31/08/2025: This is not a restaurant, it's a fast food place, everything is in disposable dishes and it's not tasty.

26/08/2025: A fun, soulful place, mostly local young people. Small menu, cardboard plates, but very tasty food with its own accent. Cheap, very nice staff. Definitely recommend.

08/12/2025: Nice restaurant located more or less in the historic center of Frosinone. The food is good and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recommend trying the chestnut ravioli with pumpkin cream and the omelette with caramelized onion, asparagus, and a cascade of truffles. And, for dessert, the pomegranate cheesecake. 😋 The staff is kind and helpful, especially Linda. 😊 Parking is the real problem, but that's exactly what upper Frosinone is. 😪 Today, since it's a holiday and the offices around the hotel-restaurant are closed, my family and I found a parking spot more easily than the first time, in the evening, on a weekday. Or maybe because we booked for lunch and not dinner. 🤔 Unfortunately, I've never had reason to try it as a hotel, since I live in this city, but the photos look promising. 🫠 Recommended. 😊👍

02/12/2025: In the highest part of the city, parking is extremely difficult. At certain times, it's almost impossible. Rooms are decorated in… vintage style. Overall, clean, but the limescale in the shower was truly excessive. The shower is huge and extremely comfortable, by the way. The water from the system (both cold and hot) is pumped in bursts: at times it's very strong, at times it seems to stop. This makes mixing difficult, and the showerhead feels scalding hot and cold. From my room, I had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Prices are affordable. The sweet breakfast was varied and pleasant. The cakes were excellent. There was practically no savory breakfast. Avoid the restaurant: I spent 50 euros for an appetizer of eggplant meatballs that didn't taste like eggplant, fried cod with olives (fried), capers (fried) in a sauce (fried) that I digested the following week, a glass of wine, water, and a 3-cm-diameter chocolate cake. Crazy price and barely adequate quality. There are much better dining options nearby. I'll return to the hotel, carefully avoiding the restaurant.

20/07/2025: I ate a pizza diavola and drank two excellent German lager beers with character. I bought Gabriele's book 'shot', which can be purchased on site... I RECOMMEND PURCHASING A PLEASANT STORY, with the author's autograph and dedication.

01/11/2025: It's like being at home. The service is friendly, the food is homely, and the warmth is that of home. The inn is located downstairs in the town square of Picinisco. In the summer, I'm sure you can enjoy a wonderful view from the outdoor tables. Inside, it's a classic trattoria, where the food is simple and authentic. There aren't any superlative flavors, but it's definitely a pleasant place to be, and the owner, who is very kind, even created a wonderful playpen with lots of toys for the kids. We had a great time because my daughter had a lot of fun too. Good food alone doesn't always make the difference.

10/07/2025: There were three of us for dinner, two burgers and a tartare. The food was excellent, without a doubt, and the parfait was superb. Unfortunately, the medium red beer was sour, a classic taste that comes from sitting in the keg a bit too long, especially in summer. When I pointed this out, the response was "that's the taste," and it was left on the table. Oh well. So I ordered a lager, which tasted just right. Too bad we ended up having to add this red beer to our bill; a missed opportunity...

26/09/2025: We tried the restaurant, staying at the hotel, with the à la carte menu. The view is the most beautiful on Ponza, a marvelous terrace overlooking Chiaia di Luna beach. The menu is different for lunch and dinner, both satisfying. The prices are obviously high, but for the location and the quality, they're justified. The service is perfect, very professional. For dinner, we tried the fried calamari and grilled calamari on a potato cake, both excellent. The salad was also a surprise. The dessert was a bit disappointing. For lunch, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was excellent. And so was the seafood salad. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

20/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm not interested in denigrating anyone, but rather in encouraging improvement. I'm giving it two stars because you expect more from a four-star hotel restaurant. The location isn't enough—it's very beautiful, and the ambiance is also very good—but the rest is needed. The service could be improved, especially regarding the cutlery arrangement and maintaining the same non-standard servings for two people. Then there's the food. A dish that "ran out" at 8:30 PM should be removed from the menu, and you shouldn't wait to be asked to tell us so. We ordered two first courses, which, based on their names, raised certain expectations, but the flavors were very distant and basic (the base was tomato, and that was basically all we could taste). Then there was the fried fish, which left us unsure about the freshness of the fish, but that's an unprovable feeling. Then there was the side salad (mixed salad with citrus and dried fruit) that tasted like coarsely chopped, bagged salad from the supermarket. With water and a half bottle of white wine, we paid over €100 for two. Now, if you want to stay in that price range you have to raise the quality bar!

25/11/2025: Now, whenever I go to Fiano Romano, Lele ai Casali is a guarantee. The menu is varied, the meat is truly excellent, and the staff is truly attentive. Excellent

09/11/2025: I must say, a beautiful location, ample parking, good service. We were a table of 12. Our meat-based orders were more or less the same. The appetizer was excellent and varied. The only first course we ordered was good. The meat was good but not excellent. My grilled rib eye was more boiled than roasted on the outside. The side dishes were forgettable. Roast potatoes were tough and dry as if they had been cooked hours earlier, sautéed chicory was practically boiled and without oil, and puntarelle was inedible and tasteless. The desserts were good. The bill was very high.

18/12/2025: Comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, excellent products, both sweet and savory. The stuffed pizza is truly delicious.

30/10/2025: Yesterday I went around 1pm to get a bag and I have to say that they gave me a lot of pizza and really good part of it was frozen because it was too big. The girl who served me was very kind and cheerful.

19/10/2025: The "sfizi di mare" appetizer is good, the fried calamari and shrimp are tasty, the "Albatros" pizza is decent, the grilled fish is very good, the berry cheesecake is excellent, and the "o Baba" is good. The quality/price ratio is good. The restaurant has been renovated and made modern, pleasant, and clean. The service is good. 4 out of 5 stars, in my opinion.
