. The burger I got for the kid (without any sauces or other additions) was very good; the meat was flavorful and appetizing, a large burger that would satisfy even an adult and of excellent quality. I recommend it.

15/09/2025: I came in because I was hungry; I didn't know it, and no one told me about it. Everything was very good, family-run, with very active people. I ate very well. Good local parking with a very attractive outdoor patio. I'll be back.

19/05/2025: Easy to reach, free parking available. The spaces are well-kept both inside and outside. The vaults that make up the ceiling and the walls with exposed rock give the environment a comfortable and distinct atmosphere. The staff, in addition to being professional, excels in courtesy, discretion and kindness. The service offered is precise, waiting times are right, they manage to anticipate any request and need of the customer, this denotes the care and passion with which their work is impeccably carried out. For appetizers we tasted sausages and bacon, the first ones really good accompanied by toasted bread with oil, with cherry tomatoes and basil and with artichoke paté. Together we also tasted a cutting board with a selection of their cheeses, where you can find everything, from pecorino to blue cheese, I remember having tasted at least nine different types. For starters, cacio e pepe with Gran Cacio di Morolo, strictly homemade pasta: a delicious tonnarello made with water and flour, wrapped in a delicate and tasty cream. The sparkling white house wine for €8 is excellent. A wide selection of desserts. Green apple sorbet and wild berry cheesecake, strictly homemade, delicate and very tasty. We added a bottle of water, two coffees and a digestive to the above for a total bill of €70. This place won us over with incredible ease. We will be sure to return as soon as possible to try their fish specialties too! Because in front of the quality (not only high in terms of food but also the service as a whole) you can only do honor. Compliments to this staff! See you soon.
