13/11/2025: I stumbled upon the neighborhood by chance, and I have to say the pizza by the slice is delicious. I've tried several flavors, all very good. The dough is light, and I assume it's slowly rising.
While I was enjoying the pizza, I saw some very tempting dishes coming out, and I have to say, people stop by to eat.
Very friendly people.
Clean place.

04/10/2025: Exceptional cheese shop; delicious butter from the Susa Valley mountain pastures of the Giovale family; delicious sheep's milk cheeses; ask for the sheep's milk cheesecake when the season allows it, it is unique in Rome. Friendly staff, let you taste the cheeses. For a Frenchman born on a Normandy farm and often coming to Rome, this is an essential shop. Bravo!

Fish-based dinner.
The appetizer was good, but not very varied.
The two first courses were good, though a little too spicy for me, but taste is subjective.
The grilled food was good, and the fried food was excellent: pale, crispy, and not greasy.
The restaurant is large, with ample outdoor space.
28/08/2025: A rustic restaurant with very friendly staff, and the food (calamari and pizzas) was also delicious. Definitely recommended, although we unfortunately discovered it too late…

The flavors are "tasteless," with a consistency that's not creamy at all, but almost frothy.
It doesn't compare favorably to other gelato shops; I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it.

25/11/2025: I went again to dine at Il Simposio. The food was sensational as was the amazing wine (Luce from Frescobaldi). I was looked after by the charming Katerina.
23/11/2025: A very pleasant surprise! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as the atmosphere looked inviting from the outside, and we weren't disappointed. The place is cozy, the tables are spacious, with a great selection of fresh fish and, most importantly, a head waiter who knows how to prepare it right in front of you. A nice wine list too, and a good little grappa to finish…
