08/08/2025: Great ice cream, flavours were strong, and a wide variety of ice cream selections. The man serving was alone and seemed to be busy, hoping there would be more staff to lighten his work. The place can be a little crowded though, which can be a good sign.

24/08/2025: We're not there yet. Tonight, staying with relatives, I ordered takeout here with home delivery and: One pizza (the only one) was wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️, which even arrived cold and hard, and two kebab rolls with pizza dough, burnt on the outside and undercooked or poorly leavened on the inside (since it felt like you were chewing brewer's yeast and crumbs). I'm sorry, but kebab is no different from the chicken one in a tray, ready to be heated for a few minutes in a pan, available in any supermarket in the meat section. The cost of the roll (of which I'm posting a photo of half) was €11.90. We've ordered takeout before, and usually on the last ones, they wouldn't arrive on time, but at least they got the order right and the pizza arrived pretty hot. I think at this point we'll reconsider our competition.

06/08/2025: This is actually a delivery pizzeria. But you can also just sit down and eat there. For that simple reason, I'm not giving it any points for the ambiance. Now for the important stuff. The pizzas are top-notch. The dough is fantastic, the ingredients are all good. The potatoes are fantastic. Some of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Good luck in the future.

06/02/2026: I had the opportunity to try this place continuously for a month thanks to an agreement (?) with the company I was training for. The place is quite welcoming and the portions and quality of the food sufficiently reflect the price. It's a shame about the staff, because with the exception of Sara, a waitress who was kind, helpful, and humble at first glance (as well as not treated well by her colleagues, at least in my eyes), Serena and her colleague who was often present at the cash register were very rude. There was never a time when my colleagues and I weren't practically kicked out due to capacity issues, probably (and I mean... we also had a fairly limited lunch break), which I can understand in the presence of politeness, but not statements like "are we finished, guys? We're leaving," which were truly unpleasant, I'd say because it was the company who paid and not me and my colleagues. Serena in particular looks down on you; when she took my reservations, she often didn't even take into account any changes I asked for. Definitely a place I won't return to.

28/02/2026: A terrible experience, one that unfortunately deserves a negative review. I won't write about the drama that occurred due to the poor handling of a complaint from a customer who had reason to complain, but my experience was ordering two pizzas that both had buffalo mozzarella (and not fiordilatte) and both arrived without buffalo mozzarella or, at least, mostly mixed with fiordilatte to reduce the price of the buffalo mozzarella, which is known to be expensive. The photo, for those who understand even a little, explains everything. Once I "discovered the anomaly," I reported it to the staff, and in short, I feel sorry for them for what happened, because, having a business, they should avoid such gaffes: 1. Because nowadays people read reviews, and when they read certain things, they don't want to come in, and 2. Because those who have been there don't come back. I hope you learn from today's mistake. I realize that the scam It's expensive, but for the sake of transparency towards those who pay you, either change the menu to avoid the exclusivity of the scam, if you don't want to use only that, because it's rightly expensive, or stick to the menu and only use this one. After all, this pizza is worth €12 to you. I hope for you that despite the bad days we all have, you can avoid these mistakes, not just for the pizza but for everything else. I appreciate the professionalism of the pizza chef, who, once the inconvenience was created, wanted to remake the pizza, but by then the lunch had gotten a bit tense, so we got up and, at his request not to pay—that was fine—went for pizza elsewhere. I'm very sorry about everything. A special mention goes to the pros: the waiter was very polite, the location was intimate and well-kept, and the bathroom was so beautiful, rarely seen. It's a shame we can't return, but that's okay. Good luck!

27/02/2026: The best pizza in Udine in terms of quality. Professional and impeccable service. I'd just like to make one suggestion: paintings, prints, or ceramics would look great on the walls. Alternatively, it would be wonderful to extend the splendid view that stands out in the center onto the white walls. With a couple of these touches, the result would be perfect.

26/01/2026: €19 for 4 hot chocolates and 2 creams Prices are displayed as per the photo. You need 10/10 eyesight to read them. The hot chocolates were average, but the wait was endless. Nice girl, but another one didn't even look at us. Oh well.

15/01/2026: Exceptional cured meats and cheeses. Paola, the owner, is a unique character! If it weren't for the slightly high prices, she would have gotten 5 stars overall.

17/09/2025: They arranged to meet us at the BB, and we had a quick aperitif among the old houses of Budoia, immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by, surrounded by patrons rich in stories and experiences.

18/01/2026: As I've already written, Silvia's is always a great place to be. The food and pizza are excellent, and the service is fast and perfect, even when the place is packed. The karaoke on Friday nights is a great way to get together, sing, and laugh together.

01/02/2026: Passing through for work I stopped here at Rico's welcoming place, very good food and generous portions, I only ate a second course and a side dish, they brought me two steaks and charged me as if I were only paying for a second course, well, excellent, I would say I recommend it, maybe call first if they have space, very kind and helpful staff

14/02/2026: We stopped for a cappuccino at this bar, which has a very lively atmosphere. The cappuccinos are excellent and the girls at the counter are very friendly. We paid 4 euros for one decaffeinated cappuccino and one regular one.

16/02/2026: Excellent dinner. We had a wonderful evening, starting with a delightful welcome appetizer. For our appetizer, we ordered the pumpkin and ginger cream soup with grilled shrimp and sour cream: simply perfect, a memorable dish, and a must-try. The first course (off the menu) was also excellent: spinach and bread gnocchi with cod cooked in milk. We also tried the slow-cooked cod, which was delicious, although the cream soup and gnocchi were significantly superior. Special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind and friendly. The only small flaw was the finish: we would have liked to try the strudel, but it was sold out, and the lemon tart we chose as an alternative was a bit too sweet. Despite this, I highly recommend the place!
