14/06/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday in this place, we all had a great time, excellent food, the menu recommended by the chef was perfect, excellent wine pairing, professional service and at the same time very familiar. For me one of the best places in Aprilia.

29/05/2025: We celebrated our son Riccardo's first birthday .....they were fantastic and professional both in the Pre-service for the organization (menu, wine and desserts), and for the Post-service at the tables and for their arrangement, all at an exceptional price. What can I say, spectacular environment and people. Lastly the food, not because it is not important, but for the high levels. Dishes with an authentic flavor and studied for every palate, not to mention the work of the sommelier, exemplary pairings with high-level wines (not like other restaurants propose with an agreed menu ... the house wine) .... you can feel the love and passion for their work ..... for this I want to thank all the staff and the wonderful owners (the Chef and the Sommelier) who as always surprise us ... thank you so much for making the most important day of our life beautiful, pleasant and tasty.

20/05/2025: TOP restaurant. Fish, meat, pasta, pizza.. tasted almost everything on the menu. Every dish was perfectly finished. In a very cozy neighborhood at very good prices. Price / quality: 10/10. The service was great. The chef super friendly. To all people who would read this review, don't hesitate, just do it. One of the best restaurants where I have ever eaten. Fantastic!! We went on vacation for 5 days to visit Rome and this experience gave our vacation an extra dimension. Indescribably delicious. 🔝 👌

20/04/2025: We were pleasantly impressed by the very professional owner with typical Roman cuisine, excellent quality products, honest prices, kind and friendly dining room staff. We started with some delicious Roman pasta dishes and then had some amazing artichoke strips. I had a steak which was really good, tender and tasty. We will be back, a wonderful surprise.

06/04/2025: Trovata per caso in una domenica di marzo e' stata una vera sorpresa. Una vera trattoria come poche se ne trovano.locale piccolo ma accogliente ,Marco un vero oste con i suoi modi all'apparenza un po scontrosi ma in realta' molto socievole e disponibile.Scegliamo cacio e pepe e non potevamo scegliere di meglio eccezionale e abbondante tanto da rinunciare al secondo che giusto per coscienza prendiamo una sola pietanza di salsiccia.Prezzo ottimo

12/05/2025: The first courses were good, although I expected more from the amatriciana. Excellent meat: you can see that they are in the profession (not everyone offers a tartare!) but it inevitably raises the price of the bill. Generous portions. It's a bit cramped inside. Possibility to eat outside too.

08/06/2025: Great location for passing through. Right off the highway exit. More than good value for money. Beautiful park with a fountain and pool. Everything is very clean and lovingly maintained. Extensive breakfast selection. There's also a restaurant for dinner. There's a bar for a drink. Everything is taken care of. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

In short, a warm atmosphere, quality dishes prepared with passion and unparalleled know-how to the point that you would think you were in Italy. These ingredients blend together with finesse and turn out to be part of each gourmet recipe that changes every week at the pace of pasta chef Luciano. Thanks to him and his business partner, each puff is unique and unforgettable. To be repeated again and again!

18/05/2025: Horrible experience. The road to get there is quite bumpy. The place is all in all nice. The service is sloppy, some dishes complete others partial. First courses without salt.... it was requested to have some salt, the waiter asked for a moment but no trace of salt.... For the next course salt was requested again, the waitress asked for explanations.... Do you really have to justify having a little salt? Small portions. Wait between the first and second courses of over half an hour. How can a lunch with an appetizer, 2 first courses, a second course and a dessert last at least 4 hours? 1 star because you can't get any less.

06/05/2025: Great restaurant! I was here for a communion and stayed until late in the evening to enjoy their fabulous pizza! Nice and welcoming location, extremely high quality products exclusively in season and with REAL flavours... I haven't tasted such good food in years!!! I highly recommend it!

04/06/2025: When you drive down the bumpy roads and look at the slightly shoddy buildings in the area you don't expect such a gem of a restaurant. The hostess of the restaurant was most pleasant with a true passion for the food they serve. The food is simply delicious. If you go here help yourself to a four course meal and you will definitely have a good time.

18/05/2025: May 17, 2025, around 9:45 p.m., two cod fillets arrive at the table that had 20 grams of white cod inside, a strip of cod filling as wide as two fork tines (to give a concrete idea with images) for the length of a fork approximately, my wife's, mine a little shorter. I don't know how anyone can have the courage to present something like this. I work in a hotel school and weigh the raw materials with my eyes: 7 euros for a fillet of which 90 percent is fried breadcrumb crust for 20 grams of fillet is too much. Leave people disappointed and humiliated by the service. The puntarelle, crunchy, fresh, but seasoned with a transparent oil (seeds? anchovy oil?). The good bread with the oil placed on the table. Sorry to have lost a goal cultivated over time, today there was an opportunity: we were passing by, near Campo dei Fiori, it's a shame to leave with the desire to eat a real fillet and not the fried breading. Then they ask you "is everything okay"? One remains silent, because they don't know how to take the topic, pay and silence. Maybe the fillets to take away are longer? You gave us two ridiculous fillets, they made me angry, I went out and we went to get a slice of pizza with Mortadella because we couldn't spend another 38 euros to have another dinner. If you say in the comments to my thoughtful and balanced review "we apologize for the inconvenience usually all our fillets...blah blah blah...we would like that..." then I'll tell you what to do: refund me 14 euros for the two fillets or write to me and I'll give you the details and the following week I'll come again "for dinner" at the filettaro. 12/06/2025: You can feel like you are eating with your friends in the garden of your home. I tried their wines and they were delicious. The staff was also friendly and polite. I recommend it.

31/05/2025: My lady and I decide to give ourselves a breath of fresh air that frees us from the already oppressive walls of the session. I find this little fairytale garden in the soul of Garbatella. Federico welcomes us warmly and gives us, impatient customers, the table that we liked the most. Federico provides assists like not even De Bruyne of Manchester City, but the attempt turns out to be completely in vain as my lady is already madly in love with me. The food awakens taste buds that were now dormant, by eating piadinas, perfectly meeting our high expectations. What surprised us, however, was the warm and kind service of Federico, who in addition to being kind and warm also turned out to be endowed with a sparkling sympathy. It was a great evening, but now to be repeated with the lover for sure.
