16/04/2025: Locale caratteristico adiacente la storica ed omonima gastronomia. Buoni i salumi , discreti primi ed ottimi i dolci. Servizio un po’ lento, il cameriere più rappresentativo, peraltro assunto da poco, cercava di spiegare i piatti, non sempre riuscendoci l’altro cameriere è come se non ci fosse. Il menù con tendenze verso il gourmet, manca di alcuni piatti della tradizione romana. Molto onesto, il conto.

25/03/2025: Excellent restaurant on all points. You will find Lazio specialties there, it is well cooked, it is fine and less expensive than in the restaurants of the historic center. The atmosphere is both cozy and family-friendly. They also have a large Italian wine list that they can recommend to you. Finally, they offer gluten-free pasta for people with gluten intolerance. Go there you won't be disappointed, it's my number 1 restaurant in Rome.

26/09/2024: Il locale è semplice accogliente e abbastanza imformale. Personale molto cortese e simpatico con cucina veramente locale. Il menù non è infinito,poche proposte ma molto interessanti. Ho provato il tagliere salumi e formaggi ottimo soprattutto gli affettati che vengono proposti sono vari molto buoni e non scontati. Ottimi anche i primi: questa volta ho preso gli spaghetti cacio e pepe ma anche gli altri primi della tradizione sembrano essere buoni e da provare. 04/09/2024: La qualità del cibo eccellente, dalla prima all'ultima porta tutto perfetto. Locale ben tenuto e soprattutto tutto pulito ed in ordine. La nostra bimba di tre anni trattata come una principessa dalla squisita "Zia Tati". Di sicuro torneremo sia per la qualità e bontà della cena, sia per rivedere i disegni fatti dalla piccola sul librone della Zia Tati.

Appena entrati, ci accoglie la gentilezza di Lucia,la proprietaria, che con il suo sorriso e la sua disponibilità ci fa subito sentire come parte della famiglia. Il menù è composto da piatti preparati con ingredienti freschissimi, ma specialmente a km 0. Un aspetto che rende unico questo ristorante è l’attenzione al cliente. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura, ma soprattutto, ogni cliente è trattato come un ospite speciale. La famiglia intera si occupa personalmente di ogni aspetto, dalla cucina al servizio in sala, creando un’atmosfera di familiarità che rende ogni visita speciale. Il conto è più che onesto per la qualità offerta, e la sensazione di essere stati coccolati dall’inizio alla fine rende ogni euro speso un investimento prezioso. È il posto ideale per chi cerca un’ottima cucina tradizionale, in un ambiente accogliente e familiare. Un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeterò più e più volte, non solo per il cibo, ma per il calore umano che riesce a trasmettere. Consiglio vivamente, alla prossima!

09/03/2025: Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo da sette (inclusi due bambini). Siamo arrivati alle 20:30, abbiamo ordinato una pasta per il bimbo di due anni ed è arrivata dopo un’ora (pasta in bianco con un filo d’olio - forse non avevano sugo visto che fanno pizza ?!) , il resto delle pizze sono arrivate alle 22:30. La signora (che forse dovrebbe fare un corso manageriale) si è giustificata dicendo che essendo stati gli ultimi ad arrivare siamo stati serviti one ultimi. Questo allora mi porta a pensare che se fossimo arrivati alle 21 saremmo stati serviti alle 23. Quindi cosa cambia? L’orario. Ma l’attesa è la stessa se hai due persone in cucina e due persone a servire con 100 coperti. Neanche una cortesia sul conto. Abbiamo pagato fino all’ultimo centesimo. -Signora, la ristorazione non è così semplice come lei pensa, forse deve lavorarci un po’ su…. Ma di certo non con me, non con i miei soldi-

24/11/2024: A quality corner in Aprilia. The service is very attentive and thoughtful, the raw materials well selected and the execution equally excellent. For meat lovers, it is absolutely recommended. The initial passage of baked goods and tasting of extra virgin olive oil is truly an interesting introduction to the courses that follow. Assorted and accessible wine list. Very recommended! Excellent value for money.

25/03/2025: The pizza respects the Roman style, but the dough is a little too dry. The fried foods were not particularly memorable, while the dessert was truly delicious. Overall, the experience was decent.

22/03/2025: Friendly and smiling staff; Excellent and fast service even on a Saturday evening. Food ; whatever I ordered, appetizers, pizza, first courses, second courses and desserts all 5 stars if not 6. Absolutely worth trying.
