07/09/2025: Simple, unpretentious atmosphere, very friendly staff, reasonable prices. The pizza is far from traditional Neapolitan. If you're not expecting that kind of pizza, you might say it's not bad overall. The only downside is a few small burnt spots on the edge, as well as the burnt flour on the bottom, which should definitely be avoided.

12/08/2025: The menu is limited, but all excellent. Fair prices and friendly staff. Dogs are welcome.

02/09/2025: Good evening, I went to dinner at this restaurant with my wife, and the location, along with the kindness of the staff, made us feel at ease and enjoyed a lovely evening. Furthermore, the dishes are excellent, and the Sicilian chef's desserts live up to the description. We'll be back 👍

13/08/2025: I'm annoyed that I even have to give it a point. The lady of the house immediately turned us away (two people + dog). She blamed it on "no reservation," but we realized she simply didn't want us to stay. We'd been told about similar scenarios at the hotel before.

06/09/2025: An excellent dinner at this osteria, reminiscent of the village osterias of old. The quality of the dishes, it goes without saying, is as good as the above: traditional dishes with a few subtle innovations, but always using local ingredients. The pitina was good, which I tried here for the first time. I see they have game on the menu, but I didn't try it. We all left the table feeling full and satisfied. The bill was exactly what I expected. The staff was friendly; I had read some previous reviews and was expecting something special, but I have to admit they went out of their way to accommodate even the little ones' requests. The owner at the counter was also friendly and helpful. All in all, a great evening.

31/08/2025: Excellent cuisine, just like it used to be. The wait is a bit long, but you can enjoy the truly enchanting setting. Recommended.

19/09/2025: First time in Lignano Sabbiadoro, we found this restaurant and, attracted by the menu, went in. The place is very nice, large, and clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a wood-fired pizza oven. We ordered an appetizer and two main courses. They were very good. I hope to return.

02/09/2025: We went in to ask if they had Sacher Torte, which unfortunately they don't sell, so we just had a coffee (very good). The owner was very kind in recommending some pastry shops where we could try Sacher Torte, and we had a lovely chat.

23/09/2025: Discovering this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The location is spectacular, a terrace overlooking the valley crossed by the immense Tagliamento River. It's just a shame about the fog. The cuisine is interesting, showcasing local specialties. The service is good and fast. The price is fair.

15/07/2025: Chef: The food is excellent, it deserves its medals. The waitresses Sara and Cristina are good, kind, and helpful. 😄 A little mischievous and naughty, but still up to the task. They deserve five stars. 👏👏👏👏 The atmosphere and the typical Friulian food!!! Amazing! 🥳🥳🥳 I invite everyone to go.

04/10/2025: Nice for an aperitif, but the canapés are unfortunately cold and you can't enjoy the cured meats. The house red wine is also a bit too cold. Very nice place.

11/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati dopo un paio di mesi in questo splendido Ristorante con mia moglie. Abbiamo ordinato il menu “ Mare” ed era semplicemente squisito. Ogni piatto preparato con tanta cura e profesionalita. Il personale e’ molto cordiale e professionale. Mi chiedo soltanto una domanda dove sono gli ispettori Michelin ? Secondo mia opinione dovrebbe essere minilo nel Michelin guide. Ci ritorneremo

06/06/2025: No puedo agradecer lo suficiente al personal de Chimera di Bacco. Me llevé a mi marido aquí para celebrar su 70 cumpleaños y con el tiempo me puse un poco nervioso por ello porque algunas de las críticas no fueron tan buenas como quería que fueran. Hubiera sido un terrible error cancelar. Tuvimos una noche fantástica. El servicio fue impecable. La cesta de pan, la bolsa de diversión, el pre-postre y los petit fours eran todas cosas que no esperábamos que consiguiéramos. Además, tuvimos dos entrantes, dos platos principales y un postre. Incluso se acordaron de poner una vela azul en un pequeño soporte azul en el plato de postre para mi marido - lo dulce que es esto. La camarera le susurró "feliz cumpleaños" al oído y al final de la noche el patrón también se acercó para desearle un feliz cumpleaños. Quítate el sombrero a los chefs de la cocina - el sabor de la comida era excepcional - por mucho la mejor comida que tuvimos mientras estábamos en Trieste. Cenamos a las 7 y yo estaba un poco preocupado porque no había nadie más en el restaurante, pero a las 8 cada mesa estaba ocupada. Tuvimos aperos en Harry's Bar, así que solo tuvimos una botella de vino tinto con nuestra comida y fue perfecto. Gracias a todo el personal de Chimera di Bacco - ya he recomendado su restaurante a los amigos que viajan a Trieste.

22/08/2025: A great place to stay in a good location. Peace and quiet, with beautiful garden views. A restaurant is on site, and the city center is very close.
