22/11/2025: I've been going to this place for years, the quality and price are excellent, but something has changed now, first of all the portions have decreased and the prices have increased a lot compared to before, including drinks and water (a litre of microfiltered water €3 EXCESSIVE PRICE for simple tap water) for a family of four it is almost impossible to eat in this place due to the excessive price increase.

11/11/2025: While in Rome, I'll say one thing: I've honestly never tasted better food. The steak was a huge hit, and the service and preparation were phenomenal. Chef Marian, who is Polish, is incredibly warm and friendly. The waiter, Cladiuo, is always dedicated to providing impeccable service. Guests are truly welcomed. We will definitely be back in the future.
11/11/2025: We spent a fantastic evening at the restaurant, run by the owner, Francesco. The food was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The waiters were very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Claudio. I especially recommend the steaks prepared by the excellent chef, Marian, who is Polish. I highly recommend it!

20/07/2025: Wonderful place overlooking Terminillo. Good food, passion, family history. What can I say? It has it all. The meat is chosen from the open counter, the pasta is homemade, as are the cured meats and meats from their own farm. Well done! And thanks to Laura for the tip.

01/12/2025: This is the second time I've eaten at Libbra and after 2 years I can say that in addition to excellent meat, I also found warm service, especially from the waitress and the very welcoming owner.

(Only for the caponata and the nice location)
I dined at Libbra on Saturday evening, booking through TheFork with the 20% discount promotion, clearly visible at every step of the booking process: day, time, and number of people.
I also saved the platform screenshots, which show the 20% discount active for:
* the selected date,
* the arrival time (7:30 PM),
* 2 covers.
If the restaurant had actually had a "6 promotional cover" limit, TheFork would have automatically deactivated the discount, as happens in all restaurants when the promotional availability is exhausted.
However, the discount was active everywhere, so the restaurant was required to apply it.
The problem arises when it comes to the bill.
The total is full, without the applicable discount.
I brought this to the attention of the employee, who instead of simply applying the promotion offered me an untenable solution:
➡️ cancel the reservation on TheFork
➡️ to pay with my Yums.
Unfortunately:
1. The restaurant doesn't accept Yums (the owner himself confirms this).
2. Without an active reservation, Yums cannot be used.
So by canceling:
I lost my Yums,
the discount wasn't applied,
and the restaurant also avoided commissions to TheFork.
Only later did the owner say he was "available" to apply the 20% discount, but only outside TheFork, maintaining the 6-cover limit.
Unfortunately, my screenshots show the exact opposite:
the promotion was active, visible, and selectable until the last step.
The 6-cover limit wasn't marked, and if it had been exceeded, TheFork would have blocked it.
**What matters to the customer is what they see when booking, and that was a valid 20% discount.**

Food
Cheese appetizer: actually, only one type of cheese, very few slices, and very poor presentation.
Barrosã steaks: nice marbling, but unfortunately tough because they were aged for too little (just 35 days, as the butcher at the counter confirmed). Teresa couldn't even finish it.
Side dishes: baked potatoes and a really good caponata (one of the few positives).
Passion fruit cheesecake: decent.

Conclusion
The place is nice, and the caponata is worth it, but between:
discount not applied,
absurd request to cancel the reservation,
clever way to circumvent Yums and commissions,
disappointing meat,
very high bill,
I cannot recommend this restaurant.
I give it 2 stars only for the caponata and the ambiance.

05/11/2025: Poor quality food. Insipid spaghetti with clams, seafood risotto with a mussel on top, fried anchovies bigger than red mullet... even the desserts leave much to be desired. Definitely avoid!! The staff is very friendly and the location is very pleasant.

30/05/2025: Transavia return flight canceled due to an air traffic controller strike. We were given last-minute notice, otherwise it's no fun. After an idyllic romantic week in Rome, we found ourselves reunited with about twenty other French people in the same predicament. Transavia paid for each room and meals. Located on the 3rd floor, with a view of Rome (from a distance, but the view is still there), the room was of a high standard, even though it was old. I agree with the comment of someone who experienced the same situation: we felt the difference between us and the "real guests." Although the staff was lovely and the room was clean, both in terms of amenities and cleanliness, the meal, for example: industrial pasta with canned tomato sauce.
It's not the hotel of the century; there's a mix of a certain luxury and the impression of a former hospital/other complex restored as a hotel.
It must be said that for a hotel booked on the spur of the moment, it's pleasant and very decent, especially since the experience was free.
30/05/2025: Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and very good food. It's a long way from downtown and you can't really walk to the train station either. 50 euro each way to go downtown

19/10/2025: A shocking experience: our orders were taken 30-40 minutes after we sat down, and only after 2-3 requests. In 2 hours of sitting, we only managed to eat 2 starters, which were supposed to be ravioli with truffle and walnuts, but there was no trace of truffle. We had also ordered wine, which never arrived, and 2 main courses that we might not have seen for another 2 hours.
In conclusion, a restaurant to avoid like the plague!

It's a family-run hotel with a beach and restaurant, with meticulous customer service. Pictured is a creamy spaghetti with sea urchins 😋
12/10/2025: We spent a weekend of peace, serenity, and great flavor. We'd heard so much about it, but hadn't yet had the chance to visit. We finally managed to bridge the gap and discover a place where time stands still, making room for authenticity and the sea, the star of the show, as in everything at 'Pino al Mare.' We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

16/10/2025: Conosco il posto da quando ha aperto. Inizialmente ci andavo quasi tutti i giorni,ma con il tempo ho notate tantissime cose che nn andavano e nn ho piu' consumato da loro. Ci sono tornata pochissimo tempo fa ed e' cambiato solo l'arredamento la qualita' dei prodotti sono rimasti invariati.La pizza bianca ed il pane buoni appena sfornati, ma gia' dopo qualche ora le caratteristiche organolettiche svaniscono e la consistenza dei prodotti sembra gommosa. I prezzi sempre troppo alti.
Il reparto dolci abbastanza fornito.
Il locale e' molto carino.
Ogni tanto ci torno x nn offendere coloro che mi invitano, ma il servizio a tavola e' tra i peggiori che mi sia mai capitato. Il personale mi rincresce dirlo, la professionalita' nn sa neppure cos'e'.
Il proprietario puo'verificare che mi riferisco alla mattina del 28c.m. dal momento che le osservazioni al disservizio sono state effettuate da piu' persone e fatte notare prontamente ai suoi collaboratori.

23/08/2025: THE BEST 😍 We've been in Italy for almost 2 weeks now, and ate out every day for 2-3 meals a day and this was by far the best experience. The kindest, happiest and most thoughtful people and the food was so delicious!! I'll come back to Atina just to visit this reaturant again.
