Le basi per la pizza sono di tre tipologie: Normale Integrale 5 cereali Inutile dire che tutt'e e tre sono state fenomenali, lievitatazine naturale e i dolci sono artigianali e non di industriali. 24/03/2025: Sunday at the end of March, in a cave with cold temperatures, we ate with our duvets on for the whole lunch, because it was warmer inside than outside. We ordered from appetizer to main course with side dish. The appetizers for 20 euros for two, neither praise nor infamy. The homemade fettuccine, with pesto and gorgonzola, were tasteless, the product was good but the seasoning didn't bind. The pork chop was not a good part, it had a lot of fat, as was the veal chop.. one cooking, in a pan, nothing special.. The meal was accompanied by a house wine for 9 euros, of poor quality. I wouldn't say terrible, but at 40 euros per person, it's better to avoid it.

16/04/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato i 18 anni della nostra figliola a settembre 2024 e ancora dopo 7 mesi ci sentiamo felici e soddisfatti per la scelta del posto. Non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo. Posto molto bello, cibo ottimo, attenzione e gentilezza e ha un bel parcheggio molto gradito. Il Dj che ci hanno proposto così come la fotografa assolutamente bravi. Assolutamente lo consiglio. 01/04/2025: Amazing restaurant that wouldn't have known anything about if I hadn't of been introduced by some locals. Meat selection to die for, with great sides too. The lively atmosphere and friendly service was the icing on the cake.

21/03/2025: The meat is really good and very fresh, if you want to eat meat go safe from them, the only thing that was missing was the truffle pasta which didn't have much flavour, we had to add salt. But the rest was all good

16/03/2025: Seconda volta a Paliano e seconda volta in questo locale dove si e’ sicuri di mangiare piatti fatti con amore e con ingredienti di qualità. Il nome del locale indica la tipologia del posto quindi non vi aspettate super lusso, ma di certo il guato e la passione ci sono tutti. Sicuramente torneremo! Accoglienza familiare e super gentilezza!!

Very nice owner Simona, also available to make changes to the dishes according to needs. To finish, a very good gentian offered. Excellent price quality. The homemade desserts are also good

22/12/2024: Taste of The garden ve roastbeef sandviç yedik yaklaşık 22 cm bir ekmeğin içinde ( ki tek başında ekmek bile nefisti) bol bol taze peynir ve malzeme vardı. Herkes çok cana yakın. Sokak arası çok sevimli ve çok lezzetli bir mekan. Burayı atlamayın 👏🏻

09/04/2025: Very large place with many seats. Friendly staff and quick service. We had an appetizer with cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by an excellent Giudia artichoke. Personally I tried the cacio e pepe and the spaghetti with clams, both of which I found quite good.

21/04/2025: Tiramisu still frozen when served at the table, inedible. It is no longer the Pompi I went to about ten years ago. Stuff for tourists who don't care about quality. A disappointment.

21/04/2025: I went for an aperitif with a friend of mine, but unfortunately the aperitif was made by the pigeons who continued to fly at our heads under the eyes of the waitresses who ignored the problem. I understand the burden of having to work on Easter Monday, however we were also returning from 8 hours of work, so a little attention to the customer would be appreciated.

09/04/2025: On the flower market square, Amine welcomed us and gave us such good advice that we returned there a second time in 3 days. It's beautiful, it's good, we had a good laugh, in short it's really nice. Ps: the pistachio cheesecake is incredible!

07/04/2025: Siamo andati in questo locale per un aperitivo verso le 20:00, ordinando uno spritz e una birra media. Inizialmente, il servizio sembrava molto gentile, in particolare la cameriera che ci ha servito. Tuttavia, circa 15 minuti dopo, la stessa cameriera è tornata al nostro tavolo dicendoci che dovevamo alzarci a causa di una prenotazione, senza che ci fosse stato comunicato in alcun modo, né verbalmente né tramite un biglietto sul tavolo. Mi sembrava quindi un po' maleducato imporcela senza preavviso. Dopo aver risposto in modo gentile, la cameriera se n'è andata, ma pochi minuti dopo è arrivata un'altra collega, più autoritaria, che ci ha chiesto di andarcene nonostante avessimo ancora le bevande a metà. Anche qui ho provato a spiegarle il nostro punto di vista, ma in modo piuttosto nervoso, ci ha preso i bicchieri e ha ripetuto che dovevamo alzarci. La situazione ci ha lasciati davvero sorpresi, considerando che una gestione più cortese e comprensiva sarebbe stata certamente più apprezzata. Capisco che ci possano essere dinamiche da rispettare, ma il comportamento del personale, in particolare della seconda cameriera, è sembrato davvero poco professionale e maleducato. Un po' di gentilezza e una comunicazione più chiara avrebbero evitato questa spiacevole esperienza. Dircelo nel momento in cui ci siamo seduti che in venti minuti dovevamo alzarci ci avrebbe fatto valutare meglio se fermarci o meno, senza nessun problema…. Purtroppo, non posso dire che tornerò, dato l'atteggiamento ricevuto.

28/03/2025: Pizzeria by the slice and diner, fish first and second courses on Tuesdays and Fridays, many regular customers who go for the home-made and traditional dishes such as meatballs with sauce, chicken and peppers, Roman-style artichokes. Very good and crunchy pizza in various flavors including carbonara.
