Terrible, superficial, and not at all typical cuisine.... 20 diners arrived on a Sunday in April and went home with gastroenteritis and colic... What more can I say!!!! Thank you Brunori... Oh, and the pizzas are also really good.
The highest marks, however, go to the sales staff and those preparing the delicacies. Despite the long line, they satisfied everyone in a flash, never running out of pieces to hand out.

12/02/2026: Excellent pizza with a wide variety, and generous toppings. The hot food is also beautifully presented and worth trying. Plenty of tables available for outdoor seating.

23/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Naiadi Park Hotel, a perfect base for visiting Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, and the beautiful Bolsena.
The hotel is surrounded by greenery, quiet, and welcoming, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
A truly positive experience: we definitely recommend it!

During lunch on Sunday, May 31st, I went to the cash register as usual, and as soon as I left the restaurant, a waitress ran after me into the parking lot yelling, "Madam, you have to pay."
I immediately showed the receipt I had in my bag, while the cashier and other staff members arrived.
All this happened in front of my family and other customers, causing me discomfort and embarrassment. We felt attacked by the staff and not respected or protected as customers.
The food was average, but everything was very disorganized, with a lot of confusion and a noisy restaurant.

26/01/2026: Paolo's piadina has been a great option for years when you need a quick bite. Excellent piadinas with a choice of dough, very fair prices, and the staff always leave you smiling. Great for both a good meal and a treat. Highly recommended!
