After two mediocre ice creams, you can't tell the customer, "Sorry, the bathroom isn't working."
The law requires bar or restaurant owners to provide up-to-date, functioning restrooms and make them available to customers (as well as staff), in compliance with, among other things, the general hygiene regulations of the various municipal administrations.

27/08/2025: We ate at the restaurant today, and the servers were all very attentive and friendly! It was completely packed, but everything went quickly, and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back!
19/08/2025: Breakfast was poor. Being Italians, we prefer sweet foods, but at this hotel, breakfast was mostly savory. They had more cold cuts than sweet options. Only two types of croissants, and rarely any cakes. Service was almost nonexistent. We constantly had to alert the staff when water and cups were out.

Very good and easy-to-digest pizzas, fresh ingredients, and a wide variety of options, including those with intolerances.
Very kind, friendly, and always smiling staff.
Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a good pizza with friends in a nice place with guaranteed good service.

06/01/2026: The beds in the rooms are like hammocks. I had back pain after the first night. It smells musty everywhere.
The whole house is very dirty in many places, and there are beetles everywhere!!
I found six in one day!!
The breakfast staff is extremely unfriendly! I only asked for a few slices of ham and cheese, and I was very rudely told that they only had sweets and nothing else was possible. The coffee and orange juice tasted like water, and the pastries were of very poor quality! On top of that, the yogurt was warm and should have been refrigerated!
We won't be coming back!!
04/11/2025: Beds were old and didn't feel great. Very warm without air-conditioning. Rooms were decent size.

04/01/2026: It's a restaurant with excellent food. We go often and have always had a great experience. The waitress is always kind and very professional. The owner is also the chef, and her dishes are very refined and delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone.

12/01/2026: Farmhouse nestled in the countryside with vineyards and fruit trees
Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent staff. I loved it the first time I set foot in the house, ate there, and sipped their own wine. Congratulations!
I'll be back regularly.
06/12/2025: There's a disabled bathroom (locked) and a single restroom for men and women, but there's a squat toilet instead of a toilet. Voices echo in the dining room. A wood-burning stove heats the room.

02/11/2025: A truly positive experience, with great attention to celiac disease, all the dishes were delicious, I ate some truly exceptional lamb ribs 😊
26/10/2025: New management, simple and very, very good menu, a bit of a wait, but worth it. Dishes I've never tried elsewhere (like the pumpkin flan with fondue)—I can finally say I've eaten something I've never had before.
The owner is very kind, the place is very welcoming in every way; he and his shy little dog make you feel right at home.
We'll definitely be returning, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the Collio at the garden tables.

18/01/2026: A location with a breathtaking view, a well-maintained atmosphere. Homemade, excellently prepared products. Good service. What can I say? If you're visiting the Sanctuary of Castelmonte (UD), this warm and welcoming osteria/bar is worth a visit.
04/12/2025: It had been years since I had been to Castelmonte. I remembered the lady who sold carob beans, fruit, sweets, and gadgets, up the little hill that leads to the church. We noticed this restaurant owned by the lady who sold the carob beans. We had an excellent strudel, and we met the lady who spoke of times gone by and of all the sacrifices she had made. She is still working, still lively, but it's a lovely little place. Bye, Aldo.

17/01/2026: We got the pizzas to take away this evening; they were good, nothing to complain about, but, above all because they weren't even cheap, they were very small...there was at least 4 cm of space left in the box all around and they weren't rolled out too thinly but rather thickly, they were thin as is usually found everywhere; evidently just a few grams of dough...a real shame.

02/09/2025: A modern restaurant, beautiful views, refined atmosphere, and attentive service. In addition to the excellent quality raw seafood (standard frozen, international cuisine),... a major slip on a dish that demonstrates the professionalism and tradition of the kitchen: pasta with clams. We're by the sea, in the most beautiful bay on the coast, and I'm served spaghetti with clams (white, ocean-fresh, frozen, flavorless except for deep-sea mud), no flavorful sauce, no garlic, no parsley, and on top of that, the spaghetti is salt-free, later replaced by pasta with cuttlefish sauce (also frozen and of poor quality). Location alone isn't enough to make a restaurant.
