06/02/2026: I had the opportunity to try this place continuously for a month thanks to an agreement (?) with the company I was training for. The place is quite welcoming and the portions and quality of the food sufficiently reflect the price. It's a shame about the staff, because with the exception of Sara, a waitress who was kind, helpful, and humble at first glance (as well as not treated well by her colleagues, at least in my eyes), Serena and her colleague who was often present at the cash register were very rude. There was never a time when my colleagues and I weren't practically kicked out due to capacity issues, probably (and I mean... we also had a fairly limited lunch break), which I can understand in the presence of politeness, but not statements like "are we finished, guys? We're leaving," which were truly unpleasant, I'd say because it was the company who paid and not me and my colleagues. Serena in particular looks down on you; when she took my reservations, she often didn't even take into account any changes I asked for. Definitely a place I won't return to.

05/01/2026: Highly recommended inn, simple but traditional dishes, everything homemade on the "spoler" wood-fired stove typical of Friuli, fantastic Ronc dai Luchis wine, the service is like an inn but the dishes are exciting

01/02/2026: Passing through for work I stopped here at Rico's welcoming place, very good food and generous portions, I only ate a second course and a side dish, they brought me two steaks and charged me as if I were only paying for a second course, well, excellent, I would say I recommend it, maybe call first if they have space, very kind and helpful staff

08/03/2026: I'm reluctant to leave this review, after a few decidedly negative experiences, even though it was my favorite pizzeria in Udine. I have nothing to complain about the quality of the pizzas, but for some time now (perhaps a change of management), the level of service has been unacceptable in my opinion. Example from last night: I booked a table for three, and they told me the times were 7:30 PM or 9:30 PM (and therefore to vacate the table by 9:30 PM for the second sitting). We arrived at 7:30 PM, and our table (so large that, with three plates and drinks, there wasn't even room to rest an elbow) had two chairs. I waited five minutes, no one helped me, so I took a chair from another table. We ordered around 7:45 PM, and the pizzas arrived at 9:05 PM... not even a single breadstick in the meantime. The pizzas were good, but everything else was a disaster. I'm hoping for a new management change, with the same pizza chef. In the meantime, we're moving elsewhere. What a shame.

09/04/2026: We've been waiting for the renovation to be completed for a while so we can go back to eating the delicious pizza... Well, it was a total disappointment. The place was half-empty because we were early, and they made us sit at a table in a horrible position, suffering from constant blasts of cold air coming from the door that was always left open. 🤷‍♂️ It's not difficult to close it since there's a lot of staff and the cash register is in front, the pizza counter is like a master chef, with uniforms and antics, and the owner's wife becoming a guest (I always find it very wrong for a restaurateur to sit at the table with customers and party with them), the staff is not very polite, and the pizza... was much better before. It's a shame to lose a reference pizzeria in the area; it's unwelcoming, noisy, and unnecessarily expensive.

19/03/2026: Very good pizza, you can split it between two. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. Very satisfied.

14/10/2025: Excellent place to try the fantastic Prosciutto Di San Daniele. They offer one of the best qualities I know, and believe me, I have tested many producers. Also the trout is great, the Spaghetti and fish dishes as well. Nice staff and regardless if inside or outside it is a very good place to eat.

28/12/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this place. The meatballs were poor quality, and the place needs an extractor fan because the smell inside was unpleasant. A friendly atmosphere, however, isn't enough... Too bad.

12/02/2026: A Juventus Cove, so avoid fans of other teams. Perfect for watching matches. It has several TVs. The owners are very friendly, and the service is impeccable. The walls are adorned with various memorabilia and original, distinctive photos.
