04/10/2025: Very nice restaurant and pizzeria, open on Monday evenings and always full. The pizza is very good, thin and typical Roman, and I recommend the tiramisu as well as the dessert. There are always items to choose from on the internal blackboard (specials of the day) and the staff is fast and kind. I've been there several times and we've always had a good time.

28/09/2025: They seated us right away, and we sat there for 35 minutes before they asked us to order. Then it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The food was average for Rome, nothing special. We wouldn't recommend this place unless you have nothing else to do.

02/12/2025: Excellent service and delicious food. A bar in the historic center with fair prices, not the usual tourist trap. Polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended are the daily specials, which change regularly. Spaghetti with clams is SUPERB.

01/12/2025: What happened Friday night in front of Caffè Perù is extremely serious. My boyfriend and I were attacked by a group of drunk teenagers, completely out of control. They hit the car and even tried to pull my partner out of it. Luckily, we managed to lock the car and get through, but it was an absurd, extremely violent scene that shouldn't exist in a historic neighborhood in the heart of the city. While all this was happening, an elderly Chinese man (probably one of the owners) wearing a red sweater and a beard was outside and did absolutely NOTHING. He didn't call for help, he didn't try to stop the teenagers, he didn't make a single gesture to protect anyone, and most importantly, they didn't call the authorities. This behavior is unjustifiable. It's now clear that this establishment is creating a huge problem for the neighborhood: alcohol sold for a few euros, groups of drunken minors, loud noises, chaos, and decay. Some nights, the street turns into an uncontrolled zone. All to the detriment of the residents. We were the ones who called the police immediately, because the situation was completely out of control. And honestly, this bar is responsible for this mess, because what's happening in front of its door puts the safety of anyone who even happens to pass by at risk. As it is, this place has become a threat to the area. It's no longer a question of the quality or friendliness of the neighborhood bar (especially since we frequent it during the day): this is about public safety. It's clearly a completely irresponsible management, ignoring what's happening in front of the bar and leaving the neighborhood at the mercy of dangerous situations. What happened was shocking, frightening, and absolutely unacceptable. Serious and constant controls are needed, because this poses a real risk to residents and passersby.

14/11/2025: Young guys, fast service, delicious sandwiches and then the real surprise, a homemade tiramisu that screams SENSATIONAL!

17/10/2025: I wanted to say a few words about this lovely place. It's truly welcoming, the food is excellent, the quality is excellent, and the service is IMPECCABLE! My compliments especially go to Edoardo and Moira, two wonderful and kind people. Moira is lively, fast, friendly, and always ready to recommend the right dish, and then Edoardo, the one who knows how to delight your palate. Tonight he delighted us with a sublime carbonara, delicious, and I think unique! Not to mention the sandwiches and his fantastic tiramisu! It's impossible to resist! 13/09/2025: I really like this place. Located on the Liri river, it offers a view of the beautiful waterfall. The interior is original and very welcoming. Good food, good cocktails, and very friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than other places in the area, but it's worth it.

19/10/2025: The "sfizi di mare" appetizer is good, the fried calamari and shrimp are tasty, the "Albatros" pizza is decent, the grilled fish is very good, the berry cheesecake is excellent, and the "o Baba" is good. The quality/price ratio is good. The restaurant has been renovated and made modern, pleasant, and clean. The service is good. 4 out of 5 stars, in my opinion.

08/12/2025: Nice restaurant located more or less in the historic center of Frosinone. The food is good and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recommend trying the chestnut ravioli with pumpkin cream and the omelette with caramelized onion, asparagus, and a cascade of truffles. And, for dessert, the pomegranate cheesecake. 😋 The staff is kind and helpful, especially Linda. 😊 Parking is the real problem, but that's exactly what upper Frosinone is. 😪 Today, since it's a holiday and the offices around the hotel-restaurant are closed, my family and I found a parking spot more easily than the first time, in the evening, on a weekday. Or maybe because we booked for lunch and not dinner. 🤔 Unfortunately, I've never had reason to try it as a hotel, since I live in this city, but the photos look promising. 🫠 Recommended. 😊👍

02/12/2025: In the highest part of the city, parking is extremely difficult. At certain times, it's almost impossible. Rooms are decorated in… vintage style. Overall, clean, but the limescale in the shower was truly excessive. The shower is huge and extremely comfortable, by the way. The water from the system (both cold and hot) is pumped in bursts: at times it's very strong, at times it seems to stop. This makes mixing difficult, and the showerhead feels scalding hot and cold. From my room, I had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Prices are affordable. The sweet breakfast was varied and pleasant. The cakes were excellent. There was practically no savory breakfast. Avoid the restaurant: I spent 50 euros for an appetizer of eggplant meatballs that didn't taste like eggplant, fried cod with olives (fried), capers (fried) in a sauce (fried) that I digested the following week, a glass of wine, water, and a 3-cm-diameter chocolate cake. Crazy price and barely adequate quality. There are much better dining options nearby. I'll return to the hotel, carefully avoiding the restaurant.

01/10/2025: I was invited to this pizzeria by some local friends and it was a truly pleasant surprise. I must say I was very satisfied with both the food and the service. The clouds with mortadella and stracciatella were truly excellent! The mortadella pizza was very good. The only flaw was the flambéed carbonara pizza (certainly very spectacular 😉) that my friend had... we were a little disappointed, but it could just be personal taste. Otherwise, the service was very good and pleasant. I will definitely be back ☺️

16/11/2025: Once upon a time there was a family-run trattoria, a simple menu but with the flavors of the past... now there is so much, so much to do to become like that!

10/11/2025: Very limited menu, trattoria-like atmosphere, generous portions of food, but only adequate in quality and flavor. The only thing that lowers the review to one star is the excessively high price for these dishes. Really, way too high. In my humble opinion, you should spend 25% less.

I was super curious to meet you and I'm so happy to have found you!!!!! Gorgeous, welcoming, sweet, super sweet atmosphere... I'll be back and I'll settle in another corner. The girl—sorry, I don't remember her name—was super sweet, helpful, and gave us some insight into their food and drinks, and she was always SMILING... Chickpea and tuna hummus, platter, everything was top-notch... THANK YOU guys... We'll definitely be back!!! ❤️

28/08/2025: My partner and I went to this butcher shop two nights ago to stock up on meat, and I waited to write my review because we wanted to try all the meats we bought first: chicken, heifer meatballs, picanha, Angus, pork loin, sausages, and even the dried liver sausages. Well, what can I say... I've never eaten such good meat in the area, speaking of butchers... What struck us most was the quality: during cooking, the meat didn't shrink as often happens; in fact, it actually seemed juicier and more fragrant. For some cuts, we even forgot to add salt or seasoning, the natural flavor of the meat was so good and flavorful. The quality-price ratio is, in my opinion, excellent. Furthermore, the owner is a wonderful person: extremely kind, clear in his explanations, and extremely helpful. He cut our meat with great care; for example, he cut and deboned the chicken into perfect pieces (breast, wings, thighs, etc.). From now on, this will definitely be our go-to butcher. Highly recommended!
