17/02/2026: I take my daughter to baby swimming every Sunday. I wanted her to do this activity, but unfortunately I had no other options in the area, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen this pool. The class is, in my opinion, excessively expensive, considering that my husband is in the water alone with the baby and receives no attention or instruction from anyone (it's not a "class"). Meanwhile, along with the other chaperones, I have to stand in the pigeon hole because there isn't even a chair or bench to wait on, and we have to keep watch for 50 minutes. The ladies at reception don't even crack a smile, of course; they feel like everything is a nuisance (there's no point even calling them because they don't provide the slightest information). Finally, I find the €2 cost for five pairs of shoe covers ridiculous. Since they are mandatory, you should offer at least ten when you sign up; it would make a better impression, and it wouldn't be a loss for you, considering how much you charge for the classes. The good thing is that there are convenient changing tables in the changing rooms and it isn't too crowded on Sundays.

09/05/2026: I visited this pizzeria/restaurant, just steps from Piazza di Spagna, for the first time, and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful from start to finish. My phone was completely out of battery, and they immediately helped me charge it, even finding me a table near an outlet. A simple gesture, but one that's not always a given these days. The service was also very fast, organized, and courteous. As for the food, I ate very well: the Roman-style artichoke was flavorful and well-cooked, while I really enjoyed the pizza for its light crust and quality ingredients. Overall, it was a great experience, both for the quality of the dishes and the atmosphere and service. I left your restaurant feeling satisfied and happy. Congratulations to all the staff and thank you for your hospitality.

08/05/2026: Food is okay. Prices are higher than expected for the food. Service is very very slow. 15 minutes to take order because waiting for 1 guy to come take order while they are just standing there.

02/06/2026: We came here many times as it was right next to our hotel. Great coffee and Great food. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend visiting here. We tried some pizza slices and they were incredible.

01/05/2026: Amazing place! We had breakfast there every day, and each day it was delicious. The place serves excellent cornetti and superb coffee, the staff is skilled and very friendly, and the evening drinks were just perfect. The atmosphere is warm and homely, which makes you feel really comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place — it’s perfect whether you’re stopping by for a relaxed breakfast or chilling in the evening.

06/06/2026: In my opinion, it was a disappointing experience on several levels. As Harry Potter fans, we decided to dine here (there were four of us) to take advantage of the atmosphere and the themed desserts. We were already a little disappointed because, in our opinion, the reproductions weren't very well done, so much so that we didn't even bother taking souvenir photos. Our table was upstairs (the prettiest part, decorated with little letters and candles hanging from the ceiling), but... there's a big but... it was unbearable because of the heat and the lack of air circulation! We were all seriously feeling ill because we literally had trouble breathing in the intense heat. We ordered two appetizers and fries to share, a main course each, a dessert each, and a drink per person. As for the appetizers and main courses, they were good, but personally, I didn't like the desserts at all. I found the butterbeer cheesecake to be mostly cream, and the Harry Potter cake, in my opinion, was extremely heavy... made mostly of sugary pastry. Another sore point in all of this was the price, which in my opinion was completely out of proportion. We paid almost 50 euros each... for what we ordered, I haven't paid that much even eating in restaurants and pizzerias right in the city center... the only positive thing was the staff, who, I think also thanks to the fact that the place was half empty that day (so they were more comfortable paying attention to us), were helpful and kind. In any case, if they don't change the way they manage the place, I don't think I'll be returning.
