13/08/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the interior exudes history. It's one of the oldest taverns in Udine. Federico, the owner, makes you feel at home, and the quality of the dishes is top-notch, featuring all local products hand-picked by him. If you want to spend an evening enjoying tradition and innovation with prompt and attentive service, this is the place to be!

10/08/2025: I was looking for a restaurant near the station, I used an app and ended up there by chance... well... in the end, it felt like I was eating at a friend's house: attention to detail, thoughtfulness, order... it's called an osteria, but it only has the convivial atmosphere of an osteria, the place is modern and very well decorated, with few seats. If you then add that the cook (don't call him a chef or he'll get pissed off) really knows his stuff in the kitchen... you win! A truly pleasant experience... highly recommended! Nb: if you also include Roman staff... you like an easy win! Go Flavia!

15/06/2025: We often take pizza here for takeaway, nothing to say about the dough, because even if you take it home it is really good. Lately, however, the vegetable pizzas have been extremely poor and bizarre... The last time we got a dip, not a pizza, because the vegetables on top were: carrots, fennel, cauliflower and black cabbage, rather strange ingredients, especially in the season we are in.

26/07/2025: The place is very large and often noisy. There's no option to get water larger than 0.5L for €2. The signature dish is the chicken, pictured. For €14, they could have made a bit more effort with the side dishes, lousy fries, and the "slice of toast" is a very sad little slice of supermarket sandwich bread, cold, and still smelling of preserved alcohol... It wouldn't take much to be a little more generous with the bread, and it would certainly make a better impression. Update after reply: That's not true, it's actually sandwich bread. I'm downgrading it to one star for the bad-faith response.

11/07/2025: Slow service, they forgot our orders, they brought us some wrong items. But all in all, it's okay, maybe because it was so crowded, who knows.

19/07/2025: Many thanks to my son-in-law who invited us to this restaurant with an extraordinary menu 🤩 I was ecstatic about the quality and goodness of the eel accompanied by a fine Friulian wine😃 A round of applause for the pleasant and friendly service.

10/08/2025: A beautiful, recently renovated venue with outdoor seating, expertly crafted cocktails using quality ingredients, a good selection of wines (including the Canevel Prosecco) and beers, and service that lives up to expectations. The specialty platters are also available.

01/09/2025: We returned to this pizzeria after a few years, and unfortunately, I can confirm what I remembered: the pizza, in my opinion, is not good. The dough is hard to digest (probably due to improper leavening), it's rubbery, and the quality of the toppings is average to poor. The location is fantastic, on the banks of the Livenza River, and the staff is friendly and helpful, but for a good pizza, there are better options. The price, for what it offers, isn't too high.

12/06/2025: EVERYTHING VERY GOOD There were six of us and we tried a bit of everything. Well cooked, original, plentiful, quality dishes. Friendly and helpful managers. Beautiful location inside and out with parking. Reasonable prices.

The pizza is truly excellent, as are the restaurant's main dishes and desserts, which always surprise with their quality and flavor. The service is attentive and friendly. A perfect place for a dinner with friends or a special evening in Udine. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a completely different atmosphere than in the photos. The music was pink, kitsch, banal, and terrible. It all felt like a tourist trap. At the door, the waiter greeted us while fiddling with his phone. We greeted him, but he saw we weren't Italian and continued to look at his phone. We stood at the entrance for five minutes and no one spoke to us. So we left.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with exceptional service—friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and an impressive display of flavors. The gelato is of the highest quality: creamy, intensely flavored, and made with visibly fresh ingredients. I tried some classic flavors like pistachio, chocolate, and stracciatella, and all were impeccable. The texture, just the right temperature, and the balance of sweetness demonstrated the care and expertise behind each recipe. The space is clean, well-decorated, and has a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a break during the day. I also enjoyed the variety of options. Without a doubt, a place worth visiting more than once. If you're in Italy and enjoy good artisanal gelato, this is the place to go. I enthusiastically recommend it!

29/06/2025: Disappointed by the desserts. The cannoli is pitiful and also another pastry that I took. I was fooled by the wording Neapolitan pastry shop. Dirty table, always if you remove the cups you wipe them with a cloth.
