05/07/2026: I called at 7:00 PM for takeout at 8:30 PM. I ordered three pizzas. When I arrived, I was told the pizzas would be baked shortly (it's already hair-raising enough), but it's understandable given how inconveniences can happen (the place was empty anyway). At the entrance to the large restaurant, near the door handle, there was a PagoBancomat logo, so I had no problem paying with my card. After a half-hour wait, the pizzas still hadn't been baked, not to mention that I'd only just been told the card wasn't working. I drove about 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back to get my pizzas, only to discover that, for the umpteenth time, the pizzas hadn't been baked. I refused to wait and left. A couple had been waiting for an hour just to eat. Save your time; don't go to this mess. PS. On the phone when I ordered, the pizza chef was extremely disrespectful and uninterested. If you don't feel like working, go home 🤡

17/06/2026: I was there on a Friday evening and ordered a summer pizza.... basically a Margherita with three cherry tomatoes on top. The Taggiasca olives weren't on the pizza, they were brought to me in a separate container because they had the pits. The walls were dirty, not to mention the floor.... it's a shame because the previous managers were really too good. I highly recommend them.

The service is quick and the staff friendly, even at busy times. A simple but clean place, perfect for a lunch break or a casual snack. Recommended for those looking for something convenient yet tasty, without sacrificing quality. I'll definitely be back!

09/12/2025: It's so sad to put a rotten (black) avocado on the piadina. I was there a little while ago, and I notified the clerk of this mistake; she apologized, but these kinds of tricks CANNOT happen. Especially since I'd been told to be careful with vegetables because I'm pregnant! It really deserves to be reported.

20/01/2026: After browsing the various menus in the area online, we opted for this place. They seated us in a room with the lights still off at 7:30 PM (which was surprising, considering the kitchen was supposed to close at 10:00 PM). We were served the menus, and when we asked for clarification, we realized they weren't the ones published on the website (we had chosen the place specifically for what the menu offered). We were told the menu was updated seasonally (on the website, it was dated 10 months earlier). Okay, let's order. I ordered tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, but when they were served, I already knew they'd only seen wild boar in photos; it was sweet and pale, almost certainly beef. I asked the waitress if she was sure it was wild boar, so she went to the chef to ask. He came back and told me it was wild boar, and that it was sweet because of the tomato. By then, I'd eaten, and I told her that despite her excuse, I was certain it was beef. We went to the counter to pay, and the chef (I assume also the owner of the place) showed up and showed me the traceability certificate. I told him that the paper peeled off the original packaging could have come from anywhere, and that I knew wild boar. Ultimately, I absolutely do not recommend the place. P.S. Only later did we learn that there had been a change of ownership, so here's the menu on the website—not just a seasonal update.

02/01/2026: We went in to ask for a table and were told to wait five minutes for them to set it up, but after 20-25 minutes we still hadn't been served. It would have been better to immediately say there was no availability (or be honest about the wait time) and there would have been no problem.

20/07/2026: EXTREMELY SMALL pizzas, poor quality ingredients, and little attention to the ingredients requested.

07/04/2026: Pizza ordered at 7:25 PM and canceled at 9:00 PM because it wasn't ready yet. Embarrassing rudeness on the phone.

25/03/2026: Superlative pizza, the best takeout pizza in Udine. Delicious, easy to digest, and never too thirsty. A wide selection of flavors and fast service. Plus, with every €15 order, they'll give you a free drink of your choice.

04/03/2026: We frequented the restaurant recently and the experience was beyond unpleasant. The waiters weren't trained to accommodate customers; in fact, my company and I felt disoriented and unwelcome. There was a lot of confusion, and even simple questions seemed absurd. Furthermore, there's no real menu; the waitress comes to ask for your order, giving you a choice of items based on what she says and what she's written down on her notepad. But she had no idea whether certain appetizers on the menu and salads, which any restaurant should guarantee, were available. The wait wasn't commensurate with the number of customers or the quality of the food, which I consider mediocre. Furthermore, the sizes of the dishes are small. The prices are moderately low, but NO RECEIPT was given at checkout.

16/06/2026: 1.80 for a frozen croissant. 2.50 for 3 fingers of latte macchiato... It's going to be very difficult for me to go back for breakfast!!!

14/06/2025: New Year's Eve party... Unbelievable sadness, warm beer, warm tap water... a rotten Frico... Sorry :( but I won't be back

10/06/2025: I'm sorry, but burnt frico, tasteless polenta, warm beer, water anyway, chips... (the ones from the bag) paid enough and went home hungry. I don't recommend it 😞

28/02/2026: A family atmosphere, delicious traditional dishes, and Sergio's grappas, a real treat, to finish. We'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: Good products and decent location. The owner is the problem: visibly drunk, rude, and disrespectful to customers. Behavior incompatible with a business open to the public. A ruined experience. I won't be returning.

24/02/2026: End of class...deep breath and...pure peace, goodness accompanied by an excellent Pinot Grigio. Because...I deserve it. I'm so tired, and cuddles are a caress for a soul of Charon-esque fire like mine, always a "warrior spirit." May this short break be my Foscolo-esque "evening." Thanks to Samuele for the excellent advice. Finding 19-year-olds so kind, professional, and "cuddly." Thanks to the place, the food, the kind people, those who "feel and listen."

30/06/2026: The food is unfortunately very uninspired. The pizza with Parma ham simply has two slices of ham placed on it, and the "hamburger" from the children's menu is a grilled patty with fries—no bun, no tomato, cucumber, or anything similar. The staff is friendly, but not particularly attentive or courteous. All in all, only mediocre.

26/02/2026: Not satisfied. The pastries are very good, but I can't say the same about the coffee. I don't like the self-service checkout. The prices are unnecessarily high; in my opinion, it's absolutely not worth it.
