06/05/2026: Dear owner, I'm following up on the response to the review you gave regarding our negative experience on the evening of April 25th, namely, being locked out in the parking lot affiliated with the venue. More specifically, I was saddened to read your contradictory response, as I can confidently contradict everything you said. We have proof that the gates were locked before midnight, not later, as you stated, and not by a parking attendant, but by the staff/employees themselves. This was also confirmed to me by a manager after a phone call with her on April 30th, so the staff already had the keys. I confirm that our calls to the police and to the venue itself began before midnight, as can be seen from the attached photos. Therefore, the gates were not locked after midnight, as you stated, but after checking to see if the venue was still open. However, none of this was true, because by 11:30/11:40 PM, the venue and the gates were already closed. Furthermore, our rudeness, as you stated, was a reaction to the young people arriving and laughing at us. So, in essence, to conclude, you, as the owner, are questioning the statements made by eight customers, but as they say: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

20/09/2025: I celebrated my son's birthday just yesterday. There were 9 of us, and they had a great time. We ate excellent pizza, and the dinner was cheap! The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful person. I recommend it.
