And the courtesy, friendliness, and attention that all the staff show to their customers. All this in a cozy and welcoming place, which in the summer expands in the small square in front. A real pleasure to go, eat, and stay.

03/05/2026: So I book and when I get there they reserved a table outside for me that I hadn't asked for, at least let me know that you eat outside... And we're off to a bad start.... I order 4 fried supplì because the menu says made with Carnaroli rice and ragù... I get 4 frozen and badly cooked supplì, literally unpresentable and here we hit rock bottom because if I have to go out and eat frozen food then I'll stay home, at least write it on the menu to be fair... The pizzas are fortunately decent but not to the point of justifying all the other shortcomings... I strongly advise against it, I will never return... I'm extending the review to respond to the owner who says a frozen product is of excellent quality. I challenge anyone to pay €7.20 for a poor quality frozen product because it is frozen anyway... In my opinion, a good pizzeria shouldn't even use frozen products... Regarding the table, they usually ask me if it's outside or inside... So it's not bad faith or just disorganization on your part

29/03/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant... what can I say? I'm really happy! Excellent grilled meat, exceptional side dishes, and top-notch red wine! Very reasonable prices. I'll be back... if you love grilled food, go!

I recommend booking especially on weekends because it gets very busy. Ultimately, La Mescita is one of those places that manages to combine a passion for wine, expertise, and an authentic atmosphere. 06/08/2026: Even though there were only two of us, it was 7:30 PM in the summer, and all the panoramic outdoor tables were still empty, the staff didn't consider us sitting down just for a pizza. The pizza was also tasteless, and they didn't want to replace our warm beer. At 8:00 PM, when we left, all the outdoor tables were still free.

20/07/2026: We had lunch with the family for the first time. The owner, Mauro, was a true host! Accommodating, welcoming, and incredibly kind. We had an A+ meal, simple dishes but expertly prepared. The price was amazing! The entire staff was incredibly kind. I highly recommend it.

02/07/2026: Agriturismo with a breathtaking view at unbeatable prices. We had lunch and dinner here, and also stayed overnight. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was excellent at incredible prices. We'll definitely be back.

04/07/2026: Poor-quality food with much higher-than-average prices, unhelpful staff, and dirty looks if you bring a dog and ask for water. Even worse: they disturb the entire neighborhood with loud music at night. Avoid. In fact, close down.

13/05/2026: Eating here is always a guarantee. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff, clean place, and a wide selection of both pizza and hot food. They're punctual with their delivery service, the pizza always arrives hot, and the delivery drivers are all very friendly. Highly recommended.

23/07/2026: I have to compliment the pizza chef: I didn't think it was physically possible to roll out a piece of dough to the thickness of a single atom. The pizza was so thin that I could look through it and read the menu on the table.

The real highlight, however, was the pasta: simply delicious, perfectly cooked and topped with a fantastic combination of crispy guanciale and chopped pistachios. An explosion of flavors! Welcoming staff and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

They're always happy to advise customers, upon request, on dishes and wine pairings. The wine selection is excellent. The menu is always varied and changes regularly, both for meat and fish. The plating is impeccable and the food quality is excellent. Enjoy your meal!
