09/11/2025: I visited this restaurant during a stay in Rome. Since I'm in the city of carbonara, I ordered it, and the result was terrible. The pasta was completely undercooked, it crunched in my mouth, they used pancetta instead of guanciale, the carbocrema was nonexistent, and to top it off, they used parmesan instead of pecorino romano. The staff was unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
08/11/2025: I went on November 8 and was very disappointed. To start, they brought us four slices of bread that no one had asked for and put them on the bill. We had pasta, and the carbonara crunched in the mouth; it was made with bacon that wasn't crispy, cheese, no pecorino cheese, and the carb cream was nonexistent.
Next, we had tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, which was always raw. The staff would take it away while you were eating, and they were insistent and rude.

23/09/2025: Excellent, quiet, discreet and fun place, especially on Friday nights with karaoke night. I've been going there for a while and I have to say you feel at home every night. The staff is spectacular and the food is excellent and of high quality.

15/11/2025: A very traditional and welcoming place.
We waited a bit after booking, but they were kind enough to offer us focaccia, and it was worth it anyway.
The suppli were delicious and packed with mozzarella; the thin pizza with lots of toppings was delicious.
The saltimbocca and oxtail stew were also delicious.
Great prices.
Congratulations, guys!
12/11/2025: We ate there several days in a row for much less than in the city center. The meals were always generous and delicious. All the servers are lovely.

That's why today I want to highlight the kindness of the staff, both those who take the order on the phone and those who deliver the order. 11/11/2025: Rarely has a restaurant managed to be so welcoming and professional at the same time. I felt at home, in China, and at a formal dinner all at the same time. Friendliness, professionalism, and kindness in a traditional yet strangely familiar setting.
Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Vito (a true gem) made us some delicious panzerotti that made us want to stay in Puglia. Plus, the owner offered us other delicacies to try. I recommend this place not only for the food but also for the kindness of the entire staff. The horse meat panzerotto was truly something special. If there were 10 stars, I'd give it all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

20/11/2025: Ambient, moody, and modern. If you like Rihanna, the Weeknd, or Gorillaz, I have a feeling you'll love Spirito.
The drinks are themed after historical graffitis of Pigneto, and are crafted to an art. Perfectly cut ice, clear and punchy notes, and even the non-alcoholic drinks don't shy from excellence.
My date and I are definitely more indie-lounge-by-candelight folks, but the employees were incredibly warm and sociable--they did not hesitate to accommodate me as an English-speaker, and were open to conversation.
02/11/2025: The service isn't up to par for the price, incredibly slow, and the cocktails are either wrong or never arrive. There were a lot of us, but you can't bring cocktails without knowing who they're for, so let me get them at the bar. The food arrives after the cocktails. The cocktails are incredibly complicated, and they don't know how to make a decent Long Island. The music is very loud.

05/11/2025: Finally, a place that offers a unique alternative to the usual flavors! Here you can taste excellent cocktails and other top-quality products, prepared with care and attention to detail. The young man who served me was very kind and, what's more, a native American speaker, an added bonus for those who want to chat in English. Highly recommended, even for tourists!
