Introduced to Café Gourmet through Villino Noel. I loved their pastries and cappuccino (the pastry here is my favorite of all time even though I have no clue what it is). Went back for dinner to escape the rain, and their prices as well as the food was again, great!! Employees are kind and helpful. It became a cozy little escape for me and my friend. I'd definitely go back next time I visit Roma 💖

Fish Take Away di Nancy e Pietro

17/05/2026: A popular restaurant (tourist and locals alike) within in 15 minutes walk from our hotel. There was a long line up when we got there. First we find a table and then place and pay for our order and someone will bring it to our table. We ordered: fried squid, seafood linguine, grilled Bream and an order of fish and chips. The grilled fish was amazingly fresh and done to perfection and linguine was tasty and flavourful with a generous amount of seafood. We were a bit disappointed with the fish and chips (12 euros) and only 3 tiny nugget size pieces of fish. We’re not sure if it’s because they were sold out as it was late on a Friday afternoon and it’s a local holiday. Overall, we are happy with the food quality and reasonable prices. If we ever come back, we will try their mussels and stuffed squid (seemed very popular) and other fresh seafood for day. Grilled fish is a must try!
