29/11/2025: Wide selection of medium-high priced wines. I tried a platter of cured meats and cheeses and some medium-quality meatballs, which didn't offer a great value. The service was quick and courteous. Overall, the prices are justified only by the location.

12/03/2026: Dinner with friends... Excellent pizza, excellent service, and the waiters were super helpful despite the crowds. Reservations are a must, especially on Saturday nights. An experience worth repeating.

01/03/2026: Dear Mr. Owner of this business, I'm replying from another account, not to argue but because I don't want to be taken for a ride... to recap, I booked on Thursday asking for a comfortable place for two people for Saturday because I'm on crutches and not a table for 4, on Saturday I was presented with a small bar-style table, moreover located in the courtyard that led to the bathroom... therefore a transit point... now I just asked for a more comfortable place, perhaps moving the aforementioned to another point in the room... there was still a small table for eating two pizzas and drinks but at least we were out of the way of the passageways... at my request a manager I think, if not the owner herself, made me understand that it wasn't possible and so I could just leave... I'm a new customer, then from Thursday you had all the time to organize a normal table according to my request... it's a shame I'm not attaching a photo here, however if you haven't seen the table, you can find the photo on TripAdvisor... I'm sorry but that's okay... there are other pizzerias within your reach... best wishes

02/03/2026: It's not the first time we've been to this place. But last dinner really amazed us. We ordered two appetizers and then a salt-cooked sea bass for two. When the sea bass was ready, the waiter showed it to us but then went off to clean it in the kitchen, and when he brought our plates, there were two tiny pieces of sea bass. There wasn't even the part with the large bones. As if they served us half the fish! In the end, when the bill arrived, the sea bass cost a whopping €90, too bad we ate it for €30. We left hungry! And €175 for two without wine! Never again!

16/02/2026: A seafood restaurant with a good selection of ingredients (medium and large sea fish); however, the cuisine leaves something to be desired, as the fish isn't always prepared to order. The first courses are the restaurant's signature dish; I recommend the spaghetti with sea urchins. The wine list is extensive, but the bottles are marked up higher than average. The atmosphere is traditional, but the downside is poor ventilation (the dining room has a strong fishy odor).

03/02/2026: We had a dinner reservation and arrived about 15 minutes early. We were asked to wait in the waiting room, which was fine, but what felt odd was that no one spoke to us, offered water, or acknowledged us at all until exactly 6:45 on the dot, when we were then escorted to our table. During that wait, we could clearly hear a senior staff member from the hotel on the phone discussing a guest complaint about housekeeping allegedly stealing or mishandling something. Not ideal to overhear as a guest, and it added to the slightly awkward first impression. Once seated in the restaurant, things improved. The service during dinner was good and and the mocktails were genuinely very tasty. The food itself was good and nicely presented, but not everything really stood out or surprised us. Small but notable detail: the lock on the women’s toilet is almost impossible to use if you have medium or long nails. Not a huge issue on its own but one of those things that adds a little extra friction to the overall experience. It was a fine experience, but slightly underwhelming. Good service at the table and solid dishes, but the hospitality didn’t fully live up to expectations. Probably a one time visit for us.

01/02/2026: A complete restaurant in every way. An enchanting location, an elegant and refined atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The food is simply stellar: dishes crafted with great care and passion, offering the palate an authentic and memorable experience. But what truly makes this restaurant special is the human touch: a friendly, attentive, and sincere staff, and a chef who makes you feel at home, with a rare warmth, almost as if he's known you forever. A place that conquers the heart as well as the palate.

08/03/2026: Under new management, finally a name that's a guarantee of NONNA's well-deserved 5 stars! An extremely well-kept and welcoming place, where you immediately feel at home. The food is simply perfect: you can taste the quality of the homemade cooking, made with love. A pleasant and authentic experience that I recommend to everyone!

23/11/2025: Really arrogant service, rude and impolite waiters. I was really surprised by the waiter's behavior when he was listing the first courses, and since I already knew what I wanted, I was on my phone, when he reprimanded me saying he was working and that I should pick up the phone, but who are you, my mother? I hope they change the service as soon as possible.

03/10/2025: Fantastic agriturismo. Rooms very clean, light and airy but still with character. Food was good quality (dinner a little on the expensive side but worth it for convenience the two nights we ate there) and grounds were well kept and looked after. Lots of lovely spots to relax with a vino. It’s in a beautiful location with lots of gorgeous villages to explore close by. Staff helpful and accommodating (they hosted aperitivo for us whilst some family visited from Rome). They also were great with our daughter. Only downside is pool - in June it was a bit too cold for a relaxing swim. It’s not heated and it’s doesn’t get much sun due to the large trees. Imagine it’s not so much of an issue later in the summer. Would return and would recommend to others.

08/07/2025: This place exceeded our expectations. Very well-kept grounds, a boutique-style room tasteful in every detail. Peace and relaxation complemented by the scent of herbs in the garden. Colors, scents, space, landscape. Absolutely idyllic place. Congratulations and thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to visit Agriturismo di Charme Erbadoro.
