The staff stands out for their courtesy and helpfulness, helping to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu, although essential, offers refined and well-executed dishes, the result of a clever fusion between culinary tradition and an elegant contemporary reinterpretation. The raw materials are of the highest quality and enhanced by careful and balanced cuisine. The open kitchen represents a real added value, allowing you to appreciate the work of the chefs in real time. The only flaw of the evening, the octopus tentacle, which unfortunately was not cooked to perfection. The bill, although not cheap, is justified by the quality of the dishes chosen.

25/03/2025: After a visit to the Palestrina Museum we decided to have lunch in this delightful restaurant. Very kind staff, varied menu, genuine and abundant dishes with many references to the territory. Excellent quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommended.

22/03/2025: Hands down the best gelato I’ve had by far!!! (And I’ve had way more gelato than one should!!) it was so soft and creamy yet also light. I don’t know how they do it! Both my husband and I got 2 flavours, both different from each others. The highlight flavour for me was the hazelnut. It was just perfect and had crunchy bits. They also have lactose and gluten free gelato. As well as gluten free cones! I don’t normally get my gelato in a cone but I opted for the cone this time and I was not disappointed. When ordering a cone you have the option of chocolate or pistachio sauce at the bottom, the two flavours of gelato and then either normal cream or chocolate cream. Customer service was excellent and very reasonably priced. They also have a selection of cakes and mini desserts.

06/02/2025: The management of the venue is one thing, the venue itself is another. Simply gorgeous. Regardless of the fact that I have always heard good things about it, obviously an exclusive place like this can only have careful and elitist management... it can fit. But the location, regardless of whether or not you are happy with the service (for an impeccable experience), was and remains fabulous. If you are lucky enough to celebrate a wedding, a birthday or a corporate event, here you will find yourself in Valadier's masterpiece which dominates the entire Pincio: it is located at the highest point, where the Romans already built their villas (and in fact an ancient cistern was found underneath) and where nobles and lords built their palaces. What we see today stands where there was a seventeenth-century residence. Built in neoclassical style in the first half of the 19th century, it is part of the overall reorganization of the entire area by the famous urban architect and represents its emblem. The colonnade dominates a breathtaking panorama and the view from the terrace fills your eyes and heart. The interior was recovered about twenty years ago, after various events that led to the prolonged closure of this jewel: today it lives a second (or perhaps third, fourth...) life and has greatly recovered its splendor. Inside, everything has been restored, including many of the decorations, and everything is managed with attention to detail and customers. The veranda terraces are something extremely exclusive and with a crazy view of the city but it is worth just taking a walk around and admiring the exteriors, perfectly recovered and enhanced. 13/04/2025: The menu is not the usual one you find in Trastevere, and it is always innovative with the off-menu items that change. the location is well looked after and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, for all this we highly recommend it

04/04/2025: Great place, very good food, the two waiters who served us first were very patient because we didn't speak the language and the service was great, but unfortunately there was a third waiter who wanted to take advantage and kept our change from the amount of the purchase, that is, he asked for a tip and since we didn't understand the language, he didn't even give us the change back and didn't wait to see if we were going to give a tip. I thought that was very rude of him. And one observation was that our table was a little dirty. They need to take better care of this and of the exploitative waiter.

28/02/2025: La pasta está buenísima y muy bien cocinada. El personal es muy atento y el restaurante muy agradable. Hubo un detalle que nos enamoró, le sirvieron un plato de pasta a una señora que tenía dificultades para andar y le ofrecieron comérselo en la terraza. Un gesto muy bonito y que dice mucho de los dueños del restaurante. Un 10 en humanidad y empatía.

15/02/2025: Shame you can only give 5 stars. This was superb! Lovely top level food matched by incredible service and a nice atmosphere. You would never think that you are in prime tourist location. Feels like a local neighbourhood restaurant with incredible character. HIGHKY recommended!

11/04/2025: I am usually very reluctant to give 5 stars, yet for 10 years I have been coming to this small Roman cuisine restaurant near Piazza Navona with my girlfriend, friends from outside and colleagues. Gentlemen, I recommend it to you honestly and sincerely. First courses under €13-15, traditional Roman dishes, with the presence of artichokes, nice and clean environment. A guarantee.

22/03/2025: The place is a bit dark and the tables are too close together. The quality of the dishes is very high with very fresh ingredients, you can tell that the Chef is an expert. The only flaw is the paella. I can say that I ate the best seafood risotto of my life, but you can't really call it "paella" The prices and bill are very honest.
