14/10/2025: Beershock is a must-visit in Viterbo for anyone who loves craft beer. I came here for a drink and a snack, and the experience was decidedly positive. The real highlight is the exceptional selection of draft and bottled beers. The menu is well-curated, and the staff demonstrates great expertise, offering the best recommendations among the various styles and new releases. Every visit is an opportunity to discover something new and high-quality. The food doesn't disappoint either. The pub food we ordered to accompany the beers (sandwiches) was decidedly good: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent execution. Perfect for a hearty snack. Why 4 stars and not 5? The only small reservation concerns the atmosphere or service during busy periods; sometimes, when the place is crowded, the wait for a snack can be a bit long. In short: if you're looking for fantastic craft beers and a relaxed atmosphere for a quality snack in Viterbo, Beershock is the place to go!

29/08/2025: Found it by chance on the way home from Terracina. We bought both the buffalo mozzarella and the buffalo ricotta. Everything was delicious at a reasonable price. The owner was friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back. Recommended if you're passing through.

19/08/2025: YOU MUST TRY THE MOZZARELLA AND RICOTTA!!! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We ordered a kilo of mozzarella, ricotta, and stracciatella. I also asked for two small mozzarella balls to eat on the way, and they gave them to me. What can I say? I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The workshop is open to the public, the freshest mozzarella, and above all, the best mozzarella I've ever eaten!!! The price was excellent, too! I recommend stopping by!

27/09/2025: We stayed at Edra Palace Hotel for two wonderful days and were extremely satisfied. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the property is well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. Breakfast was delicious and varied - a perfect start to the day. We felt truly welcome and will gladly come back. Thank you for your warm hospitality!!!

12/11/2025: This restaurant is an excellent choice if you're looking for a good option near the Vatican Museums. Located just a few meters from the museum entrance, it has a very pleasant atmosphere and a menu with fresh pasta and a variety of traditional options. The service makes the experience even more enjoyable, especially the waiter Eligio, who served us with great friendliness and gave us excellent recommendations.

29/09/2025: Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms is steep and heavy. The pasta needs to be tossed and seasoned before serving. If you pour the sauce over it, it's a big mistake. My opinion, "failed," doesn't reflect the reviews I've read.

Besides being welcomed in a setting surrounded by greenery and boasting a beautiful sea view, we found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and kind. And if that weren't enough, we enjoyed an excellent and hearty lunch that met and exceeded our expectations! Furthermore, the value for money was truly excellent! A final thank you to Valentino, who does his job with passion and kindness, pampering his guests from start to finish!

28/12/2024: A pastry shop from another era. They truly make artisanal products, in the fullest sense of the expression. They use high-quality raw materials. I tried their panettone, both chocolate and three-chocolate. A spectacle. Excellent flavor, butter, leavening... Excellent and it costs 30 euros a kilo. We tried the maritozzi, the tozzetti, the pastries in general, the nougat... You absolutely have to try it. It has an excellent quality-price ratio. In the sense that the prices are low, compared to Naples, and the quality is excellent. It is just a little difficult to find parking, even in the blue lines in front of the pastry shop.
