19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for somewhere fun and with a good offering of food and drink. It's a nice and fun place to try!"

06/09/2025: We loved its rustic charm. Very basic, minimalist, but what really matters—the food—is satisfying! Dining with wild boars grazing just a few meters away is truly captivating. I must return to try their pizza. Special credit goes to the location, atop the Poggio Catino mountain. Many people agree with us, so much so that reservations are a must.

02/06/2025: Resolvemos almoçar nesse restaurante quando estávamos em viagem de Roma à Sorrento e tivemos uma surpresa muito boa com a comida e atendimento. O local é muito agradável e a comida saborosa. Na hora que chegamos estava bem tranquilo e o atendimento foi rápido. Experimentamos uma entrada bem diferente, com camponata e umas espécies de saltados. Como prato principal eu comi polvo, que estava uma delícia. Recomendo bastante.

16/08/2025: Hotel overlooking the sea and harbor, with reasonably spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent homemade cakes for breakfast, and all the sweet options are delicious. The savory options are less varied.

14/10/2025: Stopped in walking back from St Peter's Square. The service was wonderful, the gentleman there was friendly and funny. We loved our pizzas, really the best we had in Rome! Every bite was a perfect bite, delizioso. We wished we had bought more for take-out to eat at the hotel. Atomsphere was great, enjoyed the music. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

04/10/2025: Delizioso, the crust is incredible! Ideal for takeout or for a quick bite. All with good service. Personally, I opted for the small table in front of the good pizzas :)

10/10/2025: Great service, friendly staff, I had the lasagna. It was perfect!! 🤩 5 stars! My friends had the 3-cheese pizza and the mushroom pizza, which were also very good!

10/10/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't get to try anything. Hiring such staff is a waste of money. The waiter only took our drink orders (Aperols served in glasses containing some kind of mustard), and when we wanted to order food, he insisted we ask for a second waiter. While drinking our Aperols and waiting for any service, we spent a lot of time observing waiter number one leaning against the wall and vaping with two other waitresses, while the one (supposedly) taking orders sat at a table or talked on his phone. While I can't judge the taste of the food, I was at least able to smell the dishes served to the lucky (?) guests at a nearby table – the shrimp reeked of stale fish that spread across half of Rome. If I were the owner, I'd rather close the place down than artificially reduce local unemployment.

21/09/2025: Meager fish dishes, higher than average prices (spaghetti with clams and bottarga €25, lots of empty clams, bottarga a pinch on top of the small nest of pasta, a 33 Haineken beer €6!!!); they ask you if you want a focaccia without explaining that it is separate and paid for, in a little paper bag €5, not even whole. 1 mixed fried fish, 1 potato with a side dish, 1 33 bottle beer, 1 spaghetti with clams described above, 1 focaccia described above, 3/4 purified tap water, 2 coffees €71.50. Avoid the veranda, there are no real awnings and the sun filters in, creating a nuisance.

21/09/2025: The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but the beach-side restaurant is much nicer. While I wouldn't recommend the salad, limoncello, or pasta with ragu, the pizza is very good.

29/09/2025: At the end of the day, we always ate pizza here and then headed back to the hotel. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent.
