I ate at this restaurant and was truly satisfied. I had pasta all'amatriciana and it was excellent, definitely one of the best I've ever eaten.
Compliments to the kitchen and all the staff for their attention and care. Recommended.

A welcoming place where you can eat well and immediately feel at home! It offers Italian and Roman cuisine, with a variety of pizzas and traditional dishes. The atmosphere is elegant and pleasant. The service is friendly and attentive. A perfect place for a quiet dinner with friends or family in the Castelli Romani!

Fabulous pizza, very thin, just the way I like it. A welcoming atmosphere and, when possible, there's also a nice little garden where you can eat.

Everything was good: service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Delicious pizza. Prices were a little higher than average, but nothing major. I'll be back.

Place recommended by a friend here in Grottaferrata, where I came with my partner and my little dog we ate very well everything very good you absolutely have to try their custard with biscuits made by them a place I highly recommend The 3.9 given to the place in the reviews does not reflect the reality because it deserves much more come try it.

We had Sunday lunch at this lovely restaurant and the food was delicious! First course, second course, and dessert. The custard with their homemade cinnamon cookies was excellent. The food was good and the price was right. Well done!

Well-kept restaurant, excellent Roman pizza (thin and light), quality cuts of meat.
The staff is courteous and always available. Special mention goes to Niccolò, a young man who served us with such kindness and helpfulness. Congratulations!

For those who love thin-crust pizza, this is the place to go. That said, they still have some learning to do with their customers, not just the waiters, but the management's policy. I mention this because last night, I went for pizza with some couples, 10 people in total. When paying the bill and leaving a reasonable tip for the waiters (despite one person eating alone because their pizza hadn't arrived with the others), we were asked if they often offered us a free amaro. This is something 90% of restaurants do automatically, but evidently not here. Is it to try to project a high-end restaurant image, or to make the customer who asks for it seem unwelcome?
Anyway, the only response we were told was that amaros are paid for here, not offered (let me start by saying we didn't want 10, just 3, just to waste another 5 minutes). Since we took this as a sign of rudeness, we obviously won't be going there again. I have to say, with a heavy heart, because I really enjoyed the pizza. The evening ended at my house, where I provided two bottles of bitters for friends without impacting the family budget for this month. I really hope the waiters, with their heartfelt tips, will offer management a bit of bitterness for the embarrassment they're forced to make.
Advice: be more humble, keep it low-key, and reap the rewards. If you think you've made your mark, rethink your organization.
P.S. It's a good idea to have someone clean the bathrooms every half hour or so. If the NAS (National Anti-Mafia Officer) comes in, it'll be a disaster (always a free tip) if you DON'T see us again.
