15/08/2025: Warm and welcoming place. Excellent food, served with a smile and kindness. Mrs. Erika, the owner, made us fall in love! The location has outdoor use, surrounded by greenery that also offers a nice cool breeze in the evenings. Excellent, locally sourced food. Excellent value for money. Needless to say, from now on we will be satisfied and regular customers... to be honest (I'll allow myself a little controversy), despite the inexplicable and gratuitous, albeit rare, negative reviews. 10/05/2026: Lovely spot not far from our hotel (Hotel Madison). Lovely rustic feel, the waiter was super nice and attentive. The food was fantastic and good size portions. Not sure how to spell our dishes but they were great! Highly recommend.

01/06/2026: We experienced several issues with our room, including a previous leak that had caused the wallpaper to tear and bulge, resulting in a moldy smell and damaged drywall. Additionally, some electrical outlets were not functioning, and a lamp was broken. While these issues were significant, the primary concern revolved around a pair of sandals purchased for my mother on the first day of our arrival in Rome. The sandals, which were left in the room, disappeared , leaving only the receipt behind. We promptly notified the hotel staff about the missing items upon discovering them gone, and our iPad, which was recording, had been moved and was facing our luggage, suggesting that one of the maids had accessed our room. Despite reporting the discrepancies to the hotel, the sandals were not recovered. Given the circumstances, it is clear that the sandals were stolen. Notably, our luggage had been opened as we placed the zippers to the right side together. We only had a room cleaned once. No one had been in the room. Also, the front desk staff was very brief and yet rude. The service staff for breakfast is very kind and very attentive. The woman who tried to sit on our first day was also very kind we gave you gratuity to all those who served us with kindness and prompt service. We had no problem doing so. It’s a very unfortunate that our sandals were taken. Would I recommend this hotel absolutely not due to the fact of the distance from the hotel to Rome and the unprofessional staff and severe discrepancies with the rooms.

24/04/2026: The pizza from the great Nando is always excellent! A family-run business that has been "Strangolagalli's pizzeria/trattoria" for years! Pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, a lovely crackling fireplace, and a grill ready for a variety of delicious grilled dishes. Many traditional dishes: first courses, second courses, and side dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere in the center of the small town. The place is perfect for an evening with friends, and pizza is also available for takeout. The place is small, so reservations are recommended on weekends.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

19/05/2026: I've been avoiding lunch and dinner for a while now, both because of the sky-high prices and the awkward service, with confused and disoriented waiters and endless waits. Unfortunately, the situation doesn't improve with takeout: one or two people at the register and counter at lunchtime, with the POS terminal not working and biblical waiting times for everything. In all this, the prices are also rising: a salmon bagel was €6 yesterday, €8 today. We're talking about a 10cm-diameter sandwich, filled with arugula and cream cheese with a slice of smoked salmon. The prices of the desserts are also beyond comment. It's a short step from organic to stealing! Raise the level of service instead of prices!

03/05/2026: We ordered pizzas, fried foods, and burgers to go. Everything was delicious, hot, and the wait was short (on a Saturday night). The staff was incredibly kind, and they even gave us some freebies. Definitely worth trying again!
