26/10/2025: Traditional food, all strictly homemade and of excellent quality, from appetizer to dessert. The beef stew is especially delicious! Friendly staff, very friendly girls. The place is meticulously maintained, and feels like you're in a quaint local square. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

The coffee was good, and the owner even packed a few cookies for me, which was really touching!! Thank you for giving me such wonderful memories of Italy~~😊

07/08/2025: I spent my birthday at the Trattoria. The food was delicious as always, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The fried calamari and shrimp were spectacular, as was the rest! All at more than reasonable prices: excellent value. An absolute highlight.

16/11/2025: I went to this pastry shop on Saturday evening. I had a pangocciolo (a kind of pizza), which I must say was very good, and two small red pizzas. The pizzas were burnt; the back was black, dry, and just two squares. I had to throw them away. The service was nothing special. I asked what I could put in the pangocciolo, and they didn't answer verbally, but they showed me a poster that wasn't even very clear, with all the fillings. If you order the pizzas, check carefully and ask for them to be not burned.

16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

07/12/2025: I've been there eight times now, always very satisfied. Excellent supplì, I recommend the carbonara one and the 'nduja one, and I'd add the broccoli and sausage one. The Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella is fantastic. The fettuccine alle streghe is an experience you absolutely must try, a symphony of mushrooms, sausage, and pecorino... almost illegal... The fried calamari and shrimp is spectacular, dry, and you can taste the fresh oil. Too bad I never get around to taking photos...

23/11/2025: Proprio come dice il nome, qui il Gelato è proprio d'Autore!A parte le battute, a mio avviso è una delle migliori gelaterie di Roma.Le creme sono eccezionali, i sapori veri e ben definiti... Che dire poi dell'infinita scelta di gusti? Davvero, è vastissima, partendo dai classici come la stracciatella a gusti più ricercati come il maracuja al basilico!

25/09/2025: The best gelato I've tasted in Rome. Natural, fresh flavors, and you can fully appreciate the natural flavors of the various fruits used (I highly recommend the fig flavor). Also, unlike many other gelato shops, they don't add much sugar to sweeten some of the tart flavors of the fruits used.

06/07/2025: A good place, which stands out for its "healthier" selection compared to the competition (too many, five locations within a few dozen meters), including a selection of green teas, vegan croissants, and strictly gluten-free pastries. The place is nicely decorated, and there's the option of sitting down for lunch. In the evening, they offer aperitifs and after-dinner drinks.
