30/08/2024: Found on the Internet, tried in the "dark". Excellent and jovial welcome, well organised, particular and pleasant environment. Excellent choice of food and drinks, tried the sea bass with cherry tomatoes, a delicacy. I also recommend it because it is well located in the city center. Only recommendation: book promptly. Normal prices, quality in power. I'll be back.

25/08/2024: Absolutely amazing place. 100%authentic traditional Italian food. Menu on a board translated by the owner. House wine superb, all food superb and very reasonably priced too.

31/08/2024: I was with my family in this very particular place, a sort of musical time machine, we loved it. The cuisine based on fresh fish depending, it seems, on the daily catch, is truly excellent, only this is worth the road to come to Trieste about 250 km from our home, welcoming staff and very affordable prices, I highly recommend tasting the spaghetti Barcolana and the orange-filled ravioli in smoked tuna carbonara, well, goodness,... Place and cuisine definitely worth trying

Ambiente più che famigliare, piatti che escono dalla cucina sono buonissimi ...dagli antipasti al dolce.....senza tralasciare il loro bianco .....e che dire del sostitutivo del caffe😉.....dopo aver scambiato due chiacchiere con i proprietari lasciamo il locale più che Soddisfatti Braviiiii

06/12/2024: Discovering in a corner of Trieste the time stopped by the welcome of the past and the welcome of a corner of home was truly a nice surprise. Simple and retro, few dishes, but all of a very high quality. Mixed fruit with real fish (even mullet and flounder). Natural spider crab with a thousand seafood flavours. Prices appropriate to the quality of the raw material.

19/11/2024: Good food , nice wine. Well presented. Wine was good though it did feel a little like asking for a view on the best pairing was a little too much trouble.

We went for a few local wines recommended by the waiter - all amazing and spot in to our taste. *Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT Ronco Severo *Malvasia Istriana, Zidarich *DECIMO DEL FAET Food was amazing as well. Spaghetti clams, very “ocean” fresh tasty, the fish perfect. The octopus cooked to perfection. the rabbit ravioli was fantastic. Really good value and recommendation.

18/12/2024: Definitely had better pizzas. The taste is simply bland. Service ok. Toilet stinks of sewer and doesn't invite you to sit down...
