27/08/2024: Very bad service, forgot a pizza one of us ordered and after quite a long time they served a pizza which wasn’t ready, the beef dish was like chewing gum and the waiter was so rude. Never again😡
26/08/2024: I love this place which I have been frequenting since more than 10 years ago. I am extremely pleased that they have not changed the decoration, the tables, the menus, everything remains pleasantly as it once was, with the same charm and the same quality.
The pizzas have their own special touch, they are not made with the usual exaggerated crust that is so fashionable but with the right size, not excessively large but not flattened either. The salads are also gorgeous. The service is professional, fast and with an excellent quality-price ratio.
The pizza with porchetta is delicious, even the one with aubergines or with fried potatoes.

16/08/2024: Agriturismo immerso nel verde in una posizione alta e fresca.
Menu vario, cucina tipica del Carso e personale molto cordiale.
Pranzo di ferragosto riuscito benissimo con piano bar di accompagnamento che ha allietato il nostro tempo.
06/08/2024: Consigliatissimo. Cena buonissima con carne fantastica, servita all'esterno, personale gentilissimo.
Consigliato anche il soggiorno, camere belle, particolari, colazione buona ed un grandissimo parco circostante.
Tutto molto bello. Da provare.

09/06/2024: Abituati a Bologna per noi uno spritz bianco (prosecco e soda) con qualche stuzzichini a 4 euro è un miraggio. Servizio attento e veloce in posizione centrale.

Pizzeria Ristorante "Anema e' Core"

23/08/2024: The food was very tasty. I think it's difficult to find a pizza in Italy that doesn't taste good.
There was a lot going on and perhaps a bit of confusion and hustle and bustle, but that didn't bother us.
We were happy that we were able to eat pizza at 3:30 p.m., although that is unusual for Italian culture. Of course, the pizzeria is designed for tourists, the coperto costs €2 per person and each person in the shop must order a dish to eat; it cannot be shared.
That's a bit strict, or a bit of a scam for some people, but all in all it worked out for us. It's not a 5 star restaurant, but we had delicious fresh pizza and went home full and satisfied.
We were missing spices and oil on the table and the bread served was dry, ready-made baguette. We found that a bit of a shame.
19/08/2024: It is mandatory to order a drink near the food, and the service fee is 2 EUR pro person - both information are on the last page of the menu card. This is not normal and nice at all, but the worst is the service. The waitress is rude, the lasagne is not fresh, but frozen, even not warmed up enough. All the desserts came from the freezer too, which is just near the toilet. Do not go there.

07/07/2024: Every morning we have coffee here.
The staff is very welcoming. In particular I mention Natasha, beautiful and talented (in fact they moved her), Paola who, apart from always getting hurt, is the best at making coffee, Giorgia the redhead who glares at you, Fiorellina who was born into the Mulino Bianco family but always knows how to please us, Desirée the beautiful Dory who loses her memory, Katja the Russian model and Luca the friendly Neapolitan and problem solver. Since he's been around things have been working, you can see the difference.
As a flaw I would point out the slightly expensive prices for the desserts.
15/05/2024: Very dirty environment both inside the place and as people there is a certain manager named Luca who looks at all the women of any age but he is a local or a simple voyeur I will never return again terrible

30/06/2024: Too bad about the change in management. Before it was a really nice, welcoming and quiet place, where time seemed to have stopped. The service was great, nice girls, and playlist with 90s rock music. I used to go and read.
Now none of that. In addition to the addition of drinks fridges and candy stands which certainly make everything less aesthetic, there is also a huge television from which playlists of Asian pop songs are played, nothing against it, if it weren't for the deafening volume and the constant advertisements for youtube. I happened to go in winter a couple of times and I don't know why but the door was always wide open, it was freezing.
It's a shame because it was a great place

23/06/2024: Just what you would expect from an rossopomodoro. It is good, it is not the best, but defiantly better than average. Pricing is decent and the locations are always nice. Staff is ok. Just a good place to get a good mail at a decent price. Can't really go wrong or anything.
23/06/2024: Sul lungomare di Trieste si trova Rossopomodoro. Il locale ha molti coperti. Il personale è competente e disponibile. Ho provato la loro pizza senza glutine. Direi nella media in quanto l’impasto non è di loro produzione ed i prodotti sono commerciali. Possibilità anche di calzoni e
di dolci senza glutine. Nota positiva: i prezzi onesti. Nota negativa: il bagno che ho trovato sporco.

15/07/2024: This time I exaggerated, I gave a whole star!
The food is less than mediocre, I have no idea what oil they use for cooking, but it is certainly a friend of your cholesterol. The service is worthy of a soup kitchen (sorry for the comparison, but it is certainly better there).
The environment is modest, but decorous.
The owner is the most rude and rude thing you can imagine, and with your imagination you can't even come close.
As for the portions and prices, I'll leave you a surprise if you dare to try it.
At the cost of grazing the grass in the meadows I will never go there again.

14/02/2024: Locale molto caratteristico, stile vecchia trattoria, con vecchi tavoli di legno. Posate e tovaglioli (di stoffa) forniti su una base in pelle.
Ottimo servizio.
Da provare:
- tagliatelle con ragù e crema di montasio;
- tartare con crema di castagne.
Evitare la mozzarella in carrozza, senza infamia ma anche senza lode.

Un locale molto carino in pieno centro a Trieste.
Il personale molto attento, ci ha fatto accomodare nella sala sita al piano superiore, un ambiente molto piacevole.
Cibo molto buono, qualità prezzo anche.
Degno di nota l'uovo cotto a bassa temperatura ed il loro pane ai cereali fatto "in casa".

14/07/2024: Sono un affezionato cliente da molto tempo secondo me rapporto qualità prezzo miglior ristorante della zona peccato il servizio un po' scombinato e la fredezzae un po' scorbutica della " capo cameriera"
07/07/2024: Ho dato 2 pallini per "merito" della cameriera bionda (quella senza occhiali) perché è stata di una maleducazione unica solo perché abbiamo chiesto se c'era del posto fuori per sedersi a mangiare. Svogliata e con modi arroganti, eravamo tentati di andarcene. Se una della sua età che fa questo lavoro è già stufa di farlo, è meglio che si trovi qualcos'altro che non abbia a che fare con gli esseri viventi. Io lavoro da quasi 30 anni a contatto con il pubblico e non mi sono mai sognato di trattare così il cliente, anche perché è proprio lui che ci fa arrivare il denaro in busta paga (e potrei citare innumerevoli situazioni dove il cliente meritava di essere trattato male).
Per il resto, cibo nella media, niente di eccezionale ma avrei dato comunque la sufficienza se non fosse stato per la persona citata sopra.
