24/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato questo ristorante per caso, perché era di passaggio al rientro dalle vacanze. Ad accoglierci un’atmosfera deliziosa. Ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo fuori in giardino, sotto una verde e freschissima pergola. Raramente ho trovato in un ristorante in clima così rilassante. Ci ha sorpreso positivamente anche il cibo. Antipasti buonissimi ed altrettanto i primi. Personale veloce e professionale. Preparazione dei piatti accurata. Conto conforme alla qualità. Peccato sia lontano da casa o diventerebbe una meta abituale. Bravi!

17/08/2024: Devo ribadire il motivo per cui ogni volta pranzo alla Palazzina: le fregnacce alla Sabinese!!! Davvero squisite. Ottimo e ben curato anche l’ antipasto. Impeccabili i ragazzi in sala. Complimenti in cucina. E… avanti così.

Their burgers taste like you've never had a real burger before. If you bring someone there, you'll make a good impression! The place is small, but this means tranquility. The costs are fully justified by the quality! Recommended for those who like to eat well!

10/11/2024: We came here spontaneously on our way to the airport and were pleasantly surprised. So much so that we would now even say that we had the best meal here of our entire vacation in Italy. There was an exceptional starter composition, delicious pasta and salad. The dessert was also fantastic. The service was super friendly and was always able to offer us a vegetarian alternative. We would go here again if we hadn't left.

12/10/2024: We went to this tavern after returning from Spain. New or recently renovated venue, well-kept and spacious environment. To drink we ordered water and a bottle of Barbera d'Alba, I must say really good. They offered us a multi-course starter to split between two with all very tasty and delicious dishes, the meatballs in red wine were exceptional. As a second course, a carbonara and a cacio e pepe could not be missing, very classic dishes done well, the carbonara was slightly under salted but very good. To conclude we had the house tiramisu which was made with deca for the children, excellent! The owner was very kind and the girl in the room very knowledgeable. Bring Autan as there are a lot of mosquitoes being in the countryside, fortunately the management provided it for us. More than positive experience, highly recommended!

10/12/2024: My favorite wine shop. Irene and Loredana are prepared and experienced. They offer excellent pairings with delicious and well-presented food for the wines. The place is small and cozy like they come.

04/01/2025: We went last night with the fork discount (30%) and we tasted a very good mixed starter, two really excellent first courses (tortelli and orecchiette) and finally two tagliatelle (very tender meat) accompanied by Ribolla Gialla. Polite, friendly and efficient staff.

09/12/2024: Primero que el menú ofrece muy poco para un vegetariano, me paré allí porque estaba buscando otro sitio que al final estaba cerrado . Me pedí una pasta cacio/pepe y parecía que estaba precocidad un sabor muy raro y luego me clavaron una cerveza de 7€ como si estuviera en pleno centro de Roma y luego pagué un servicio de 2,50€ ! Vamos salí pagando 25€ por no haber comido nada bueno y tampoco bebido mucho !! Y luego cuando estaba acabando la cerveza la dueña rubio platino me invitó a irme porque como no había gente iban a cerrar ! Vamos Nunca jamás !!

24/12/2024: Pleasant evening in this pizzeria where they make an excellent Roman pizza, thin and crunchy, fried and prepared by them like the desserts. The impeccable service enriched by the friendliness of the waiter. It will be a pleasure to come back :)

29/12/2024: I was starting to get tired of Italian food and was wandering the streets of Rome looking for fresh fruit juices, so they provided me with just what I wanted. The price was reasonable and there was even a space to sit. Thank you, thank you so much.

30/08/2024: An excellent fine dining experience. We had a great rapport with the server. As we didn’t feel like having wine again, we opted for a delicious gin and tonic. We also had a very helpful sous chef that came with every dish to explain what we are having. We started off with amuse-bouche - rice cracker with ricotta, dried tomatoes and lemon zest, paired with breaded slow cooked beef tongue in bechamel sauce. A great starter. The bread was especially well made with a high quality olive oil on the side. For the main course we had the pig suckling with zucchini, mint and apricot foam. The meat was flavourful and the crackling fresh and crisp. The fruity flavours go perfectly together with the pork meat. The second dish was pigeon with figs, in port sauce. The pigeon is served in different states of doneness - from raw to fully cooked depending on the cut. Subtle and tender. For dessert - chocolate mousse with rhubarb ice cream, topped with chocolate crispies and caviar. You get that mouth crackling and popping with the candy inside the crispies. The second desert is crepes with orange and basil. This dish is much more subdued than it appears, more tangy and sour. Overall it was a great experience. I wish we had the time to try the tasting menu, but this was great on its own. A wholehearted recommend.
