14/02/2026: Service made multiple mistakes leading to a long waiting time and average food which had to be recooked as a result of the mistakes. Didn’t even take the coffee off the bill at the end as an act of courtesy.

09/03/2026: Excellent restaurant located in the center of the beautiful village of Saracinisco, in the province of Frosinone, southern Lazio. A truly charming and quaint place, with indoor seating, but I believe outdoor seating is also available in the summer. The highlight is the homemade pasta. As soon as you enter, the open kitchen is a thrilling experience. The first courses are excellent, and the second courses are equally good. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. I had a great time.

05/05/2026: This was our first visit to this delightful restaurant, as our friends who've been there several times knew about it. We were pleasantly surprised by both the location and the beautiful view. We sat inside, of course, because it's still early for outdoor seating, but we looked out as soon as we left, and the view was truly marvelous. The pizza is delicious, thin and crispy, and the various types of suppli are also very good. I especially loved the griciette, which were truly amazing! The atmosphere is truly welcoming, and there are only a few tables, so reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays. It's located in the upper part of town. Good value. Recommended.

The food and quality of the ingredients are excellent, the place is welcoming, the service is attentive but not intrusive, and the value is excellent. Their homemade pasta is a must-try. We also discovered they host themed evenings, like murder mystery dinners. We'll definitely be back.

23/06/2025: A Roma per il Pellegrinaggio Giubilare dell'Anno Santo 2025, dopo essere stati in Chiesa, decidiamo di andare a pranzo da Armando. Piacevole e gentile accoglienza da parte del personale; ordiniamo piatti della tradizione: due carbonare e una cacio a pepe, a seguire abbacchio alla scottadito, trippa alla romana e trippa fritta (mai mangiata prima e decisamente buona). Le porzioni sono abbondati, condite bene e saporite. Zona tranquilla, locale frequentato da turisti, ma anche da romani. Prezzi in linea con quanto consumato. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri.

09/03/2026: A historic landmark in Fregene, it attracts high-class patrons—footballers and actors are regulars—and finding a table without a reservation is difficult, even on Saturdays. The service sometimes suffers, but the quality of the food is excellent! The bruschetta with clams and cockles is fantastic. The risotto is exquisite, along with the freshest oysters and octopus. The prices are reasonable for the high quality of the fish.

When we asked her for help with their website, a woman came out from the back office, yelling that she was too busy, so busy she couldn't waste even a second on their aristocratic website. 28/03/2026: Today for lunch, the two of us were looking for a trattoria on the way back to Rome. We had a wonderful time, the staff were friendly, and the waiter was very discreet and helpful. We had a seafood salad, delicious and plentiful, easily enough for two people; a fabulous scampi cream risotto; and paccheri with lobster cream, also delicious and truly plentiful, each dish almost enough for two people. We also had a 1/2 liter of house white wine. Highly recommended, and the prices were very fair. We'll definitely be back. Well done.
