22/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas that were completely burnt and limp, like two rubber sheets. They told us that's how they make them. So I ordered a buffalo mozzarella, maybe 90g for €10; the ones at Eurospin are probably better. Terrible experience, we won't go again. I'm a vegetarian, so I don't mop up any of the pizza.

14/05/2025: Sono stata ad un pranzo di una comunione al ristorante Castrum di via Boccea.La sala del cavaliere ha certamente il suo fascino ,molto bella e ariosa e curata nei particolari,ma in un pranzo ciò che conta di più è il buon cibo e la disponibilità del personale.Pranzo a base di pesce fresco con portate desuete ed ottime,personale gentile,disponibile e presente.Martina ,la figlia della proprietaria e il direttore hanno seguito ogni passaggio dell'evento con discrezione e professionalità. Già ero stata al Castrum per cena e mi era piaciuto,ma ho scoperto che per le cerimonie è il top.Un posto magico e con atmosfera medievale alle porte di Roma.

24/04/2025: Sono stato per il pranzo di Pasqua, menù accattivante e location affascinante. Uniche pecche da sottolineare: Servizi igienici difficili da raggiungere per persone con disabilità motorie E l'agnello previsto nel menu, è stato servito con porzione scarse.

07/10/2025: The place is very large, and even though it was a Monday, it was very busy. The pizza was good, with a wide selection. I've had their burgers before, and they were also very tasty.

06/10/2025: For me, it's an absolute guarantee, both for pizza and bruschetta and for brunch. Speaking of Sunday lunch, brunch returned last first Sunday in October...everything was delicious. The staff is always very kind. I think the new formula is more successful. Starting this season, there's also a pizza menu for lunch. 💯😋

16/08/2025: Hot bottled water is a no-go in the summer. The appetizer platters were good, but the eggplant parmigiana was burnt and left a slightly bitter taste in the mouth, which needs to be reconsidered, especially since for €13 I expect better. The rice balls were decent, but the rice was overcooked, the pizza dough was too heavy, and the arrosticini were decent. Two beers were included, and €80 was definitely too much for the quality of the products.

15/08/2025: The appetizers were good, but otherwise I waited over an hour for a Margherita whose mozzarella tasted like it had expired, and then I had to spend half the evening in the bathroom. I don't think I need say more.

12/10/2025: Found out about it through a dear friend. A truly exceptional experience. Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert. Exceptional value. The owner and staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We'll be back and highly recommend it.

27/09/2025: My kids loved the chicken, but we were all disappointed they only served pizza for dinner.

21/09/2025: We didn't have a reservation and arrived a little early for dinner, but we were still able to stay, and the staff was very friendly. The starter was excellent, with various bruschetta and fish. For the main course, we again had fish, pasta, and risotto, all of which were delicious.

01/10/2025: I was invited to this pizzeria by some local friends and it was a truly pleasant surprise. I must say I was very satisfied with both the food and the service. The clouds with mortadella and stracciatella were truly excellent! The mortadella pizza was very good. The only flaw was the flambéed carbonara pizza (certainly very spectacular 😉) that my friend had... we were a little disappointed, but it could just be personal taste. Otherwise, the service was very good and pleasant. I will definitely be back ☺️

20/10/2025: The place is beautiful, and the staff's hospitality and kindness are certainly excellent, even excessive at times. The food is undoubtedly good, the risotto in particular was truly interesting. Unfortunately, the price was higher than expected. Overall, if you're on a budget, it's an excellent restaurant.

03/10/2025: We had a fantastic meal tonight at La Bottega Dell'Artista, a hidden restaurant in the village of Castelforte. The shrimp with lardo, carbonara (the best we've had on our Italian tour so far), and the pork belly in Marsala sauce and fig were especially amazing. Dell'Artista is an absolute must-try for anyone who enjoys good food at reasonable prices.
