11/01/2025: We love this place and come here often but putting covers outside without real shelter is madness. We tried to sit next to a mushroom but was later moved because of another table next to it. The food is good and the times are fast but I repeat, it is inhumane to make all those people eat in the cold. Obviously they were all people who hadn't booked, but they didn't accept covers if that's the case and then let's face it, maybe 600 euros was enough to make a shelter and a type of place like that shouldn't have flaws like that... also because eating out should be a pleasant experience while we had to eat everything quickly without even being able to get dessert due to the cold weather. Only this point needs to be reconsidered, the rest is a place that really deserves it

28/12/2024: Hospitable environment, the owners are kind and very nice, they explain the dishes with simplicity and transparency. Excellent food, simple but tasty dishes, it almost feels like eating with family while enjoying excellent fresh fish, wine list with a wide choice, super desserts! Definitely recommended.

19/09/2024: Good experiences at Fortuna Madre. Excellent pizzas with a more than fair quality/price ratio. The pizzas presented are very varied, with multiple flavors and choices. I don't give the fifth star only because of the waiter's intolerance in taking the order. Very nice owner. We will definitely return.

14/12/2024: The holiday hotel is closed in winter, but they hosted you in the Ludwig boutique hotel which is under the same ownership. We had a great time and we were also able to enjoy very refined food at the hotel restaurant!

16/01/2025: I thought better, old structure, food partly good, partly nothing special. Excessive cost compared to what was eaten. I won't go back just for a nice view. It's an opportunity to improve menus and freshen up the environment. The service is good and attentive, easy because they have few seats but it does its honest job.

With the excuse of messaging they give you disco prices: a simple Spritz 10 euros when it normally costs 7/8 at the bar, Mojito 12 euros when it normally costs 8/9. They speculate a lot about naive kids caught up in the messaging. We are in Pigneto (four blocks of dilapidated houses forgotten by God) and not in Piazza di Spagna!! Please lower your prices!

31/12/2024: Truly original and rustic restaurant without pretenses, including the very "colourful" owner, with excellent dialogue and presentation of his business. The food is really good, original and well cooked, the service of the waitresses is efficient and friendly, excellent choice of wines of any price. The cost is average, but the quality is worth it.
