13/10/2025: A wonderful revelation, the atmosphere, the food, and the professionalism. Discovered by chance, but my girlfriend and I were delighted with both our choice of venue and the wonderful menu. Recommended for breakfast (not including the very interesting menu). Whether for a fabulous dinner or just for a quick bite, I highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: I often come to this spectacular restaurant where the welcome is unique, you feel right at home, the food is divine, everything fresh, high-quality, and at the right price. A meticulously maintained restaurant, renovated and surrounded by walls dating back to the 13th century. You can't come to Alatri and not stop here.

01/04/2026: The pizza and panini were served cold. When we asked if they could be reheated, the server got upset. They were served cold again. Cold, stale cheese... What a shame. We regret having to eat it (we're against food waste, after all), especially since a pregnant woman was with us.

22/03/2026: Very nice atmosphere, quite large, comfortable seating, not very crowded. The welcome was excellent, the lady very kind and helpful. We tried some delicious cappuccinos and a delicious coconut and chocolate cake. I recommend this place.

31/05/2026: We stopped by chance on our way to visit the "Split Mountain." We didn't have high expectations, as it wasn't a choice. We were not impressed... VERY FINE! Excellent, carefully prepared food with extraordinary details. Good wine recommended by the lady who served us. To finish, a delicious dessert! The price was reasonable for the quality of the products. The "votapiatto" (a plate of food) is highly recommended, although we didn't want it initially, but the lady insisted we try it. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

30/06/2026: We ordered nine menus from their menu. The appetizers and first courses were excellent. The second courses (the swordfish with various meats was so salty that it was uneatable. We ordered four more swordfish, thinking we'd give it a try, but nothing was all salty. All in all, we spent €52 each, and I felt bloated, not satisfied. Maybe I'll come back.

29/06/2026: The pasta dishes have too much cheese, UNKNOWN, it's neither pecorino nor parmesan. The main courses (skewers) have too much salt. But all the food actually has too much salt! At this point, one wonders if they still have salt in the kitchen.

06/07/2026: I am incredibly disappointed with our experience at Gangnam Ristorante Coreano, which completely ruined what should have been a special high school graduation celebration for my son.The moment we walked in, the staff was entirely unwelcoming. They immediately cornered us to ask if we had a reservation, yet we watched them let other customers pass through the door right after us without asking them the same question. The waitresses seemed completely bored and visibly bothered whenever we asked for service. In fact, when we asked for assistance, the waitress seemed as if I was irritating her. unprofessional.Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the toxic attitude. The beef was incredibly tough, and the rest of the meal lacked flavor—likely because the hostile atmosphere ruined any chance of enjoying it. On a hot evening, the only thing welcoming about this place was the air conditioner. The air was cold, and the service was even colder.I will never go back to this establishment, not even for a glass of water. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a warm, respectful, and pleasant dining experience in Florence.

27/06/2026: My stomach was feeling a bit queasy, so I wanted to gulp down some refreshing cold noodle broth, and it was delicious. It was the water-based cold noodles, but there seemed to be a bit little broth, so I think it would be better if there were a little more! The soft tofu stew and spicy pork were both delicious ㅠㅠㅠ Korean food is seriously the best!!!!! Florence is really hot, but even when I order water at restaurants, it feels like only the water at Korean and Chinese places is cold and doesn't feel greasy... hehe.

02/05/2026: Excellent family-run restaurant where my wife and I dined last week during a short vacation on Lake Fibreno. The restaurant is small and cozy, tastefully decorated. The dishes are truly excellent, including the unusual house mixed antipasto, the maltagliati with cannellini beans, the spaghetti with trout, and the truly delicious fried trout served in slices. Both the wait staff and the owner were very friendly. This restaurant is highly recommended and definitely worth a try.

03/04/2026: I happened to pass by this pasta shop, stopped, and discovered a truly special place. The two brothers who run it are incredibly kind, helpful, and above all, they convey a genuine passion for their work. They're not your typical salesmen, but people who truly love what they do. I tried the meat ravioli, and they were truly amazing. I'll definitely be back, because places like this deserve to be recognized.

14/02/2026: We ate here today and really enjoyed it. We liked the option to choose the pasta (fresh, to boot) and the sauce. The staff was really friendly and the service was quick.
