Wow! A hidden gem near the Piazza Navona. Delicious sandwiches. My daughter loved the schnitzel (she is picky), and I loved the roast pork sandwiches. Yes sandwiches - I had 2!

Small sandwich shop, but wonderful friendly staff. Had a porchetta panini, which was absolutely flavoursome at a great price. Definitely, will come here again. Thank you.

Only out of courtesy it is recommended. The sandwiches are cheap but given the price I consider them excellent. The used slipper is always fresh and not rubbery. The porchetta is good. Thanks girls

I highly recommend it. During the days we stayed in Rome, 5 in total, it was the place where we went in the morning to get something to eat for lunch. The sandwiches were divine and made to order to our liking. Prices vary between €2.5 and €4, but it's worth every penny.

The paninis are very delicious and very well priced. They are to take away and the woman who prepares them gives you the option of giving them to you warm, very well priced for the area in which it is located.

Small place, but tidy and very clean, sandwiches as you want them, they are all delicious with lots of choice, fast service, also because the lady is super efficient, fast and very good. Amazing prices and fabulous sandwiches

Le Tartarughe Eat & Drink

25/05/2024: Great little Cafe + Bar near the Fontana delle Tartarughe, Piazza Mattei. Stopped in first day late morning/early afternoon on Saturday for coffee drinks and quick bite before going to apartment. The pastries were excellent, also had a focaccia with mortadella which was excellent. The hot chocolate was super thick and magnification as well as the cappuccino was superb. Service was accommodating with our extra luggage, and seeting space, and friendly.
12/05/2024: The best place to have quiet cocktails. They give you peanuts and the waiters are very friendly, they took great care in seating a group of 10 of us as well as being very attentive. We have ordered some starters and they were very good.
