14/09/2025: Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, we dined on the veranda, we had a table set up. Disappointed with the food: the mussels weren't cleaned properly, the poached octopus didn't taste good, I sent the dish back almost intact, the bread seemed stale...we were very disappointed.

09/10/2025: A quiet place where you can converse while eating. Excellent food prepared with the finest ingredients. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. A gluten-free menu is available. Large fenced garden with a children's playground. Wheelchair accessible.

16/10/2025: For my birthday, I was lucky enough to enjoy a lasagna and eggplant parmigiana that were simply spectacular! Carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and that authentic flavor that takes you back home. You can taste the passion in the kitchen... and there's plenty of it here.

06/10/2025: The food and egg pasta were very good, of course, everything was very tasty, and excellent value for money. The only problem was that the owner looked at me a little askance, while I noticed that he was much more cordial and friendly with other customers... maybe it's just my impression, maybe I did something wrong, but it seems strange to me. I think I come across as a fairly anonymous customer... well, go figure.

02/09/2025: Terrible. 80s-style beach with plastic placemats on the tables. For lunch, we requested two basic dishes: a simple caprese and a prosciutto and mozzarella. Mozzarella (Vallelata) and prosciutto (Vecchio), no Parma ham as stated on the menu. The dishes arrived covered in foil because they were picked up in front, probably from their hotel, when it would have been better to say that day, we're closed for lunch! I would certainly have appreciated them. But I also want to leave out the lunch, (and the foil), something I've never seen in a restaurant, because lunch, for once (the first and also the last), was disappointing, that can happen. But the most shocking thing, the reason for the following review, was the request for a ten-minute phone charge, which was even charged to the receipt! Maybe, I could admit it in Costa Smeralda, but not in Ladispoli with its dirty sea, unclean beaches, and beaches I'd like to, but I can't. Nope! Best regards

22/08/2025: We celebrated our son's birthday. There were about 50 of us, including children and adults. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. Daniele and Andrea were fabulous. We had a wonderful time, the food was excellent, and we felt right at home. What more can I say? Thank you so much from Giuseppe and Giorgia, and Flavio, the birthday boy. We highly recommend it.

03/06/2025: Cibo ottimo, nella zona è il migliore senza dubbio. Sia prodotti da terra che di mare sono molto buoni. Prezzo ottimo sui 45 a testa prendendo antipasto , primo e vino.

02/06/2025: Resolvemos almoçar nesse restaurante quando estávamos em viagem de Roma à Sorrento e tivemos uma surpresa muito boa com a comida e atendimento. O local é muito agradável e a comida saborosa. Na hora que chegamos estava bem tranquilo e o atendimento foi rápido. Experimentamos uma entrada bem diferente, com camponata e umas espécies de saltados. Como prato principal eu comi polvo, que estava uma delícia. Recomendo bastante.

17/07/2025: I ate here a while ago and it was pleasant. Today was a disaster. LET'S START with the beers, flat and with a very questionable flavor, like diluted. We had medium reds and a lager. The Coke tasted like it's been left out in the sun, and it takes on that excessively sweet, flat flavor (granted it was in a closed glass bottle, but that was also disgusting). The Chianina burger wasn't asked for it to be cooked and was raw. Furthermore, THE MEAT was clearly not Chianina and tasted like terrible sausage (probably industrial, very poor quality, because the meat looked like a mass of mixed minced meats, but the Chianina isn't even in the photo). Carbonara was too salty, and the pasta was lumpy. Pasta with sauce, for a young girl, arrived with a questionable sauce that had bits of meat, so it was a remnant of ragù with pepper, but let's leave that aside too. Pork chops in BBQ sauce. I ask if they're neck steaks, and they say yes. Instead, they deliver two dry pork loins (sirloin is known to be dry, but if I ask you something, you say yes. I expect you to bring me what you tell me). Basically, the service, except for the kindness of the waitresses, where I can't comment, was poor because the food arrived later than the other diners. Some were eating, some had already finished. The quality of the products was truly, truly poor. Not to mention the TERMITES on the table, the people smoking around you as if nothing had happened. All this for €180, which if I'd eaten well, I wouldn't have even cared about. But in the end, we ate awful food, took way too long, and despite complaints to the owners, everything went as if nothing had happened. Obviously, the evening ended with three people with stomach aches. I don't know if the management has changed, but I certainly won't be returning to this place again, nor will I bring or send anyone.

25/09/2025: I had to wait 30 minutes to get a sandwich and a beer, even though it was off-peak time (12:50) and there was no one in line. But then again, it was the Rome derby, and it was more important to follow the match on my tablet. Furthermore, the burly guy at the kiosk is incredibly ignorant. He wanted me to eat standing up even though there were empty seats at the counter ("They're for people having coffee, otherwise how am I supposed to do it") and empty tables ("And what if someone makes a reservation?"). In the end, he took pity on me and let me eat my sandwich on a rusty iron table. Hygiene is also poor, as the place where they prepare the sandwiches is full of flies and midges, which isn't a good sign. If you value yourself and your self-esteem, avoid this place. When I write negative reviews, I do so for one sole purpose: if you're good and capable, you should thrive; if you're not, you should quit and change careers, given the overwhelming competition. Unfortunately, most people don't think like me. Update: I appreciate your polite response. I'll try again next year.

19/10/2025: We ordered a birthday cake for a little girl. Unfortunately, even though we'd asked for the words "Happy Birthday" to be written on it when we ordered, the pastry chef forgot.

02/11/2025: Disappointed. Let's start with the positives: Interesting location, overlooking the lake, large pergola with many tables, and indoor dining rooms with just as many. Helpful and friendly staff. Quick service, despite the large crowd. Large and convenient reserved parking, fairly low prices. The negatives: But the most disappointing aspect came from the food. The seafood appetizer with octopus (tough and tasteless) tasted like the kind you buy in plastic jars at supermarkets. First, I had cannelloni, and they were too soft—perhaps the pastry was too thin. In any case, they were too soft, but the flavor was good. The fried calamari was also soft, with almost no breading, so rather white and not that nice crispy, golden look. What a shame! I had higher expectations, as my son (who had already eaten there) recommended it, but he was also disappointed. Maybe it was because there were too many people on the holiday. Maybe I'll go back someday, who knows, with fewer people...

01/11/2025: Lunch overlooking the lake. Family-friendly atmosphere. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The spaghetti alla chitarra with perch sauce is delicious. The pasta e fagioli is also good. The sautéed chicory is tasty and plentiful. A lake fish main course is a must-try. The bread is bland. The house sparkling white wine is a must-try. We'll return.

07/10/2025: I didn't buy anything, but I went in because I was feeling sick. To my pleasant surprise, compared to other bars and shops in the past, the restrooms were in excellent condition. I'll be back to grab something more slowly next time.
