Dall'Uovo alla Pasta In Roma

I happened to pass by this pasta shop, stopped, and discovered a truly special place. The two brothers who run it are incredibly kind, helpful, and above all, they convey a genuine passion for their work. They're not your typical salesmen, but people who truly love what they do. I tried the meat ravioli, and they were truly amazing. I'll definitely be back, because places like this deserve to be recognized.

We ate here today and really enjoyed it. We liked the option to choose the pasta (fresh, to boot) and the sauce. The staff was really friendly and the service was quick.

The service was AMAZING. The lunch we ate on site was AMAZING. The fresh pasta we brought home was AMAZING. ...what can I say? AMAZING!

The best egg pasta in Rome. Freshly prepared dishes like carbonara gricia, etc., and egg pasta to take out or cook at home. AMAZING ravioli.

It was my first time at this fresh pasta shop, and I immediately appreciated the owner's kindness and friendliness. I ordered 10 meat cannelloni to cook, and although they're not exactly cheap (€1.80 each), the owner was quick to point out that they only contain minced beef entrecote, 30-month Reggiano, and a little béchamel. At home, I topped everything with tomato sauce, béchamel, and grated Parmesan. The result was delicious! We really appreciated the quantity, but especially the quality, of the filling, as well as the perfectly thick pasta dough (and rolled tightly so they don't open). I'll definitely be back, especially to try the express pasta dishes they prepare for lunch. 🤤
