04/10/2025: One of the most wonderful experiences I've had at a pizzeria. Francesco, the owner, is not only a wonderful person, but also manages the staff exceptionally well. The quality of the pizzas, both the round ones and the ones by the slice, is top-notch. We had the queen of pizzas, the Margherita, and the "Salmone Etoile." Both pizzas were spectacular; the Margherita, in its simplicity, was the best, but the real revelation was the salmon one, truly spectacular. Excellent! We'll definitely be back soon.

07/10/2025: I walked in and there was no one at the counter. I mean, no one. I called, no answer. After 5 minutes, a young girl came in through the front door...she apologized. So I could have gotten a chocolate or something...maybe no one would have noticed.

02/01/2026: The service was excellent, but I felt like I was eating in a typical central Roman restaurant where you pay for the location rather than the food. It was a mediocre experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Rome looking for traditional Roman food (I recommend restaurants in the suburbs), but overall the service was decent, and the waiters were helpful and friendly.

28/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and excellent food. The bill, considering it's in the center of Rome, is very competitive. Highly recommended. I'll be back every time I'm in the area.

23/12/2025: It's been a while since I've been, but the excellent quality of the ingredients has endured. The place is divided in two by the fish counter, with two entrances: one for the fishmonger and one for the small, cozy dining area. I think it can seat four or five tables, and the highlight is that when you walk in, you can smell the sea air without any unpleasant odors. The young man who served us was helpful and knowledgeable, and recommended the razor clams au gratin, which were excellent! For a treat, we each had an oyster and a salad with salmon sashimi, all deliciously fresh and top-quality! The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that, in my opinion, they should lower the wine prices a bit. Highly recommended!

04/01/2026: Dear Future Guests, You are reading all the bad reviews below and might think: “Oh, these people are all exaggerating ” or “this hotel can’t be so bad” But no. It is that bad. if you still stuck and have to stay in this hotel, please-please-please, don’t ever try to eat there! You’d rather order-in, or take a cab to anywhere, but avoid food at all expense😱 Something good: luxurious size bathtub iand a 100SQM size balcony of the junior suite… which is a good combo😎

01/01/2026: I spent New Year's Eve at the Marriott. Nothing to say about the hotel in general. Very nice. The only flaw is the waiters who served us breakfast this morning, pretending not to see us and letting people behind us go ahead when we had been in line long before them. When this was pointed out, the two bartenders, one with dark skin and one older with glasses, responded rudely instead of apologizing, making jokes like "wait for the first server before them or else all hell will break loose." Honestly, that's not how a customer should be treated, especially if you're queuing politely and if I'm standing in front of you on purpose.

12/10/2025: Never again! Yesterday, a friend of mine and I ate an appetizer, two regular pizzas, a glass of wine, and a water, for a total of €51, so €25 each. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the tables that were still in the restaurant, but I saw that the bill indicated a special pizza menu (I instead ordered a pizza that wasn't one of the special ones (called grottino; the special ones were, for example, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, etc.) and an extra appetizer. The pizza menu said the appetizer was included, but instead they charged us for it separately. Terrible treatment; that's why I gave it one star; we were very disappointed.

29/01/2026: We found ourselves in the area by chance. The pasta dishes were delicious. The main courses could be improved by adding a variety of side dishes.

I tried the porcini mushroom risotto and the fresh gluten-free pasta: both dishes were rich in flavor and well-prepared. The main courses, like the grilled chicken, were also tender and tasty.
