09/08/2024: I can't help but compliment the chef. Refined dishes very well presented and with original and sometimes risky flavours. We tasted 2 appetizers, a tortello, and obviously the very famous seitan by chef Marta Maffucci. For me it was the second visit for my friend the first. Today's seitan on rocket cream and marinated daikon really surprised me, the consistency was excellent and the taste was exceptional. The tortello was also very good with perfectly rolled dough and a strong flavor thanks to the chicory cream which left that very interesting bitterish aftertaste. I would also like to applaud the attentive service that was perfectly suited to the context. To try and try again several times. See you soon guys. Great work!

04/08/2024: Pleasant surprise. Although we are quite close, we had missed Misticanza. Excellent dishes, the result of high-level research and technique. As well as being beautiful or flat, they are also appetizing and tasty! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

01/01/2025: We ate on New Year's Day and although there was a fixed menu they were extremely open to changes. Obviously also recommended for the food.

20/12/2024: Nice and well-kept place, the staff is very kind and attentive, good and well-presented dishes, excellent desserts too (I tried the babà). Even the waiting times were modest, I would say normal... the prices are high, even if they are now almost everywhere. I thought I would spend a little less around 50/55 euros but with starter, main course, dessert + wine the bill came to almost 70 euros... a bit too much I would say. Overall I recommend it for everything but not for the prices!

18/12/2024: We ate in this place on Sunday, for me it was the first time and we had a really good time, polite staff, good food and the owner gave us the best advice to be able to eat as soon as possible since there were 14 of us, absolutely recommended.

If you leave a bad review, the boss will say, 'You've never been here.' Most of the reviews in this restaurant are false reviews with fake accounts. Take a look. My wife and I had dinner here in May 2023. That night was terrible. This is due to several reasons below. 1. There was a lipstick stain on the cup we received. 2. We ordered a salad, but the fries came out. After all the menus were served, when the salad did not come out, we asked the employee, who said that fries were served instead of salad. So I asked him to take the fries back, but the employee told me to just eat it. 3. We didn't eat French fries because we didn't order them. But when we paid, the employee asked us if we would even pay for the fries.We refused to pay for the fries, and the employee's attitude got cold. 4.I left a review of this employee's attitude with 3 stars, but the owner of this restaurant left me bad words and insulting comments. I have lived in Thailand, Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and Mexico. However, I have never received such bad service before. Shouldn't restaurants in Europe, even Rome, of course offer better service than restaurants in these countries? I don't want anyone to have a bad experience in this restaurant anymore. 30/12/2024: Le ghiottonerie del moro is my favorite place to eat well with first choice ingredients. Every time I return to Civita it is a mandatory stop. The environment feels like home, the guys are all kind and super helpful. From appetizers (try the supplì because they are spacey and you would eat one after the other) to pizza, there is no dish at the seaside that is not excellent. The prices are in line with the service offered and the good quality of the food. The menu will satisfy every palate, according to a girl who is an excellent eater 😊

28/12/2024: Very good, but exorbitantly priced. Taking an average, there are restaurants in Civita Castellana that offer more particular things and with the same quality but for €15-€20 less.

Selection of dishes also for vegans and vegetarians to satisfy everyone, not easy to find in other places! The service is impeccable, always attentive to the customer's every need....

11/12/2024: Historic restaurant in Prima Porta with internal parking. The structure is located inside a large garden reserved for customers to have lunch or dinner in the summer. The location is very simple, rustic style, spacious. The waiters are friendly and very knowledgeable. The varied à la carte menu or menu formula. Fair prices and very good quality of food. You can feel the freshness of the ingredients. Fish and meat are very good. I attach some dishes we ordered. We gladly come back every time. Advise!

Toto alle Carrozze never disappoints, and every visit is a real pleasure for the palate. The dish "La Regina" is simply divine, a perfect combination of flavors that enhances Italian cuisine. The Roman pinsa is a masterpiece, light and crunchy at the right point, with very high quality condiments. I cannot fail to mention the carbonara, which here reaches absolute perfection: creamy, tasty, and with the bacon that melts in your mouth. And finally, the desserts are a real treat for the soul: the cheesecake is velvety and rich, while the mojito sorbet is an explosion of freshness. Great credit goes to the waiter Arturo, who with his impeccable service, his professionalism and his friendliness made each of our visits special. Arturo is the soul of the restaurant, always attentive and ready to recommend the best. Thanks to him, every meal becomes an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!

The food is of the highest quality and prepared with fresh ingredients. But what really made the difference was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. A special thanks goes to Arturo, who as always welcomed us with a genuine smile and rare kindness. If you are looking for a restaurant where the excellence of the food is combined with a very high level of service, Totò alle Carrozze is a safe choice.
