26/12/2024: Sono tornata in questo ristorante che gia conoscevo e apprezzavo per la qualità dei cibi. Abbiamo trovato la cordialità di Claudia, la titolare, che ci ha ospitato come a casa propria. Grazie ancora per la splendida accoglienza e la consueta qualità dei piatti serviti nel menu speciale di Natale. Da provare assolutamente per ogni occasione.

26/12/2024: I returned to this restaurant that I already knew and appreciated for the quality of the food. We found the friendliness of Claudia, the owner, who hosted us like in a home. Thank you again for the wonderful welcome and the usual quality of the dishes served in the special Christmas menu. Absolutely worth trying.

25/10/2024: I especially recommend this Caffè corretto coffee late in the evening before going out into the city.

19/12/2024: Cleanliness is king. The staff is courteous. It offers gym service on the seventh floor. Free water in the fridge was a great surprise. However, some things described in the welcome letter were missing: the courtesy slippers, the bar service, the sewing kit... I didn't need them but if they advertise them one wants to find them.

17/12/2024: All the details are very well looked after, the attention towards the guest is at the top, the kindness of the staff is truly remarkable. In the attached restaurant, authenticity reigns supreme, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Definitely recommended.

23/10/2024: Siamo ritornati con amici per cena, in questo ristorante dove ci ha nuovamente sorpreso per la loro professionalità di alto livello, ottime spiegazione sui loro piatti e consigli speciali per i vini. Veramente incredibili! Al giorno d'oggi non è facile uscire felicemente sorpresi, dall'ottimo cibo, dalla presentazione, dai vini e dal servizio!!!!! Tutti con il sorriso, gentilissimi e preparatissimi. Ma complimenti a tutti!!!!! Di certo ogni volta che verremo a Viterbo sarete il ns ristornate di massima fiducia!

21/10/2024: Come da titolo, sono stato in questo ristorante una seconda volta a distanza di qualche mese. Che dire, confermo l’ottima impressione, anzi sono rimasto ancora più soddisfatto. Tapas gustosissime, Anatra sublime, tagliatelle ai porcini buonissime e sorbetto al caco da applausi. Bravi ragazzi!!!

19/10/2024: I go to the Lepini valley very often. First of all for the excellent quality and beautifully cooked food. Both for the meat fish pizza variety you are spoiled for choice. A rich menu without considering the dishes of the day. A huge added value are the very kind and friendly owners who make the atmosphere even better. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2025: Locale senza insegna, per trovarlo abbiano camminato molto e siamo dovuti tornare indietro, usando maps. Partendo dall'antipasto, trippa e fagioli abbastanza discutibili, anche melanzane e zucchine dal sapore strano. Abbiamo preso due primi, con guanciale tagliato a tocchi enormi e crudo, nell'amatriciana il sugo non era cotto, anzi passata di pomodoro servita direttamente dal barattolo. Dopo aver fatto notare l'accaduto, almeno hanno avuto l'accortezza di togliere il piatto dal conto.

14/07/2024: A superb location, slightly away from the main tourist attractions. The owner was incredibly kind and generous to us. He did his best to speak English, explain the menu and the wines (organic/natural) to us. As we had difficulty making our choice, he adapted his best dishes into small tapas. He quickly understood our wine preferences and didn't hesitate to open bottles just to pour us a large glass. Incredible service! The dishes were superbly executed, simple but with high quality ingredients. Our stay here was a sweet break during our hectic visit to Rome. Thank you for everything, and for the olive oil that we brought back with us to Canada! ❤️

27/05/2024: Best seafood and one of the best meals overall we had in Italy. Nice atmosphere and good service in the small restaurant. Good selection of wines. About 65 Euros per person with tip.

17/11/2024: Homemade cuisine: try the homemade ravioli with ricotta, butter and sage and the wild berry millefeuille. Portions are not very generous but first course, second course, side dish, dessert, coffee and house wine at €30 are worth the stop!
