23/03/2025: Il posto è molto carino ma purtroppo le pizze non le sanno fare. Nonostante decantate le farine e il processo produttivo si perdono nelle pizze e nei condimenti.

15/12/2024: Serata piacevole con amici in compagnia di un'ottima pizza. Antipasto di fruttini misti appetitosi e serviti caldi. Pizza a volontà in centro tavola con possibilità di scelta tra diversi gusti. Ci torneremo!

03/05/2025: En route to Rasiglia we stopped for a quick lunch at the Albergo Aquila in Caldare. The restaurant is simple and has a family atmosphere, with a classic menu of the Umbrian tradition. Quick and courteous service, perfect for those who are passing through but don't want to give up a hot and tasty meal. Correct price for what is offered. A practical and satisfying stop.

17/04/2025: Today as in the 90s. Excellent quality and its unmistakable taste. We left Malta, promising my son the best sandwich of his life. Obviously Hambovo. The Great Renato, as always, delighted our palates, and made me look great, because I kept my promise. Thank you

14/04/2025: Renato with us in Sassari is history, his freshly prepared sandwiches are large and full of everything, the pizzas are also good, the staff is friendly and always available, I recommend trying the Tyson... Eat the sandwiches with crowds because they must be enjoyed until the last bite... 👍

28/05/2025: Unpleasant service (glasses, large build), the lady probably didn't care that we didn't speak fluent Italian. She didn't let us choose in peace and made gestures to her colleague. I felt inferior.

31/05/2025: €32 3 simple pizzas of which €8 a tasteless Margherita disc and €10 a boiled potato (when I was told baked). €2 for supplì...smaller than a croquette and with an indefinable flavor. 15 minute wait for such a small takeaway. Highly not recommended. Crazy prices for the quality of the food/ambience.

22/05/2025: I was at this restaurant last night for dinner. The interior is well-kept, with a balanced atmosphere, but there is a detail that I have only experienced here so far: when heavy vehicles pass on the road, the vibrations are practically transmitted into the room and can be annoying. The service is friendly. I have to give special praise to the scottona steak, which is one of the best I have ever tried. The only questionable thing is the services, you have to go outside and walk through part of the building to get in. I recommend it anyway.

17/02/2025: Rented 3 rooms to host dear relatives who participated in an event I organized. I personally visited the rooms upon arrival and I must say that everything seemed ok. The impression was also confirmed by the feedback from the occupants who also had praise for the quality and abundance of the breakfast received.

25/02/2025: A hidden pearl in the Villa Spada neighborhood of Rome. Right where you don't expect it, this little neighborhood bar with surprising cuisine is located. Thanks to the cook who, however, from fresh news, seems to have flown to other shores... too bad. Because it's not every day that you eat "restaurant-style" food in what, all things considered, isn't even a trattoria, with an environment that to define as spartan is an understatement, and a decidedly "unlucky" location (of course, either you go there on purpose or you don't get there). Trust him, it's really worth a visit.

17/01/2025: I've known this place since it opened over 20 years ago! The owner Manuela is still at the counter with her usual kindness! The pizza with prawns and the one with chicory are my favourites... for me it is still the best pizza by the slice in Rome!!!

15/01/2025: Update August 2024. My partner, I and our Weimaraner really wanted to eat here at "La Grotta Tartufi" because we like it. Here the quality of the raw materials is excellent. The guys are very kind and the customer perceives that they do their job with passion. We had bresaola with truffled mustard and buffalo mozzarella. Mouth-watering. The fettuccine is homemade, the meat and truffles are excellent. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for welcoming us even though we had no reservation. Even our Weimaraner thanks :). 09/02/2025: Much more than a simple bar, an intimate and welcoming place on a hill in front of San Pietro station, from where you can admire a panorama of the unique dome. The bar is very well stocked, for lunch and dinner they also prepare appetizing dishes, ranging from cold cuts, to lasagna and tasty rosemary pizza. The tiramisu homemade by the manager is something unique, very good. In this place you can listen to good live music and on Fridays you can have fun with karaoke. What else to say, excellent. 👯🏻‍♂

24/05/2025: Oggi mi trovavo in provincia di Viterbo con un caro amico, in visita al suo paese d'origine, Latera! Con l'occasione mi ha portato sul lago di Bolsena per il pranzo, e...dopo un paio di tentativi falliti perché i locali erano soldout, ci siamo imbattuti per caso nel "Ristorante il Gabbiano"; direi che siamo stati fortunati a fermarci lì, personale squisitamente cordiale e accogliente, cibo SQUISITO...ci siamo orientati sul pesce...e panorama da lasciarci senza fiato!! È stata una giornata di partenza con un clima stupendo e pranzare in riva al lago all'aperto con la giornata meravigliosa che è stata non ha avuto prezzo! Avete una location incredibile e ci sapete davvero fare, soldi spesi BENISSIMO e quando mangio BENE non li rimpiango MAI, a presto e grazie.

16/05/2025: Friendly staff, great location right on the lake, and spectacular at sunset. Unfortunately, the food doesn't quite measure up. The salad consists almost entirely of green lettuce leaves, and the tuna, which cost €22, consisted of two tiny pieces, as is typical in Italy, with no side dishes. In summary, a nice atmosphere but unfortunately overpriced.
