It's not your typical grandmother's cooking, but it showcases local tradition with quality ingredients and a nod to culinary experimentation. Prices are absolutely commensurate with the food, the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The first thing that strikes you is its extraordinary location: the restaurant directly overlooks the crystal-clear waters of Lake Turano, offering a breathtaking view. Dining with such a panorama is a luxury in itself! But "L'Angoletto" isn't just about the view. The cuisine was exceptional. We enjoyed carefully prepared dishes that combined tradition with a touch of creativity. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the quality was evident in every bite. Finally, the service: impeccable. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and discreet. We felt pampered throughout the entire lunch. The combination of excellent food, excellent service, and the beautiful view makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone in the area. Congratulations!

08/10/2025: Went here 3x in Rome because it was so good. Two generous scoops (in two different flavors) for 3€ and they will dip your ice cream in liquid chocolate for free. Many flavor options. Queue moves fast. Excellent gelato!

31/07/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend and I had a terrible experience. First of all, the place is nice, but nothing more. It's classic 80s dishes with average ingredients, but they charge for the first course. We asked the owner for recommendations, and he offered us two first courses and a raw fish appetizer. They were good, but nothing special. The problem was when the bill arrived! For two, we spent €200 with a wine. I should point out that a first course costs €30, and the area where the restaurant is located is inconvenient for parking. Go here if you want to eat fish from the subway at very high prices. If you want quality ingredients, I prefer to go to Micalusi, for example, or to La Marina in Fiumicino, where you spend less and definitely get better fish.

19/08/2025: This is how you serve a gin and tonic! Thanks to the bartenders at Bar LaVallée in Monterotondo for adhering to a protocol of elegance and international etiquette. In some bars I've reviewed, lazy and ignorant bartenders add tonic from a wasted one-liter plastic bottle, opened hours ago and practically unused, and the lemon zest is optional... Cheers 🥂

05/11/2025: The evening turned out especially nice — I came here thanks to the bonus money I got from a website (it’s mentioned in the photo attached to the review). Decided to treat myself to dinner, and it was totally worth it! The pasta was amazing — simple but full of real Italian flavor. Good mood and good food — that’s all you need for a great day!

16/09/2025: September 16, 8:15 PM, found it closed even though it said open online. Great disappointment, especially since we didn't find anything open in Bagnoregio. Two DaBue sandwiches and a huge disappointment for a missed dinner. I will definitely never return to this town.

12/10/2025: A magnificent experience. One of the best steakhouses I've ever eaten at. Domenico's service was spectacular, very attentive, as was the rest of the staff. We will definitely return when we return to Rome. I give it five stars because it couldn't be more.

12/10/2025: Great meat 🥩 it was delicious 😍😍 the fries too and the little sauce too. The coleslaw salad was good too. The brownie for dessert was a little dry. The restaurant decor is very nice and all based on Angus beef. Nice menu of various Angus meats and various maturations.

04/10/2025: A delightful restaurant in the center of Rieti. We ordered two first courses and two side dishes, all delicious. They have many vegetarian and vegan options; in fact, one of the main courses we chose was the vegetarian gricia: a plate of very thinly sliced ​​cabbage with plenty of pecorino cheese—truly fantastic! They also have a wide selection of local wines and craft beers (we tried the Treggia, which was excellent). The restaurant is very elegant and unique, and the jazz background music makes the atmosphere even more pleasant!
