11/05/2025: I gave one star because you can't give less, the prices may be low, but the quality is terrible, I would have preferred to spend more but eat well, an insult to the carbonara with anonymous tasteless cheese that was absolutely not pecorino...gnocchi that the polystyrene has more flavor of very low quality with ragù without ground meat and the usual tasteless grated cheese...never again!

24/04/2025: Very kind host and very good chef. There were 6 of us at dinner and we had 5 first courses, 1 second course and 3 side dishes: carbonara, matriciana, stew with potatoes, artichokes, chicory and chips, all very good, exceptional carbonara. All less than 10 euros per person. Well done, keep it up

24/02/2025: Eravamo già stati negli anni precedenti e non ci aspettavamo di doverne rimanere stavolta tanto delusi. Porzioni minime, qualità mediocre per un pranzo oltretutto pagato carissimo. Non torneremo.

25/05/2025: As in almost everywhere, they charge you for concepts you don't understand. The food is good and upfront: antipasti and a pizza, to share, two 400cl beers and a tiramisu, 46 euros. The two beers, as always, very light, 12 euros. Nice and cozy interior, we dined outside, on Via Merulana, a busy road and a little too noisy. In short, a more affordable option in Rome.

16/05/2025: In a word, odd. While we were expecting nautical-ish decor, it was just odd. Lights too bright. We were almost the only people there. Service was the opposite of engaging; not unfriendly, just kind of “there.” Most dishes tasty though the linguini with clams was very light on the clams. Pesto was excellent. Can’t say that I’d recommend it. This place must be very busy sometimes otherwise I’m not sure how it makes it.

08/05/2025: Posto molto carino. Ci sono stato con la mia compagna il mese scorso e lo consiglio. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, location molto carina e drink devo dire buoni. Aperitivo molto interessante.

08/05/2025: A serene, welcoming environment with vintage but also extremely original furnishings. The aperitif is truly excellent and also very typical, there are two methods, one with Pitas seasoned in various ways and the other with meatballs and hummus, there is also a vegetarian version! Indie or Jazz music in the background and really friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

11/05/2025: Got a margherita and one with frankfurters on justeat. In addition to an embarrassing delay, the pizzas were not only (obviously) cold, but disgusting. Tasteless, clearly preheated, nothing like the usual quality. We've eaten here and gotten takeaway several times but after tonight never again.

09/06/2025: 1997 I got married in this restaurant. 2025 My daughter Eleonora's wedding, 28 years of sublime dishes, accompanied by so much courtesy and dedication to their work. The hostess, Maria, envelops you with her sympathy and immediately puts you at ease. Thank you so much for making this day, indelible in our hearts

08/06/2025: I was a flight attendant and Italian interpreter for a major US airline and stumbled on this place on a layover. This was my to go place since then. The cacio pepe is incredible as are the pizzas. The service was so wonderful. We will be visiting Rome soon and I am so excited to bring my spouse here. On my 50th birthday in 2012 I took my whole crew here and it was incredible!!

03/06/2025: Esperienza terribile,per andare sul sicuro visto e considerato che si trattava di una trattoria tipica romana,ho avuto l'infelice idea di ordinare una trippa alla romana,a dir poco schifosa, immangiabile.Per cercare di migliorare un po' il gusto ho chiesto se avessero un po' di peperoncino piccante; mi hanno portato un vasetto di peperoncini sott'olio coperto di muffa.Ovviamente ho lasciato il piatto quasi per intero.Da premettere che la fame era tanta perché erano le 3 del pomeriggio e digiuni dalla sera precedente.Mia moglie e mio cognato hanno ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi,nulla di eccezionale.

28/05/2025: Far from the tourist traps, we find ourselves in the heart of Italian family cuisine. The dishes are exquisite, special mention goes to the spaghetti carbonara, it's the best in Rome that I've had the chance to taste. The staff is lovely and welcoming. You feel right at home. I recommend it.

01/06/2025: A real little hidden gem (literally almost impossible to find) in the backstreet. Fantastic pizza and amazing burgers. Absolutely Italian neighborhood pizzeria with a modern clean interior and lovely staff. Not a tourist in sight. Highly recommended with reasonable prices and cold beer on tap.
