Truly excellent Abruzzese food, many typical and traditional dishes, but also others revisited with a modern twist. Prices are high, but many dishes are worth it for the quality, such as the excellent arrosticini, lamb, cheese and egg balls, and the potato with charcoal crumble. The place is small, so reservations are recommended.

Sheep in every way, with incredible flavors and slightly smaller portions that allow you to leave the table without the heavy feeling that often accompanies this type of cuisine.
The menu is precise, not too long, but it leaves you wanting to return to try those two or three dishes you missed the first time.

A chance discovery, a very crowded and noisy place (the vaulted ceilings, the nonexistent wall coverings, and the poor manners of some customers—many of whom are foreigners—make it difficult to chat without raising your voice).
Excellent cuisine featuring traditional Abruzzo recipes, sometimes presented with a personal touch... 3 stars for the service because the girl serving was alone and, despite this, she worked tirelessly to provide excellent service (5 stars for her personally). Excellent experience.

A great experience to share. The Abruzzese Shepherd's Cuisine gets a thumbs up! The flavors are bold but not overpowering. The open kitchen is always appreciated. The price is reasonable when you eat well! Definitely worth repeating.

I dined at Pastorie, an Abruzzo restaurant in Rome, and the experience was decidedly positive: we ate excellently, with tasty dishes prepared with quality ingredients that hark back to the true traditions of Abruzzo; the service was truly top-notch, attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. The only negative was the price, which I found rather high compared to expectations, making the final bill decidedly hefty, even though the overall quality remains unquestionable (around €100 from what you see in the photos).

We recently discovered this restaurant and were truly thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff is kind, attentive, and always smiling. The dishes are excellent, with high-quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and impeccable presentation.
Every course was a pleasant surprise. We absolutely recommend this experience and will definitely repeat it. Kudos to the entire staff!

I spent my birthday night here with my boyfriend and couldn't have been happier. The food was DELICIOUS, the meat incredibly flavorful and tender. Simple yet well-crafted flavors, top-quality ingredients, and a very elegant and charming atmosphere. I loved everything about it.

A beautiful place with a carefully considered identity, large high tables flanked by rather uncomfortable metal chairs, but still a good option for groups. The food was disappointing compared to the restaurant's image. Too much cheese on the menu, used everywhere, including on unsuitable ingredients, undoubtedly in an effort to be original. For example: cheese sauce on grilled lettuce topped with pumpkin seeds... However, the waiter was very friendly. Simplicity is the key to real cuisine!
