Excellent experience near Colleferro and Valmontone. Beautiful vintage-style location with the option of live music. The food is varied, including meat and fish, and very good, from appetizers to homemade desserts. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and knows how to treat customers and make them feel at ease. The only downside that might bother some is the lack of a printed menu; in our case, we only got what the owner/waiter described to us verbally. Highly recommended restaurant if you're near Colleferro or Valmontone.

22/05/2026: I didn't expect to eat at a food station of this quality, highly recommended, excellent pasta served in the pan, friendly and kind staff. If I return to Rome I will definitely stop again
16/05/2026: Every year we go to Rome for the tennis tournament, and Freetto's supplì are a must-try. Impeccable service, excellent Roman cuisine, and spontaneous hospitality. I'm already looking forward to the next time. Thank you for everything, once again.

03/05/2026: Newly owned restaurant between Rome and Frascati. We'd heard about the delicious pinsa at a party, so we decided to try their food as well. The place is cute, well-maintained, and clean. It offers indoor seating and a terrace for the summer, which they close when the temperatures are lower. The owner is hospitable and up to the task. Everything is fantastic... from the appetizers to all the main courses. Here you can try simple and sophisticated dishes: cured meats, Roman-style tripe, beans with pork rind, chickpeas with truffle, tagliolini with blueberries, mushrooms, and bacon, all delicious and tender meat, and homemade desserts. ... The customer service is excellent, but what struck me most (being allergic to milk) is their attention to food intolerances... Here you can find dishes made with non-dairy cream!!! What can I say? We tried it three times and it wasn't enough... We'll be back often! I highly recommend it.
