18/02/2026: We ordered home delivery from their website, which is very intuitive and easy to use, with a wide variety of quality pizza and supplì to choose from. Their website prices are lower than those found on Jast Eat and Glovo, respectively. Excellent service; the delivery man arrived exactly on time for the scheduled delivery time. We will definitely order again.

The brunch is decent, very beautiful, and reasonably good, but given the price, there should be more attention to detail in both the preparation of the dishes (I tried dessert, a pancake, and a waffle) and, above all, the service. 40 minutes for breakfast makes no sense.
02/11/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant and very convenient for parking. The cappuccino is mediocre and the food unremarkable. The crema is good, but it's all heavy, so you need to choose carefully and not rely solely on your eyes and taste buds. The staff is sparse compared to the number of people there during peak hours: you can't wait half an hour for food, watch other dishes arrive at later tables, and then have to wait in line to pay. It's a shame because it's a place with potential; maybe I'll return in the future to see if it's improved.

17/11/2025: We were there yesterday, Sunday lunchtime, four of us: a wonderful experience, worth repeating. The dishes were all excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The staff were friendly, fast, and discreet. The atmosphere was quiet, thanks in part to the warm, soft lighting and the wood-burning stove (we were seated near it). The desserts are all homemade, and the ingredients are local. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended if you want a quiet place, great service, and good food, both meat and fish, at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: Good food, good organization, but after what happened, no, we had a dog on a leash and a lady opened a cage with 5 dogs inside, we with 4 children, one of them 3 years old, were attacked by the dogs, as it had already happened, the lady put them in a closet, as soon as we put our dog down, the lady reopened the door of the closet 2 TIMES, ALSO CALLING US CRAZY, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

09/01/2026: The food was delicious, but the service from one of the waiters was practically nonexistent. He handed the dishes to you instead of placing them on the table, and he didn't acknowledge your greeting or farewell. If it weren't for the poor service, it would have been a 5-star experience.
09/01/2026: Eligio served us and was very attentive. We loved the food, especially the pizza, and the service was great. The prices were good, and I highly recommend it if it's your first time in Rome.

11/03/2026: Opificio del Gusto is one of those bistros where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, but what really makes the difference is the atmosphere created by the staff: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
The cuisine is solid and well-executed. The dishes are carefully prepared and showcase high-quality ingredients, with a menu that manages to be tasty without being overbearing.
The wine list is also very interesting. A well-thought-out selection, with a good presence of natural wines and a wide selection of both types and price ranges, capable of satisfying both the curious and the aficionados.
A bistro you'll want to return to, well worth the detour off the highway.

The staff is friendly and professional.
I always order by phone and pick it up, or you can use the apps to have it delivered.
I recommend the "Chicken Burger" with ciabatta, it's the best, like many others you can choose from on the photo menu.
18/12/2025: My favorite lunch, Dalia, Anastasia, and Samuel are incredibly kind. Everything they serve is fresh, authentic, and made with love; every bite speaks of the passion they put into it. The space is very small, but that's fine!

22/02/2026: Excellent products, but making customers queue for more than half an hour and then saying that the ATM doesn't work, let's just say it's not very professional.
08/11/2025: I bought some porchetta here and was a little disappointed: it was dry and stringy (porchetta should melt in your mouth), and my husband almost lost a tooth because of a bone (normally, there shouldn't be one).
Anyway, I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is really kind.
