26/10/2025: We were delighted to return to Il Pioppeto after years of absence and found the owners' kindness to be superb. The apartment was perfect, clean, and charming, with Angela's touch evident. It's a charming place perfect for relaxation.

01/10/2025: The exterior is very beautiful and well-maintained. The price is too high for the quality of the room. We paid €10 for one night for the dog... We thought it was excessive.

07/03/2026: Negative experience. We came on March 7th for the Cassino Night of Commerce event. We found the space very limited. The staff was unfriendly, and the piadinas were not up to par with the portion size.

28/08/2025: A great way to end the Easter weekend in Ciociaria was lunch in the beautiful location of the Capofiume restaurant. The appetizers were excellent, featuring cured meats and vegetables; two first courses, ricotta and walnuts, and tagliatelle with pachino and porcini mushrooms; the second courses were lamb and beef topped with salad and baked potatoes; and a decent assortment of desserts, including wine-flavored donuts. An excellent house red wine was served. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A great way to end the Easter weekend, dining in Ciociaria in the beautiful location of the Capofiume restaurant. Excellent appetizers based on cold cuts and vegetables; two first courses, ricotta and walnuts, and tagliatelle made with pachino and porcini mushrooms; the second courses of lamb and beef seasoned with salad and baked potatoes; and a decent assortment of desserts, including donuts with wine. An excellent house red wine was served. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

31/12/2025: Unfortunately, I can only give one star (if it were possible, I would have given it 0). I was a customer for many years, then, after being mocked, I stopped coming. One day, as I often did, I ordered mutton (I always ordered the rib wall, so to speak), I ordered everything, and then left Rome to pick up the meat. I arrived and the owner told me, "I gave you the shoulder part, which is the best; it's the tastiest." I was surprised to reply, saying that I had always ordered the ribs and that I wasn't interested in the shoulder. To save the whole thing, I discovered that he had sold it to a friend of his and that he only had the shoulder left. A truly disgusting and disrespectful gesture towards a customer who, incidentally, had left Rome. I will never go back.

15/10/2025: Isabella, a charming girl... she walks you through the tasting of cheeses, cured meats, and house specialties as if she were your best friend! Everything is accompanied by excellent bottles of various kinds, from red to sparkling wines, as in our case! A truly remarkable experience! Well done, well done, and everything was delicious!

08/12/2025: 120 km. I traveled that far yesterday to be here for dinner at an event. A very well-kept, welcoming place, with attentive and helpful staff. We ate our fill, with generous portions and excellent preparation. Compliments to the service, the chefs, and last but not least, the price. Thank you so much.

11/10/2025: Terrible experience, dirty restaurant, appetizer not requested and left on the table. Poor. Little selection, they don't bring a price list, they don't give a receipt, and for what I ate, the price was very high. I don't recommend this restaurant.

21/09/2025: Terrible experience and high cost. Vinegar in the beans, old grated cheese with mold and larvae. Really awful. With a check, I don't know how long they'd leave it open.

19/10/2025: Today we took the opportunity to have lunch at the taverna. The atmosphere is rustic, just as a forest retreat should be. Speaking of the dishes, I can only compliment the chef; everything was delicious and the portions generous. The service, which I've read in many reviews isn't top-notch, was, in my opinion, professional and prompt.

15/10/2025: We had the fettuccine with truffle for our first course, and it was truly tasteless. I find it hard to believe they were homemade, and they were truly awful anyway. The arristicini were decent, and the baked potatoes were poor. Not recommended.

16/01/2026: Delicious products, made to order. Gorgeous location in Piazza Santa Restituta, so centrally located, with a view of the Madonna delle Grazie that will bring tears to your eyes. Courtesy, kindness, professionalism! What more can I say? It's a Sora excellence. I bought the panettone from them this Christmas, and I still get compliments on it. But the icing on the cake is the home delivery service. Did you know that? I'm sure not! Well, I'm waiting for the croissants to be delivered directly to my door. Magnificent 🌺 This is what happens when you care about your customers. Thank you, Sweet Mimì, forever.

07/03/2026: It was one of the cake shops where the perfect cake for one of my special events was a must. To date, the ugliest and most poorly made cake was mine. I had asked for a black cake with white writing and red decorations, and I received an all-black cake with awful red writing. Everyone laughed when I picked it up. I hope at least it tastes good, because it looks awful. The girl even apologized, but unfortunately, I won't accept an apology.

07/03/2026: I stopped going there, not so much for the quality of the food which is decent, but for the rudeness of the people who work there.
