She exceeded all my expectations, a wonderful cake and above all delicious!!! The most important thing however, is that thanks to her, I made my sister emotional. 25/05/2025: We made a request for an "ice age" themed cake with a Scrat snowman and the cake exceeded our expectations both in aesthetics but above all in taste, highly recommended

18/05/2025: We passed by chance before going to Palazzo Farnese, a pleasant surprise! They made us eat even though it was 3:30 pm. Bean soup and pici with speck were excellent. They offered us some delicious bruschetta and served a glass of excellent grechetto. Fast service and extremely kind and attentive staff towards us. I really recommend it to everyone

15/05/2025: Very kind and attentive staff, excellent food with particular attention to local products, excellent presentation of the dishes and excellent value for money, if I have to find a very small flaw it is the outdoor seats that overlook the street but it goes into the background for the quality of the products ... Thanks for being there ....

Perfect fried food. But most of all I appreciated the service: kind, helpful, and polite. I hope to return to Rome soon and visit them in person! Well done!

13/05/2025: Soooo good! We loved this place. The food is delicious and prepared with love. We sat inside because it was cold outside. I got to peak at the cooks while they were preparing. You could tell they were into the preparation making sure everything was prepared deliciously! When in town eat here. You won’t be disappointed!!! 🥰

28/05/2025: If You are at Roma termini, this place is 5' away, great prices, and the guys are súper Nice. I had an stracciatela w mortadela and the guy add some cheese, it was great. With a bottle of water i think id pay like 6 euros. Definitly going back! They speak spanish too!

22/02/2025: Nothing to say, truly exceptional. Two delicious sandwiches with fresh ingredients, all served at €6 each. The choice of local craft beers is also excellent. If you come to Terminillo it is among the best choices for eating!

06/05/2025: We went to the spa and in the evening we had dinner in the restaurant, I finally found competence in the dining room and technique in the kitchen, everything was really good and the flavors were exceptional. The waiter, if I'm not mistaken, his name is Gabriele, really treated us very well even at breakfast. We will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Sintesi Restaurant in Ariccia, and I can say without hesitation that it was a memorable experience from every point of view. From the entrance you immediately perceive the attention to detail and the relaxed but refined atmosphere, in perfect balance between contemporary elegance and welcoming warmth. The service is impeccable: courteous, attentive, never intrusive, with a deep knowledge of the dishes and wines offered. The cuisine? Simply surprising. Each dish is a symphony of flavors, textures and colors, where the raw material is the absolute protagonist. I particularly appreciated the roast cardoncello with mushroom base and crème fraîche: a dish that expresses technique, creativity and respect for the ingredient. The subsequent courses also stood out for their originality and harmony, in a crescendo that made every bite an emotion. Sintesi is not just a restaurant, but a journey into the taste and vision of two passionate chefs, who know how to transform every dish into a story. A restaurant that deserves every recognition it has received – and certainly a visit (or more!). I will definitely be back. Well done, keep it up.

El propietario era increíblemente amable y acogedor, añadiendo un toque personal a toda la experiencia. El puesto de comida está escondido dentro de un vibrante mercado local, lo que se suma a su encanto y autenticidad. Un sólido 5 de 5 — gracias por una parada tan deliciosa y memorable!
