01/11/2025: A spectacle. Authentic and simple with splendid service.

19/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. The first courses are mostly traditional Roman dishes, with a few extras. They have a wood-fired pizza oven. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Good value. Recommended.

12/10/2025: A perfect last-minute find. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered rabbit cacciatore, artichoke, mille-feuille, and biscuits. Everything was perfect! We had lunch outside. We'll be back.

12/10/2025: A terrible experience. Although the food was truly home-made, they didn't get anything right. We ordered two appetizers and only got one, which they said was "for two people." The pasta with sheep's meat ragù was actually just tomato sauce. They let us order fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, but after ten minutes they informed us they were out of stock (which can happen, given how crowded it is). However, they made us order chicken cacciatore, made us wait half an hour, and then told us we'd "misunderstood" and that there was only roast chicken... that's not it, really. We were disappointed, and we weren't the only ones, hearing from other tables... Never again!

24/09/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues and we had a truly enjoyable evening. The restaurant is elegant, well-attended, and yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The meat deserves special mention: superior-quality Fassona beef, with various cuts available, perfectly cooked, and exceptional flavor. Each of us chose a different dish, and we were all impressed by the quality and care taken in its preparation. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. The other dishes—from appetizers to side dishes—were also well-crafted, but it's the meat that truly shines. The wine list is also excellent, completing a high-quality experience without ever being pretentious. I didn't take any photos to attach: the elegance of the setting and the attentive service made me feel that it would have been almost inappropriate to interrupt dinner with my phone in hand. Sometimes it's better to enjoy the moment with colleagues and let it remain etched in memories rather than pictures. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to: quality, professionalism, and taste at the highest levels.

20/01/2025: We made a mistake by taking place outside of this 'restaurant' without checking the reviews first. What a mistake. Actually we should have left after we got the 'menu' from the very unprofessional waitress. We took two of the daily menus and two pinsas, but still took 30-45 mins to prepare them. See the results below. Saltimbocca: tiny piece of meat with four pieces of potatoes. Cototoletta: meat thick as paper with some salad. Potatoes taste like the oil they fried them is two years old. I am pretty sure they've put the same sauce to Amatriciana and to gnocchi. The pinsa was chewy. And on top of this I noticed some hair from the waitress on my plate. This restaurant is shame of Rome. Make yourself a favour: STAY AWAY! I hope we'll forget this soon.

19/10/2024: A highly recommended place to eat in the center of Rome near the Spanish Steps. The food is exquisite (for a tourist area) and the service is exceptional. It's a family restaurant and the food is homemade. They make everything themselves. Very good value. Excellent.

25/06/2025: Was driving through town and was needing to grab a bite with the family. The bang per buck was great and the staff were friendly. They have a lovely outdoor shady patio with numerous tables. Would recommend if you’re looking for food while driving through

13/10/2025: An elegant restaurant that doesn't skimp on hospitality and making you feel at ease. Expertise, preparation, and attention are paramount in Latina. Guests are pampered course after course. Honorable mention, of course, goes to the wines offered, but also and especially to the host, Cristian, who, with a smile and a recommendation, ensures you have a delightful evening of good food and fine wine! Highly recommended

09/09/2025: Elegance and professionalism always make the difference. We discovered it by chance and were captivated by the atmosphere, which is not typical of the area. Excellent service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent table service and table settings for a quick aperitif. Good products, meticulously served. The amuse-bouche was very enjoyable and delicious. The wines were recommended given the dish. We will definitely be back for dinner. Parking is available on the street. We returned for dinner, a true experience of tastes, aromas, and very interesting discoveries. Cristian and his team are fantastic, knowledgeable, and kind. 19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

02/05/2025: "I discovered the 'Ciao Core' pub at Axa and I must say that it was a real pleasure! The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for somewhere fun and with a good offering of food and drink. It's a nice and fun place to try!"

19/10/2025: With a name like that, expectations were certainly high. It's late October, and we expected to find winter truffles, or at least that the waitress would be able to answer our questions about the quality of the truffles. Instead, we never received an answer, and to our disappointment, we were served a plate of fettuccine with a mediocre summer truffle cream that tasted like nothing. We won't be returning.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, I was looking for fettuccine with truffle, but I got fettuccine with truffle cream. 😔 When I asked why there wasn't truffle shavings on top, I was told it's not the right time. So, if you don't have the restaurant's main course available, Tell me in advance. Or close.

28/09/2025: Truly too expensive, €80 per kilo for a steak that could be from anywhere in the world (and not Kobe) is way too much! Not to mention we're on Via di Pietralata. Madness!!

16/10/2025: I'm leaving a lovely review for this family restaurant. I felt like I was in my grandmother's restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent waiters, and the girl who was going to the wedding was super nice, and I arrived late... I hope the wedding went well. Keep up the good work, business is going great.

02/10/2025: The atmosphere was old and inhospitable. The carbonara wasn't a carbonara. The Grigia wasn't a Grigia. But the stew, which tasted of vinegar, hit rock bottom. A first course, a second course, half a glass of wine, and a few sides... €32.

25/11/2025: Comfortable atmosphere, very polite and helpful staff. Excellent service and quality. Ample and convenient parking.

13/11/2025: I had lunch last Sunday with family and friends at Il Tagliere ai Due Ponti. We had a wonderful time, were greeted warmly, and ate excellent food (you could really taste the quality of the ingredients). The atmosphere is welcoming, but not the usual rustic style you might expect; the rooms are spacious, welcoming, and tastefully and uniquely decorated. We were served promptly, despite the restaurant being packed both inside and out. Overall, an experience we'll definitely repeat and highly recommend.

24/09/2025: -Order took over an hour to arrive -No one answers the phone -Sicilian cannoli missing from the order -Not even two cones in the half-kilogram of ice cream, and then on Justeat there's not even an option to add them.
