19/10/2025: A word to the wise! It's hard to find a better pizza than this one! The square one is crispy, the round one soft, but both are well-leavened and delicious! Kudos to the staff, the girls are smiling and professional!

09/10/2025: Poor and slow service even when staff are free.Over salty dishes and one pizza arrived with only half of the ingredients named on its speciality name.Too many lovely options elsewhere to return ( our 2nd time).

The pizza, in my case a marinara, cooked in an electric oven, was good without any major changes. It's also a restaurant, but I missed the order.

I'm also wrong in trusting you and looking at the receipt afterwards, but on principle you guys were completely cheating on the cover charge. It's not about the money, but rather on principle, charging €2.20 for a 3-month-old baby carried in a baby carrier the whole time. When I called, even though I was 700km away, living elsewhere and no longer in Udine, Sara said to me, "And ma'am, have you eaten bread and breadsticks?" Now, can someone enlighten me, what kind of baby eats bread and breadsticks at 3 months old? Sara was very kind and told me that if I returned the cover charge, I'd get a refund, but since she's far away now, hallelujah. In summary, I don't really care about the €2.20, but on principle, you were truly unfair to do something like this.

24/07/2025: Leaving aside the fact that it's a bar and the coffee and croissants are fine, you can't pay for cigarettes with a debit card although it has one but every time it says it doesn't work, the owner is grumpy, rather than a bar to friends I would call it a bar without desire.

11/03/2025: I'm referring to gluten free and the experience was terrible! 1) given that it is also a shop for celiacs, there is no fresh product that can be consumed at the Bistro (not even sealed single-portion pastry biscuits, as absurdly in some traditional bars, yes) 2) among the products on the shelf there is no indication of which ones are loanable and which ones are not (at the checkout they can't even explain why or which ones pass through and which ones don't) 3) by passing the health card to use the celiac disease vouchers I was asked to communicate the pin verbally, because the operator has to enter it at the cash register (I would say that this lack of privacy is really questionable in the method...) It was the first time I went shopping but there won't be a second time!

10/09/2025: Had dinner with a small group of friends. We had pizza and a plate of sausages for my son. The pizza was really well-made and delicious, and the place for the kids to play is great. We really relaxed and will definitely be back.

03/08/2025: If you have small children and want to dine in peace and comfort, you're in the right place. The open-plan play area is lovely, allowing parents to keep an eye on their kids while dining. We tried the pizza; it was average with room for improvement. The staff is friendly but inexperienced.

06/10/2025: Lunch: an appetizer for two people €18, house wine €10, two desserts and two coffees plus two limoncellos, total €66. My wife didn't want to argue, but the bill didn't add up!!

05/10/2025: Pizza was so so. Service was HORRIBLE. It took us four people to even get water. Our order was wrong. But our waiter never came back to help us so we just ate it. Then when we paid in cash the owner was adamant about what our tip was going to be so he could give us the right change. Who were we to tip NO ONE would help us? I did take a tip to the poor guy delivering the pizza to the tables because he was the one who we asked and actually brought us the water. The others saw and gave us horrible looks to the point we just got up and left. We have been touring Italy for a month and in Siena I offered a generous tip to my masseuse and she was insulted saying “we are not United States” we don’t want tips that is my job. Sorento has become too Americanized, just wanting to turn tables and collect your money. We have been to Italy a few times each time for a month. I think we will start going to other countries now. Over their rudeness!!

04/10/2025: A simple and charming place to taste prosciutto. We asked for a tasting. The prosciutto is sliced ​​very thinly compared to the ones from central Italy. It was accompanied by tasty artichokes and cherry tomatoes, along with mozzarella from Campania and excellent bread. The owner honored us with a tour of the cellar where he keeps the prosciutto. Ask to taste a local liqueur as well.

12/10/2025: Mrs. Elvira hosted us in her wonderful restaurant and prepared delicious dishes for us even though we hadn't booked. She was incredibly kind. I recommend everyone try this restaurant, but please note that it's open by reservation only.
