16/10/2025: The rooms are large, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. I recommend it.

14/10/2025: Entrance for hotel is on the left hand side of the building down a driveway with parking in the back. Rooms are neat and clean. Maybe a little dated but not by much. It’s in a good location with several bars and dining options right next to it. If waking the via Francigena it is just part the old village section after you walk under the old porta or gate. WiFi works great.

06/10/2025: I've never eaten there, but I've passed by many times and have always seen a lot of cars, so it means customers. The name is catchy, and as they say, "the morning sets the tone for the day," I'm sure it's a great place. As soon as I'm in the area, depending on the time, I'll definitely stop for lunch. 21/10/2025: There's a wide variety of pizzas, and they're all baked in a wood-fired oven, which makes them incredibly delicious. And the staff is very friendly. Just don't expect much from the atmosphere. I ordered takeout.

15/10/2025: I've rarely eaten such perfectly cooked pizza. When ordering, you can choose between Neapolitan and regular pizza. Both versions are excellent. The atmosphere is very authentic. Somewhere between a cafeteria, a storage room, and a kindergarten.

23/08/2025: It truly breaks my heart to find myself, after three or two years, having to change my mind about dishes. When we came here a few years ago, we ate really well, inside the restaurant, quiet, we ordered oysters, first courses, second courses, wine and dessert and everything was wonderful, excellent despite the high price but it was worth it; we returned this time after the morning at the pool, we got ready thinking we could eat inside so as not to be out there seeing people in swimsuits or half naked at the table... That they smoke everywhere.... I pointed this out and I was told that the inside room opens if there are events inside and up to there it's ok... We have to sit outside with people who smoke and honestly it's the thing I really can't stand.... They brought us the completely easy menu... We choose to take a spaghetti and clams (but it was with specified lupins), a gnocco with scampi cream, fried calamari and prawns and a mussel soute... The mussel soute arrived very small and with each the fillets had not been removed, the fried (for the price offered it was not worth it) because it was a handful, a gnocco with scampi cream, spaghetti with clams (lupini) was a finger food dish that I had to order. Another dish and I tried the gnocchi.... Which I didn't even like and didn't eat, I was truly very sorry because I was very annoyed by the circumstances created... The fact is that we spent. 70 euros for 3 of us. The restaurateur was professional in not charging me for the uneaten dish and I appreciate this, but the fact remains that the memory I had of how we ate the first time cannot be taken away from me... I hope it was just a bad day, because it can happen but this time it was a real disappointment. We need to at least manage the smoking and non-smoking tables, especially for those with children or non-smokers, therefore prohibit smoking at the table. Even if outside because it could disturb those who want to eat peacefully. Or find yourself with people shirtless or in swimsuits, for goodness sake there is a swimming pool... But a little decorum... Or separate the situations.

30/05/2025: Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and very good food. It's a long way from downtown and you can't really walk to the train station either. 50 euro each way to go downtown

30/05/2025: Transavia return flight canceled due to an air traffic controller strike. We were given last-minute notice, otherwise it's no fun. After an idyllic romantic week in Rome, we found ourselves reunited with about twenty other French people in the same predicament. Transavia paid for each room and meals. Located on the 3rd floor, with a view of Rome (from a distance, but the view is still there), the room was of a high standard, even though it was old. I agree with the comment of someone who experienced the same situation: we felt the difference between us and the "real guests." Although the staff was lovely and the room was clean, both in terms of amenities and cleanliness, the meal, for example: industrial pasta with canned tomato sauce. It's not the hotel of the century; there's a mix of a certain luxury and the impression of a former hospital/other complex restored as a hotel. It must be said that for a hotel booked on the spur of the moment, it's pleasant and very decent, especially since the experience was free.

19/08/2025: Several padel courts in a beautiful setting. The courts are in good condition, although some could use a makeover. All the padel courts are outdoors. The facility is very nice, with several options available, such as a tennis court, indoor and outdoor gyms, and dedicated spaces for the various classes offered. It deserves 5 stars; it's just a shame there's no space for a swimming pool.

24/07/2025: Amazing, it was my first time at this club. The club is huge, but everything is organized, the spaces are clean and tidy, from the locker rooms to the fields. There are spaces for all types of sports, both indoors and outdoors. The parking lot is divided in two; the second part is a little far from the entrance, but that's fine.

31/08/2025: Top! Intimate and romantic location overlooking Lake Elefante...very fresh food, excellent fish, generous portions, friendly and professional staff. We were happy to return more than once and it will always be our first choice in Trevignano! Excellent, I recommend it.

20/10/2025: My favorite restaurant I wish Koreans and Chinese people never knew about... It's selfish, but I want to keep it to myself. (I'm Korean, not racist.) Every dish was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Every time my order arrived, they asked if I liked it and just kept saying it was good. It's a bit pricey when you're drinking wine and ordering a variety of dishes, but if you're visiting Europe and can't afford that... I wish you'd stop complaining about the price and just go for the 10,000 won noodles you get in Korea.

03/09/2025: We went here after visiting mizio's street food the other day and let me tell you: this is the place to be! (This is where locals eat as well so that is a huge stamp of approval) We both had a grilled sandwich here for lunch and a aperol Spritz and it was delicious! The sandwich is toasted perfectly with a crunchy crust and a soft inside, melting the cheese just perfect. The ingrediënts taste great and fresh. We had a great lunch experience with seats and kind staff to help us.

28/07/2025: When we want to spend a lovely evening at a restaurant, L'Antica Grotta in Marino is the first name that comes to mind. For over 30 years, Natale and his family have welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, in a traditional setting in the winter (thanks to a fireplace) and a welcoming atmosphere in the summer on their characteristic terrace. In the kitchen, everything is well organized, and the service is prompt: the staff is made up of experienced men and women and enthusiastic young people. The first courses are always plentiful and tasty; I particularly love the excellent stringozzi with chanterelle mushrooms and datterini tomatoes. Among the second courses, a special mention goes to the balsamic vinegar steaks and the grilled lamb. If you're craving a light and easily digestible pizza, you can choose from the many options. At the end, even if you're full, read the dessert menu—the coup de grace you can't pass up. The evening ends with a fair bill for the excellent quality of the food. P.S. Parking is not a problem either, as you can leave your car in the underground car park near the venue.

12/08/2025: A truly beautiful place on the seafront with an exceptional view... in my opinion, the price of some things definitely needs to be reviewed; personally, I find a glass of wine at 10 or more euros and 14 (!!) or more for a glass of prosecco inconceivable.

18/10/2025: Everything we ordered was amazing! We got Seafood pasta, carbonara, fish, seafood platter, pizza, bruschetta and tiramisu. Everything was great, cooked perfectly, big portions, great prices, totally recommend!

11/10/2025: Terrible experience, rudeness of the staff, the owner even worse without giving an answer for a table or if we could sit, no answer other than a simple "I don't know" after 10 minutes. Not recommended.

16/10/2025: Amazing atmosphere in a very cute street, service was amazing and the food was delicious ( the bread was admittedly a highlight but i don't have a picture of it :( )

07/10/2025: Very good traditional restaurant! I loved the carbonara! Located near the Capitol but on a quiet street. Fast service and hearty dishes. I highly recommend it.

21/09/2025: We ate among rats and hornets; the rats, as big as cats, scurried between fences while the hornets flew overhead. The food was generally edible, except that the meat was sparse and fatty for the price. While the "snow white" pizza had very little toppings (two slices of ham and four slices of mozzarella scattered around), the waitress was kind and very helpful, but I highly recommend it due to the location and food.
