My wife, my son, and I went to Emili's in Giucano this evening, and we were truly impressed by the experience. Beyond the excellent quality of the dinner and the absolutely fair prices, what we'll take home with us is above all the special atmosphere that reigns supreme here. They've managed to retain the authentic, family-like atmosphere of yesteryear, combining it with the courtesy, organization, and professionalism expected of a modern restaurant. Nestled in the charming village of Giucano, the restaurant made us feel welcomed, almost protected, as if for an evening we'd become part of the small local community. We chatted pleasantly with other diners, and the best part was seeing the children at the various tables spontaneously gather to play together in the village streets, just like they used to. An increasingly rare sight, and therefore even more precious. From what we understand, there's also a children's room for those dining inside. A special thanks to all the staff, who stood out for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. A place where you don't just go for good food, but also to rediscover a sense of conviviality and humanity that's not so easy to find these days. We'll definitely be back.

I'm sorry but people had spoken so highly of Emily that I wanted to try it for Easter Monday. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The only decent dish was the starters. The tordelli were a disappointment, they looked like the ones from a can with the tomato that tasted sour and only the shadow of meat. The two main courses were pork-based, one of which could have been alternated with the other given the price paid. The red wine tasted of vinegar, but no one tastes the food before offering it to customers.

What can be said about Emili Restaurant other than something unique and special? This is not just a restaurant, but a piece of home and an inseparable part of life that I hold dear. My family has been coming here for generations to celebrate special occasions, and the Emili family, along with the good Enzo, have watched me grow year after year. It goes without saying that the food is always excellent and the service is impeccable, making guests feel right at home.
