27/08/2025: I got takeout pizza by the metre last week for the first time, and I have to say it was very good and well-filled! The girl at the counter was friendly and smiling, the place was clean, and the counter was well-stocked! I'll be back! 👍🏻

06/08/2025: I ordered shrimp paccheri with pistachio cream. I swear, there were 3-4 overcooked shrimp. It had no pistachio flavor whatsoever. The pasta was al dente and undercooked. Truly inedible. A bad experience. I must say, I've lived in Italy for 40 years and know Italian cuisine well.

24/08/2025: The food is average. However, the menu leaves much to be desired. At 11:40 a.m., we wanted to order two salmon and avocado squares and two smoothies, but we were told the kitchen opened at 12:00 and that only brunch was available until then. The summer brunch, which costs twice as much, is the exact same thing. How incredibly efficient is the kitchen? As if that weren't enough, the summer brunch arrived staggered. The fruit arrived before the square, and the smoothie arrived after we'd already finished, despite repeated requests. A terrible experience.

24/08/2025: I was visiting with 2 hungry children at 400. Was told kitchen opens at 5, so we waited. Then it changed to 530, then 6PM, so we left.

With an array of amuse-bouche, chef Bianco invites guests with a sumptuous peek into what lies ahead. If the evening began with muted conversation, the excitement continued to grow with each plate. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the sommelier whose guidance to the perfect bottle capped the night.

12/07/2025: Enchanting location, exquisite cuisine, but little attention to food intolerances The restaurant boasts a truly picturesque view of Rome, an elegant and refined atmosphere, and offers well-structured cuisine, with dishes meticulously crafted in terms of ingredients, composition, and flavor. The service is friendly and attentive, providing pleasant company throughout the evening, but it leaves the impression of being inadequately prepared for the food served. What left me perplexed about the overall experience was that, in a fine dining setting, some of the carelessness in managing food intolerances is difficult to understand. When booking—which I made well in advance—I was asked if I had any intolerances, and I mentioned lactose. I subsequently sent a follow-up email to reiterate this information, expecting that after such careful consideration, completely allergen-free alternatives would be available. Yet, once I was seated, none of the dishes on the menu were suitable, except one, and no off-menu alternatives were offered. When ordering, we had to indicate multiple options for each course, hoping the kitchen could accommodate them. The resulting menu was improvised, choosing from the courses containing "more moderate" amounts of lactose than the others, and lacking consistency (two fish dishes and one meat). Once we requested a more harmonious fish-based menu, the waiter simply returned, saying—without even asking if it would be okay—that the first course would be a seafood risotto. The second course also had only one option. The same bakery also included products containing lactose, the amounts of which remained vaguely "a little." I honestly wonder: what's the point of asking about intolerances when booking if you're not organized to handle them with the attention expected from the premise? During the evening, we were offered a table change to a better view, a courteous gesture we greatly appreciated, but which doesn't fully compensate for the superficiality demonstrated at the beginning. An experience that undoubtedly has many qualities, but it requires greater attention and sensitivity to dietary requirements, especially when they are communicated well in advance and with precision. Ultimately, regarding this specific aspect, the overall feeling of the evening was one of having to pay attention to one's dishes and use various supplements to cover any potential, and poorly quantified, lactose present in the dishes.

17/08/2025: This is a rooftop restaurant with a great view that I discovered on my way down from Pincho Hill. The food wasn't exceptional, but it was acceptable. I chose this place for its atmosphere, so I have absolutely no regrets. Please note that food orders start at 7 PM.

12/08/2025: I was food poisoned to the point where i was hospitalized at your resturant. I was recommended sea bass pasta, which did not taste good. After 3 hours i was in an ambulance passing out because of vomiting and diarrhea. I hope in the future you take food safety more serious. This ruined my vacation and I'm still struggling from a concussion from falling on the bathroom floor after fainting. And to the response of the restaurant: Ihave the medical record from the stay in hospital. This. Is. NOT. Fake. How about an apology instead? That would be the correct response!

29/08/2025: This is a great little shop! We stopped for a coffee and breakfast a couple of times during our stay and it was so good. Prices are also much better than anywhere else we checked out. 5.50 euros for 2 coffees and a pastry!

19/07/2025: Is it permanently closed? We walked 30 minutes to have a little Peruvian bite and it says in Google that is opened.

01/09/2025: Saturday evening, we arrived at 8:00 PM and asked for a table for two. The waitress asked me if I had a reservation because everything was booked. I told her I didn't have a reservation and wanted a pizza. She told me to wait while she looked at the reservations. I have a table at 9:00 PM; if you're up at 8:45 PM, I'll seat you. I thanked her and ordered a speck, radicchio, and gorgonzola, an Umbrian pizza, and two medium-sized spinach pizzas. The pizzas were very good and easy to digest. We left the table at 8:40 PM. Thank you so much for your kindness and the delicious pizzas.

19/08/2025: I dined there for the first time on August 14th, with meat appetizers, followed by meat and sorbet, and I have to say I enjoyed everything. I had a really good time. The atmosphere was relaxing because, even though all the tables were full, mine was at a distance, so I ate in peace. The staff was really friendly and young. I also noticed a huge wood-fired oven; I'd like to try the pizza next time.

21/07/2025: Very nice restaurant on the outside, I booked 2 days in advance, I reserved a table outside, where the quiet and good food transformed the evening very exceptional, I would say... from the appetizers, some ordered the first courses, and some the pizza... everything was good, it was the first time we went to this place... we will return... thanks for everything...
