13/09/2025: I had the pinsa. I'm not a fan of it, but I really liked it; it was well-seasoned and large. It also came with some fried foods and beer. They bring you water in jugs, which I don't like at all; I prefer bottled water. €23, a price now in line with the market. I sat outside in the garden and it was nice.

20/10/2025: We stayed at Castagneto during a motorcycle tour, staying two nights in a triple room. The hotel is welcoming, and the staff, especially Mr. Giovanni at the front desk and the "genius" handyman, were extremely kind and offered helpful advice. The hotel's cuisine is simple and excellent. We highly recommend this property, and we hope to stay there again.

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.

20/12/2025: This review is for the restaurant. The interior is very spacious, with an original and sophisticated design. I enjoyed the appetizers more than the first and second courses. The fried artichokes, supplì, Ascoli olives, and vegetarian meatballs were all delicious. The carbonara was average, and the linguine with butter and anchovies was very tasty. The escarole that accompanied the saltimbocca alla romana was truly exquisite; I would have expected the meat to be more tender. I forgot to photograph the desserts, perhaps because I was too busy enjoying them. 😃 We split the Montblanc and the ricotta and sour cherries, both well-prepared and tasty. The ricotta and sour cherries 💯 We paid €47 per person. There were seven of us and we had two bottles of wine. The first courses were a bit pricey. Still, a recommended place for a pleasant evening in the Monti neighborhood.

09/11/2025: I had dinner here with my wife on Saturday. We found a little gem in the city. The restaurant has three very welcoming rooms, and the warm, rustic decor immediately put us at ease. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the owner, Gianluca, was friendly and kind. I recommend everyone try the dishes here.

04/12/2025: They have a little bit of everything: sweet, savory, coffee, pastries, pizza, beer. And it's reasonably priced. The pizza is ridiculously expensive, and the best part is getting small portions of whatever you like.

15/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The meat quality is truly good, the dishes are homemade but not predictable, the portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive and courteous. I've been back several times when passing through Frosinone and always recommend it to anyone in the area. Always a sure thing.
