05/07/2025: English: I describe the terrible experience only with the pool, the hotel is outside, but opening the structure to the general public unfortunately I find myself having to give a star if I could even less, I do not recommend the pool even to the worst enemy, before charging the entrance they should warn that they are full and not let us in, they let us in, the lifeguard advised us to leave things on a triangle of grass between the entrance of a gate and the pool for children at the end of the structure. Because Not even places on the ground on the lawn or available because booked, if they had said so before they would certainly have made a better impression. Luckily we did not leave things there, but we placed them on a chair between the bar and the large pool, at least they were in sight while we were swimming, and thank goodness I would say, because as chance would have it, while we were swimming, taking a look at things I noticed 3 children left in the wild by their parents who were about to open the backpack and also take my nephew's towel and t-shirt. With a scream and running out of the water they ran away, I warned the lifeguard who also told us that he had understood who the subjects in question were. Terrible experience not to be repeated at all, in the area there are much better places.

The owners, having a daughter with celiac disease, pay great attention to cross-contamination: everything is prepared separately and safely, from pizzas to main courses. The quality of the products is exceptional – honestly, you can't tell the difference from gluten at all! Reservations are recommended, and especially if you're gluten-free: they almost always have everything available for one or two people, but for larger groups, they prefer to organize themselves to ensure maximum safety. A place you'll gladly return to, not only for the gluten-free approach, but for the authentic atmosphere and authentic flavor! Thank you ❤️

14/06/2025: Sufficient, local place. Location not very well looked after, appetizer 4 cold cuts thrown there, some good fried food, good pizza. I would put some mosquito nets to avoid the numerous insects that fly around you and on the table.

19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for somewhere fun and with a good offering of food and drink. It's a nice and fun place to try!"

19/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale, in occasione del raduno del nostro club, e di solito quando arrivano 50/60 persone in un ristorante tutte insieme, spesso se non si è bravi, si scatena il panico, e la più bella delle gite si può trasformare in un incubo. Invece ieri è stato tutto perfetto, con una lode ai primi e ai secondi, ottima anche la zuppa inglese. Poi complimenti alla proprietaria che è stata sempre disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze più disparate (bambini e/o intolleranze). Notevole anche la mise en place, rara nei raduni. Spero di ritornarci al più presto con la mia signora.

24/04/2025: Se dovessi ripassare in zona mi piacerebbe tornarci, perché è stata veramente una bella scoperta: dopo la visita al castello abbiamo pranzato qui, e vi posso assicurare che oggigiorno (in un'epoca in cui tutti si sono magicamente scoperti degustatori stellati) non è affatto facile lasciare soddisfatta una comitiva di ben 25 persone. Fortunatamente noi siamo tutte persone dai gusti semplici, che preferiscono tutta la vita i posti come questo ai ristorantoni gourmet, ma il fatto che siano rimasti tutti, senza eccezione, entusiasti, vuol dire che questa gente sa fare il suo mestiere, in tutti i sensi. Assolutamente strepitose le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, da provare. Ottimo anche il maialino con contorno di patate. Buoni anche gli antipasti. Prezzi assolutamente corretti, vista e considerata la quantità e la qualità delle pietanze. Consigliato anche per i celiaci, vista la presenza di opzioni senza glutine, come la pizza.

30/08/2025: My wife and I are here now. We felt like writing right away. The staff were incredibly kind and smiling. The music was relaxing. The dishes were perfect, to say the least, both in terms of perceived quality, presentation, and flavor. The appetizer was a selection of small bites, the first course was well-creamed clams, and the crispy, unsalted fried fish. The Prosecco was the perfect temperature. The owner, who takes orders, could be a little more generous... if he wanted to.

27/08/2025: It was a truly unique experience. My partner and I went there: I'll start by saying we weren't familiar with the place or the restaurant at all, but intrigued by the name, we decided to go. We found this man to be decidedly out of the ordinary, a professional fisherman and restaurateur at the same time. We ordered the catch of the day and received a 700g sea bream, which we ate between the two of us. Obviously, I'm not saying that sea bream really tasted like fish or sea bream. A unique flavor.

01/03/2025: Prima volta che assaggio la cucina peruviana e l'approccio è più che positivo. Antipasto di spiedini di cuore di manzo ottimi così come gli spaghetti con manzo pomodoro e cipolla. Deludente il riso con pollo. Servizio leggermente da rivedere (attesa lunga per rivedere e secondo portato mentre stavamo ancora mangiando). Il prezzo alla luce di piatti abbondanti è onesto. Bene così

31/07/2025: Amazing Traditional Roman Experience A wonderful little osteria, full of charming Italian character. The spaghetti with clams was delicious—flavourful and generously portioned with fresh clams. A truly authentic and memorable dining experience! Worth the price.
