It seems like they're doing you a favor and with great effort they take your order and make a coffee. The ice cream is yesterday's or something else. I wouldn't risk eating it. Let's leave the coffee alone... Maybe you don't have to wait that long at a bar in a shopping mall, but you should expect the minimum anyway...
