04/10/2025: One of the most wonderful experiences I've had at a pizzeria. Francesco, the owner, is not only a wonderful person, but also manages the staff exceptionally well. The quality of the pizzas, both the round ones and the ones by the slice, is top-notch. We had the queen of pizzas, the Margherita, and the "Salmone Etoile." Both pizzas were spectacular; the Margherita, in its simplicity, was the best, but the real revelation was the salmon one, truly spectacular. Excellent! We'll definitely be back soon.

31/08/2025: Historic bar on the Formia-Cassino highway, in the San Giorgio a Liri area. Excellent breakfasts, great dishes for lunch and/or dinner. A tobacco shop and games room are also available.

05/10/2025: Very nice place and very good food. Simple and authentic cuisine. The fettuccine with marjoram and pecorino cheese is superb!!! Highly recommended. There isn't a written menu, or at least we didn't see one, but the final bill was more than reasonable. Dogs and cats roaming around, but they aren't intrusive and are very well-behaved. For me, that's an added bonus.

15/08/2025: Excellent if you want to spend a few quiet days surrounded by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful views. Convenient location for reaching various villages. The pool is a great place to cool off. Delicious, home-cooked food, served on the wooden terrace under the wisteria, and a very good and enjoyable breakfast. We were very satisfied.

They also offer a wide selection of gift ideas for those who love artisanal and local products. Their friendly service and reasonable prices make this one of the best of its kind in the neighborhood.

03/10/2025: A wonderful, authentic family pizza restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you're in Fondi, you absolutely must visit for a meal. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of dishes, even if you're not a pizza lover or just want something different. The service is excellent, and they speak some English.

14/09/2025: Very nice, clean place, with friendly and welcoming staff. There are plenty of seats. The menu offers a wide selection: you can choose from pizzas (many options) with bruschetta and fried foods to the classic full lunch with appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, ice cream, and desserts. You can choose between meat or seafood. The selection is truly extensive. From the products I've had the pleasure of trying, I can say they're excellent, well-prepared. They have an extensive selection of bottled wines and a selection of beers. Excellent value for money. I think it's a good place to try. It's far from my home, so I was just passing through the area, but I'd love to return if I could.

21/10/2025: We went to the place twice, and the only downside is that besides wine, they only have Coca-Cola, and I don't drink either, haha. The place is calm, with very good food, the shrimp risotto is perfect, and it's very beautiful. I highly recommend it.

14/09/2025: Definitely not suitable for vegetarians or vegans: the only sandwich offered contains no protein at all (they put a potato croquette in it), so it wouldn't take much to improve it! The desserts are delicious.

31/10/2025: An instagram friendly place with little substance. We found this place when searching for alternate / fusion food in Rome Italy. The place is built into an old structure with tables at close quarters and non ergonomic seating (think wobbly tables and uncomfortable seats). The decor with fairy lights all over the place looks a bit teeny booper than homely. The place has a history of being a sandwich restaurant and has now evolved into a full fledged dining space. We ordered a portion of their foccaccia with fig jam and ham which was brilliant. We followed this with three appetizers - a tuna in dashi, a fried zucchini flower dish and a pumpkin flower mashed dish. The tuna was fresh but the fritter and pumpkin flower mash were very passable. In the mains we tried their amberjack and veal with mustard sauce. The amberjack was nothing exceptional on the flavours (non imaginative) while the veal with the over powering mustard had to be left behind un eaten. Their cocktail menu is not very creative with pretty standard fare. We tried two which were both just okay. The food was plated very beautifully but failed to impress our palates. The service was friendly but slow. We had to actually wait for 30 minutes after the first two appetizers for the next two. In my opinion the place is far too expensive for what it offers and can be given a miss.

28/09/2025: Intrigued by the excellent reviews of this restaurant, I finally decided to go with my wife to see for myself. Well, to the almost unanimous chorus of praise, I'd like to add my own. We truly felt at home in this establishment, which, in Fregene, certainly has no competition. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, the decor is meticulously curated, the De Chiara brothers' unparalleled expertise, and, last but not least, the dishes are expertly prepared and of excellent quality, without neglecting a touch of aesthetics, which never hurts. Among the dishes we sampled, also on the owner's recommendation, were the excellent tagliolini with fish ragù and the perfectly fried monkfish with onions. Also noteworthy was the grilled amberjack steak, whose perfection I discussed with the chef to try and unravel his secrets. Finally, the Anthium wine from Casale del Giglio, one of Lazio's most prestigious wineries, deserves a mention. We are very satisfied with this culinary experience and are sure to return soon.

09/11/2025: What's striking is the lack of cleanliness. Near the pizza oven, there was a smell of stale flour. Brooms and mops were thrown everywhere, and the bathroom was cramped.
