10/06/2025: Empty ice cream shop I asked the gentleman to let me taste a flavor he let me taste it, I didn't like it and I asked him to try another one he said NO, YOU CAN IMAGINE (he wasn't joking, just very rude). He gave me the second flavor in the cup with a mini portion and didn't even put the biscuit in it. I will never go back, with such rude staff, there are a thousand other very good ice cream shops like Guttilla which has a very high quality of ice cream, much larger portions and always friendly staff The owner's response that says I was asking to taste all the flavors is a lie, I had asked for ONLY ONE, I didn't like it and I asked for another one which is very normal in other ice cream shops. If you appreciate sincere reviews be equally sincere in your answers. I'm not from the other ice cream shop, I'm simply a person who cares about warning others when the service is poor, as I would like to be warned. The advice from the other ice cream shop is intended as a help to those looking for an ice cream in the area that is accompanied by cordiality and respect towards customers. Go and get it too if you are interested in improving your relationships with customers, take it as a refresher course to make my bad experience in your location constructive. Best regards❣️🥰

16/07/2025: I went to Osteria Flaminio and was truly satisfied. The Italian cuisine is excellent: I tried a well-made carbonara, delicious pulled chicken meatballs with peppers, and roasted potatoes, which, unfortunately, I couldn't finish simply because I was already full. That's why I didn't order dessert, but I'll gladly return to make up for it! The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, polite, and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming, although the wait was a bit long. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, even large groups: there's a dedicated room perfect for socializing.

13/07/2025: We arrived at this place recommended by our hotel. We were greeted by Mrs. Monica, a fantastic person. We immediately felt at ease. We sat down, and shortly after, they came to take our order. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, and I ate wonderfully. The carbonara was spectacular, along with amazing meatballs and top-notch cured meats. I had some leftovers and took them home. The portions are generous, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Go there, guys.

23/05/2025: Locale sito in via gallia, con una veranda molto suggestiva. Piatti ricercati con un mix di innovazione e tradizione. I cubotti fritti con la trippa sono sublimi, così come l’ovetto. Locale di ragazzi che portano una ventata di freschezza nella normale e noiosa vita della ristorazione romana. Ottimo anche il cocktail bar che offre cocktails classici o elaborati. Bravi

30/06/2025: Small pizzeria in the upper part of Viale Medaglie d'oro. Neat and tidy environment, both inside and outside. There aren't many tables also because they are properly spaced. Excellent fried food (the supplì cacio pepe e gamberi is worth applauding!), very good pizza, height and edge just the right balance between Roman and Neapolitan, perfect dough and cooking. Wide but not exaggerated choice between classic, revisited and "gourmet". Friendly and punctual service. Fair bill. Five stars deserved.

27/06/2025: By now there are no more secrets or things to discover, since the pizzeria at 384 has been a point of reference for Romans for years, but I say for all lovers of good food. The architect of this success is undoubtedly to be attributed to Roberto Ferrone, a talented young pizza chef, and his staff who, without much fanfare, have managed to transform this place into a shop of taste. The place is not very large but it is enough to accommodate customers both inside and outside. The menu includes traditional pizza and fried foods such as the classic suppli, but that's not all, in fact, next to the evergreens, this place offers delicacies depending on the season and the period, in this period for example they have on the menu the fried sandwich with Cetara red tuna, lime mayo and tomato. Let's talk about pizzas, here they use a selection of stone-ground flours, I like to define it as it has been defined, that is, a hybrid between Roman and Neapolitan, pronounced edge and thin center. The oven used is electric. Personally I have been coming here for a few years now and the thing that has always surprised me positively in addition to a long-lived dough capable of combining two traditions and the always balanced and harmonious topping, the rule of 384 and few but well-balanced ingredients. I cannot fail to mention this evening's pizza which in a certain sense embodies the meaning of my words, the thing that I particularly appreciated was the fact that the porchetta was not put in cooking but rather out of the oven and I won't even say the reason why I agree with the pizza chef, the success of a place lies in the fact of maintaining the desire and passion for cooking as if you always had to please a small audience of customers, forgive the term a food shop, these guys have not lost their hunger and desire to assert themselves in a panorama that today is characterized by stereotypes dictated more by a vision of social purposes that will bring visibility, but I believe that even today authenticity is still a precious gift that few possess. Keep it up guys.

07/07/2025: In front of the Church of San Saba there is the Holy Trinity of Pizza. The cathedral of the palate where at any hour the pizza is fragrant and crispy. There are the ordinary ones and those with innovative flavors. When in doubt..... all of them!

22/06/2025: What can I say about Trattoria pizzeria Gran Paradiso, a small trattoria in a village near Tivoli, a nice, well-kept and clean environment, it has the entire internal room and also a nice, very spacious outdoor area that can be covered if necessary. Three of us go to lunch after booking, as soon as we arrive we are greeted by a very kind and smiling waiter, he accompanies us to the table for three and provides us with a small table nearby to put our things, so I can say good customer service. We see the menu which is very simple for a trattoria but well-stocked and varied, they immediately bring us water and we order. The first courses arrive, all very good, fresh pasta, the right seasoning and the right portion. The second courses are also very good, tasty arrosticini, well-cooked sausage. The baked potatoes are very good, they accompany the meal well. List of various homemade desserts described by the waiter, very good and tasty. During lunch we were always well looked after by the waiter even though the room was completely full. GREAT experience, we will definitely be back to try the pizzeria. I recommend a stop at this trattoria

21/06/2025: I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Gran Paradiso restaurant with my husband and our three little girls. The experience was excellent in every way. The exceptional quality of the dishes exceeded all expectations and made the evening wonderful! Everything is handmade from the bread to the first courses... speechless for the strozzapreti with pesto, diced buffalo mozzarella and pachino! Our little girls were able to play peacefully thanks to the large spaces available and we enjoyed the very pleasant evening accompanied by the piano bar! Convenient parking, a place that transmits serenity like few others..thanks to the staff and the owner...great professionalism!

02/06/2025: Location neat, clean and welcoming. Friendly and professional staff, the bill in line with what was consumed but as far as the food is concerned in my opinion we are not there. We ordered courgette flowers and fried chanterelle mushrooms as an appetizer, both good, a mixed grill of meat and 2 carbonara or rather 4 ……. the first time the pasta (short) was more than al dente. Reported to the staff in the dining room, the latter took away the dishes who, after having noted the actual undercooking of the pasta and having apologized to the chef, proposed the same dish again with, this time, a fusillone which, unfortunately this time, was more than cooked. At this point we got up, obviously leaving the plate, we asked for the bill, we paid and, after paying, we expressed our disappointment with the dish which, apparently, was not appreciated by the owner who responded sarcastically with a "I imagined".
