I had an extremely serious experience at this establishment. I was sexually harassed by one of your employees, in front of other people, and no one intervened to stop it. I received comments like, "I want to suck your dick," along with other vulgar remarks and remarks about my body. This is unacceptable, humiliating, and deeply disturbing behavior. I have a video documenting what happened and I expect an official response from management. I'm ready to share it if necessary. It's a real shame, because the establishment has positive aspects: a beautiful view, a refined style, and good cleanliness. However, the quality of the staff completely negates these strengths. As a place frequented by people leaving parties or finishing work late at night, and open all night, it should ensure the safety of its customers, especially women. However, allowing incidents of harassment to occur without intervention creates an unsafe and intimidating environment. I demand an immediate response and explanation of how you intend to address this incident. Women should be able to feel safe in a place like this, not fear harassment by the staff themselves.
