So it's the 4th time that coming here from A Rota generates happiness and many expectations in me and every time I find something extra, a detail, attention, a gesture and a look. I understand the philosophy and respect it for not allowing exceptions to that simple menu, specifically designed to maintain the values ​​of the traditional Roman Pizzeria: fried foods and pizza, no ifs or buts. ... but I appreciated that even if it wasn't fulfilled there was a sensitivity in making me feel "pampered". And this welcome and warmth warmed me and followed me throughout the dinner, thanks sometimes simplicity is in the little big things, here I believe that this AROTA pizzeria, its transparency and authenticity can be felt in every single bite of the dishes eaten I took the pizza with red mushrooms (always present in their menu), as simple as it is sometimes difficult in its success, yet my rating is 10 for the preparation of the taut base - crumbly but at the same time crunchy, very thin and well crush; 10 to the raw material and finely chopped ingredients, freshly cooked together with the simple pureed tomato and finely adorned with fresh parsley (I first smelled it on the nose) and then the drizzle of extra virgin olive oil... (perhaps Sabina) because you can recognize its balance above all on the pizza without covering it. My rating is 10 because a pizza like this; light, crunchy and tense and difficult to find today, but I give my top marks to the pizza chefs and staff, because if the team works and the waiters are happy, smiling and "nice" and only because they have made this environment even though it was frenetic during the busiest moments, it was a “magical” place Congratulations guys and thank you for the wonderful and heartfelt experience. 5 stars. The pizza is super. It is the Roman pizza, which does not have a real history but we call it that to differentiate it from the Neapolitan one. Thin, cooked to perfection, crispy, GOOD. The fried foods are also very good but I focus on the pizza. We had the sweet pizza for dessert. I don't know what was inside but it was scary. I think mascarpone, pumpkin but it would be useless to describe the ingredients and also misleading, it is simply delicious and not cloying. Unfortunately you have to book on the phone and hope to find a place. But good things require patience💪

Lunghe attese sia come prenotazione (abbiamo prenotato un mese prima, perchè è sempre pieno e si capisce facilmente il perchè) che come ordine. Antipasti ottimi, anche se un po’ salati, pizze deliziose e ancora meglio, la pizza dolce che consiglio assolutamente!
