01/12/2024: Excellent dishes of typical Trieste, Istrian and Friulian cuisine, with successful contaminations with that of other Italian regions. Simple but welcoming environment, like an old tavern, the likes of which you can no longer find; the managers were very kind and friendly. Very good wine. We found the place by chance, walking through the streets of Trieste, and we will return! The sausage with Trinity style beans, sauerkraut and baked potatoes is delicious!

31/03/2025: Alice and Fabrizio are attentive, accurate and competent, where a visit is, to say the least, a must for visitors to CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI.
23/02/2025: In my entire life it had never happened to me that I was sent away, much less 10/15 minutes after the end of lunch. I would understand if they had notified us earlier about the need for the table. So it's a really bad lapse in style and it should never happen out of respect for your customers since we had just finished drinking coffee and not even Sunday can be an excuse. Obviously we won't be back since the food wasn't of a unique quality either. The only positive note was the very friendly waiter

Fresh food excellent for refreshments, and a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The value for money was excellent, I had a delicious breakfast and paid less than I expected, given the quality. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Advise.

14/12/2024: Was it a great place? was it? ... I've been trying to get in touch for two days, no one responds, on the various sites from la trattoria APERTA! ... if you are on holiday or the roof has fallen in, at least be kind enough to leave information regarding the opening hours

01/03/2025: Domenica a pranzo…ordinato 1 antipasto della casa e 1 dal menù salame con aceto e polenta .Un primo che consisteva in una lasagna e 2 secondi….piatto tipico Frico e polenta e Baccalà con polentina e per chiudere 2 dolci,vino e acqua.
04/02/2025: I took the frico, but I wasn't thrilled. The meat 🍖 on the other hand was satisfying for those who ate it.
