The food was extremely salt and not worth the high prices we paid. Also, there was a surcharge of €1.5 per person that we were not informed of in advances, even as we went to pay, the server only told us because we had asked.

Top-notch service: courteous, polite, and incredibly friendly.

Upon arriving at the station, we immediately found a place for a quick bite. The pinsa, or stuffed focaccia, was fantastic. The staff was cheerful and friendly. They welcomed us warmly. We didn't try the pasta, but we recommend the focaccia. Served with thin, crispy fries from a hot grill. It's a bit at the end of the food court, right above Termini station, but it's definitely worth a visit.

We didn't have the chance to try the fried food, so I can't comment on that, but I can say the tiramisu was truly excellent. Furthermore, the gentleman who served us was very friendly and kind, making us feel at ease right away.
We'll be happy to return to try the rest of the menu!

I feel like the name is so misleading cause they are not gluten lactose or anything free they just have SOME items on the menu that are gf. My experience led me to think the staff is not necessarily well informed and that there may be a serious risk of contamination. Portions were also extremely small for the price

I think this is the best option for a restaurant inside Termini Station. It was my last meal in Rome before heading back to the airport, and the carbonara was absolutely delicious!
