23/06/2025: We were there for the start of the evening at 7 p.m. We had called a few days in advance to make a reservation, which I think was absolutely sensible. The restaurant has limited seating and exudes a very intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The food, the hospitality, the service, and the restaurant itself were all absolutely first-class. It was a wonderful evening, and we would have loved to try everything on the menu. All the dishes we chose were absolutely fantastic. For us, it's an absolute insider tip when in Trieste.

22/06/2025: Small simple place with few seats. Genuine flavors and a menu that invites you to taste. We fell in love with the chickpea cream❤️. The friendliness of the staff combined with the excellent service make the experience very pleasant.

07/06/2025: We had a great meal there. Crab gnocchi, eggplant ravioli with shellfish, fish fritto. Delicious! Not to mention the kindness of the waitress and the chef's visit to the dining room to check our satisfaction.

28/06/2025: Found this place on the internet by chance and tried it. From the entrance you can tell that the place is high-end. We are accompanied to the table, the menu is left and in the meantime some off-menu items of the day are described. After ordering, 2 entrées are offered, a bignè all'amatriciana and a meatball, both delicious. We decide on ravioli and pluma, all very tasty. We take 2 homemade desserts and we are also offered 2 meringues with cream. Here too, nothing to say about the goodness of the desserts. Very attentive service, very attentive to needs, cutlery changed practically with each course. In short, a high-end place, prices obviously in line with the level and quality.

17/06/2025: My daughter and I were in Trieste this weekend and went to lunch at this restaurant and we were THRILLED BY EVERYTHING. The place is very nice and clean. The service from Franco and his staff is impeccable. We ordered spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with lobster and fried calamari: everything was delicious but the fried calamari was 110 AND PRAISE!!! I have never eaten fried fish this good! It melts in your mouth! We ate so well that we went back the next day for dinner. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend going to eat at this restaurant in my opinion the best in Trieste! Fresh fish and tasteful food, among the best in the whole area, if not the best. And the owner is kind and very talkative. Highly recommended for a unique experience

The owner welcomed us with great courtesy and reserved a table for us on a small, intimate and charming terrace—perfect for a quiet, meticulously prepared dinner. He recommended dishes and wines with passion, expertise, and a deep culinary knowledge. Each dish was carefully described, detailing the ingredients, their provenance, and pairings, transforming the dinner into a true gastronomic journey. Everything was presented with great care and respect for tradition, but also with a touch of creativity. A special thanks to Federico, the waiter who looked after us throughout the evening with professionalism and discretion: young, kind, always smiling, never intrusive. Excellent food, impeccable service, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Prices were appropriate for the quality of the food, the expertise of the staff, and the attention we received. Absolutely a well-deserved 5 stars. We will definitely be back!
