19/02/2026: We just returned home from a wounderful 10-day stay in Rome, in hotel Eitch Borromini. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right on the Piazza Navona. From there very easy access to the major attractions by foot. We had a great spacious room, excellent beds and bathroom amenities. The staf itself is also 5*!
Very helpful, speaking several foreign languages, especially english, so the communication is easy. Dragos, from the reception, is amaking you feel at homen excellent host. Very helpful and making you feel very welcome. We recommend the hotel highly.

The lady at the desk who welcomed us was kind and friendly. As for the location, it was a truly dream place, with attention to every detail. Finally, the menu features authentic and absolutely delicious ingredients. ❤️ Highly recommended!

24/02/2026: We chose this restaurant by chance for Sunday lunch. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff very friendly. Service can be a bit slow when the place is full.
The autumn menu features a few excellent dishes, all delicious without being overbearing, and tastefully presented. The chestnut and grass pea soup is excellent. The desserts are also worthy of praise.
24/01/2026: I went last night with three friends who frequent it often, and I had a great time, both for the excellent quality of the food—American burger with wonderful, crunchy homemade bread, accompanied by delicious fries and a delicious tiramisu—and for the very cute, welcoming place and fast service. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes and the pizza, which I'm told is excellent.

21/02/2026: We found this restaurant by chance while we were cycling in the area thanks to a gentleman passing by who recommended it to us. We were skeptical at first but were pleasantly surprised. We ate wonderfully, from the starter to the dessert.
Congratulations, when you do a good job, you have to write it down! 😉 We only have a photo of the dessert, obviously completely finished.
30/11/2025: Welcoming place, courteous staff, and a friendly owner. The seafood appetizer was exceptionally good and fresh, and the pizza was excellent, Roman-style.
I returned on August 15th with friends for a seafood dinner. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizer to the tagliolini allo scoglio, the fried fish, the side dishes, and the desserts.
Pietro, one of the owners, is always courteous and helpful, and the table service is also top-notch in terms of courtesy and speed.
If you're in Sabaudia, stop by; it's definitely worth it.
November 2025: Traditional polenta at Lo Zaffiro, exceptional, with broccoli, spare ribs, and sausage...always top-notch.

09/12/2025: Wow, this place was spectacular! We stumbled upon it by chance. More than anything, we sat down because Simone, the waiter, was super friendly and fun. He told us lots of things about Rome and gave us a taste of his olive oil, since we're from Spain, specifically Jaén, where the best olive oil is made. I have to say, the oil was delicious. For our meal, we ordered two pasta carbonaras, the best I've ever had in Rome. I'll never forget the flavor... We also ordered a risotto, which was unusual because it was purple, and it was delicious. And finally, we ordered lasagna, which was also spectacular... Simone's service was amazing... Everything was a 10 out of 10!
08/12/2025: We ate here on the night of the feast of the Immaculate and had a wonderful experience!
Homemade pasta, great prices (75 euro for 2 meals and bottle of wine), and very cute and quaint atmosphere. We sat outside in December and there were space heaters available.
I had the truffle fettuccine and it was cooked perfectly and has been my best meal in Italy so far. My husband had the scialatielli and it was also cooked perfectly and was also a larger portion. If we had more time we would definitely be back!

28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.

25/07/2025: Sono venuto qui con i miei genitori e abbiamo veramente assaggiato dei piatti molto buono, in particolare l'antipasto del marinaio( connubio perfetto tra gli ingredienti) veramente goloso e interessante, una menzione speciale anche per la crema di limoncello fatta in casa sublime! Buonissimi anche i paccheri del giorno con la gallinella! E poi comunque sei sul mare quindi è come se mangiassi con i piedi sulla spiaggia

Excellent food, and the prices are more than fair.
Some of the flavors reminded me of my grandmother's dishes, and I can't give a better compliment than that!

12/02/2026: As Genoese, we were a bit skeptical, so we went in.
There were a lot of people in line, which immediately spoke in favor of the place.
The owner, Marco, immediately put us at ease, and we started speaking in Genoese. We ordered the farinata and the Recco cheese focaccia, which were fantastic, and made us feel not in the heart of Rome, but right on the seafront.
We bought the troffie and the pesto, which was truly delicious.
Truly, congratulations!
And go Genoa! (One of us is a Sampdoria fan, but he's understanding!)

25/01/2026: They made a lot of Latin American cocktails, but they tasted like anything but Latin American cocktails. The atmosphere was relaxed, but it wasn't what I expected... The place has nothing Latin about it, and the people there seem to know more about spinning than dancing 🤣
19/01/2026: We went on a Sunday, and unfortunately for us, as we're more into bachata, they only play Cuban salsa (four salsa songs for every one bachata). It's true the room is large and comfortable, and the atmosphere is good, but the bachata songs are few and far between, old-fashioned, and mostly Dominican. Entry is €10, which includes one drink.
