If you have been searching for the sort of place that the tour guides talk about, with a seasonal menu that changes so frequently that it is written on a chalkboard, stop looking and try this place. Excellent food and service, decent prices for city center, no tourists (just us and a bunch of locals).

The restaurant is very good. The service and the food are excellent! We ordered a starter which, according to the waiter, was not served as well as it should have been (but it seemed perfectly fine to me), so they didn’t charge us for it and even brought another starter, which they said was properly prepared. We also didn’t order dessert, but they still brought us a small sweet treat on the house. The staff were extremely friendly!

Tip: Order the onion and Parmesan tarte tatin. For me, the best restaurant in Rome. A special, authentic, and very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Quaint little Italian restaurant near Trastavere. We went there twice and can recommend every pasta dish on the menu. Wonderful wine selection and an outstanding hostess.

Giulietta Vino e Cucina was a pleasant discovery, a welcoming and elegant place in the heart of Rome's historic center, just steps from Piazza Farnese, located on Via Giulia.
It's a true "experience" with a varied menu, from small appetizers that awaken the senses (my favorite was caramelized steamed onion tarte tatin with Parmesan ice cream) to first courses and traditional Roman recipes and more.
I tried pasta e fagioli with sea bass, a traditional yet creative recipe, very good. Congratulations! 👏🏼
The dessert I chose, my favorite, was the tiramisu with hazelnut, white chocolate, and saffron cantuccini. Congratulations, it was also truly delicious.
It was a pleasant experience, thank you.
I'll be back.
