11/10/2025: First time I go, I can't say I ate badly, it's average, fast service, very large space even for parties

14/09/2025: Went today with my nephew. We had beer, mozzarella in carrozza, and carbonara. Inedible mozzarella, two pieces of coarse bread and a slice of mozzarella, tasteless. Mediocre carbonara, generous portion. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and young staff. Two beers, two fried foods, two pastas, two coffees, €48. The food could be greatly improved.

14/09/2025: I chose the restaurant for the people who work there. Reliability, competence, honesty, and kindness. I organized my daughter's 18th birthday party here. Everything worked perfectly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Welcome, service, dedication, and politeness. Not to mention the dishes, especially the meat. Delicious. Congratulations to Lorenzo, Giacomo, and Valerio, and to everyone who made their services available to my daughter for this important event in her life. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Thank you so much.

31/08/2025: Located in northern Rome, this is definitely a good steakhouse. The location is nestled beneath a building, yet the silence is incredibly pleasant, allowing for a truly relaxing dinner. It features a modern and elegant table setting, accompanied by bread served in a cloth bag. We had a grilled chicken breast, which was delicious and plentiful, and a chicken swordfish, which was equally good but, I must say, less substantial. The bruschetta with burrata and sun-dried tomatoes was also excellent. Service was a bit slow, but extremely friendly. Prices were higher than average.

21/07/2025: Very nice restaurant on the outside, I booked 2 days in advance, I reserved a table outside, where the quiet and good food transformed the evening very exceptional, I would say... from the appetizers, some ordered the first courses, and some the pizza... everything was good, it was the first time we went to this place... we will return... thanks for everything...

13/06/2025: Very welcoming location, nice, suggestive especially with the evening lights by the pool, very kind staff and good food (including pizza). Good fish and good choice of wines.

04/10/2025: Not always, but often (as in this case), you can tell the value of a restaurant if it's frequented by locals. Well, our experience was positive, based on what we ate, and certainly fun, having spent dinner in direct contact with some locals. Is this a relaxing situation? Maybe not, but some encounters still make you smile and leave the place feeling happy.

19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for somewhere fun and with a good offering of food and drink. It's a nice and fun place to try!"

28/09/2025: Prices are slightly above average. The basic sandwich costs 4.50, but it can easily go higher by adding even a simple ingredient. The chicory is cold and full of chili pepper sauce... it wasn't easy to eat. The mozzarella was expressly labeled as buffalo mozzarella, but it wasn't at all. The fiordilatte is flavorless and saltless.

18/07/2025: The guy was getting ready to close the truck so we were almost sure he was not going to make us a sandwich.That was not the case tho.Not only that he made us the sandwiches but he pulled out the table for us.The sandwiches were delicious and warm.Will visit again for sure!

06/09/2025: We loved its rustic charm. Very basic, minimalist, but what really matters—the food—is satisfying! Dining with wild boars grazing just a few meters away is truly captivating. I must return to try their pizza. Special credit goes to the location, atop the Poggio Catino mountain. Many people agree with us, so much so that reservations are a must.

26/05/2025: Ristorante/pizzeria con vari punti vendita sparsi per Roma. Io sono andato sempre e solo, da ormai 6-7 anni, a questo di Testaccio. Avendo provato sia pizza che pasta, posso dire che, pur se facente parte di una catena di locali, non mi dispiace. Poi, per carità, in ristoranti "singoli" (cioè non facenti parte a nessuna catena) si può trovare qualche plus che in certi locali può mancare. La pizza la trovo molto sottile e croccante. Le fettuccine forse un po' troppo spesse, ma così le fanno e a quello ci si attiene. Il locale è abbastanza grande per mangiare in comodità. E il servizio - con personale che ho sempre trovato diverso dalla volta precedente - celere e cortese. I costi, per finire, li trovo nella media. Nulla da segnalare al riguardo. P.S. Se non erro, da fine inverno/inizio primavera 2025, il locale ha cambiato nome.

25/07/2025: Unique place! Great prices for the city, tasty and authentic dishes. Rice cooked just the way I like it, impeccable chicken, and super tasty ravioli. Highly recommended, I come here often.

22/02/2025: Definitely the best dishes I've ever eaten. The spicy tofu is truly amazing. Also excellent are the spaghetti with vegetables, the grilled ravioli, the rolls (even the steamed ones). Really low prices and unmatched quality-price.

19/08/2025: The welcome was good... Everything else is a waste. Bed, hygiene, paint, electrical, faucets, lampshades, nothing was right. Booked 4 nights... left after one night. Unpleasant odor, poorly maintained area, almost abandoned. Not a single gesture despite the false advertising. (Booking photo) Tourist tax for 4 days also well collected... Wasps galore, soundproofing non-existent. Fitness bike on the roof, dying between two deckchairs, broken. Bare switch and wiring... interesting with the "pets allowed" notice. Battery and other accessories lying around in the common areas. Probably a genuine desire to do good, but nothing works here. In short, run away. A customer deserves respect.

17/08/2025: I could really sum it up in two words: Disgusting. I've traveled a lot in my life and stayed in many villas and hotels, but I've never seen one like this. Everything was dusty, the faucets were dirty, and the shower was just as dirty. Highly not recommended. It really deserves half a star.

18/06/2025: Stumbled upon this cafe/bar/library when dropping our luggage in for the day. Looks to be an old carpark converted into a wonderful chill space. Ducted air conditioning to escape the summer heat. Great coffee!!

11/06/2025: Un locale ricavato da un garage sporco, una proprietaria di una maleducazione unica, dei prezzi assurdi (una birra da 33cc alla modica cifra di 6€), menu inesistente, e acustica della musica davvero da girone infernale. Bocciato senza possibilità di recupero, oltre ogni ragionevole dubbio
